"The Aftermath of Abandoned Neurotech: Ethical and Regulatory Challenges in the Dawn of Brain Computer Interfaces," Elizabeth Bottorff and Other Great Information

Though this article seems to be a bit of bad news in terms of prosecuting people who steal EEG information, it is also very good for us to know that privacy laws linked to the crimes committed by Lori Jean LaFond will be tackled because of her theft of government property and intentional infections.  I am excited to show the legal community the kinds of crimes that are committed by a psychopath with access to people's minds.  Yes, Lori will finally get the recognition that she has earned and deserves.

The addition of her HIV infection at the time of implantation also adds to the cases in the Palm Springs area.  It shows you who the suspect is and what she does to the victims at the time of infection.  This can also add to the current laws in California that are already on the books.

Now that we know that the law is finally taking a direct look into the problems faced by brain-computer interfaces, we need to start making and enacting laws that prevent another Lori LaFond issue from ever happening again!

Lori has been relying on the public's lack of knowledge to shut down private individuals who were unknowingly implanted with microchips from way back in the 1970's.  This technology isn't new, but it will be new to consumers.  There have to be examples of why this kind of lawmaking is important in the age of AI.  My group of people/victims can tell you everything you need to know about the dangers of this kind of mind-reading and how it relates to human trafficking.

So, exactly which states in the United States have laws against these kinds of devices?  What do their laws say, and do they support the victims of unknowingly being implanted while being raped?  The answer is "yes," they do help.  There is a growing number of people who know that brain-computer interfacing comes with a cost to businesses that are making them, but this isn't where this crime starts.  We are the people who have been charged with exposing this crime to the public so that doctors, lawyers, psychologists, and others can look at this system and know that the crime of anonymous microchipping can be life-altering to the point of death and poverty.

We are working with attorneys who know, for a fact, that what Lori LaFond has done is done the way I've said it was done.  She knocks out unsuspecting non-military individuals and then gives them HIV.  The victim has little or no memory of the implantation and soon will find out about the infection.  If they survive the infection with an inordinate amount of Lori's tainted blood, they usually succumb to the pneumonia that comes from her staph-infected lungs.   In the meantime, Lori steals all of their banking information, family information, and anything else that a parasite like her needs to survive.  Like a tick on a dog, Lori has survived by jumping from one victim to another because she can track them.

More rights and laws will come from this project.  Rights and laws that will protect our children and our elderly for the remainder of their lives.  It will serve as the most stern warning about people like Lori LaFond and how she's managed to stave off justice for over 40 years.  I hope there are more people out there learning about this crime that was silent for so long.
