It is illegal to implant a microchip. In fact, it isn't legal for any employer to require that a person be microchipped as a term of his/her employment. That is a law.

Electronic tethering a rape victim to their rapist is one horrific thing. Electronic tethering a rape victim to their rapist, who stalks them for the rest of their lives, is worse. Then add that the rapist stalks the families of the rape victim, and you get Lori Jean LaFond! It is literally a rapist's dream! They know everything about what the rape did to their victim and can easily find and do it again. I was raped at 19 years old, and twenty years later, almost to the day, Lori raped me again!
