Ashleigh,  I know what happens with a kid like this.  Her name is Lori Jean LaFond.  Not only would Lori hurt these kids, but she also has the ability to know what they are thinking for the rest of their lives.  
Lori was given a one-night reprieve from her sentence for years and years of stalking and violence towards kids in high school, culminating in a shooting of 13 or so girls at a friend's home.  Two nights later, she did it again with my friend inside.  I've never seen my friend again.
Lori jumped bail and left the facility she was in to rendezvous with her brother, then take off for Palm Springs, where she hid for the next 40 years of her life.  In that time, she raped and pillaged the gay community, earning the reputation as the girl who gives gay guys AIDS and then calls the police on them.
Lori Jean LaFond showed signs of trouble from the age of 10 or so, but her worst crimes continued to be against young boys and gay men in Palm Springs, CA.  She is still, to this day, at large.
You are right to warn every community about this kid.  He's going to turn into a monster without a single doubt in my mind.  He's already there.
