Lori Jean LaFond forgets some very important things when it comes to the concept of geofencing and criminals. What is most important is that we don't forget them, and they exist permanently in our system of tracking and geotargeting.
How does this work? First of all, it helps to have a genius in charge of the geofencing! I won't mention the name, but the guy is a fricken genius. I've known him since I was in grade school, and nobody does it better!
Here's how I will explain how you find someone who is using phone number portability to steal your wifi hotspot. First, assume that Lori Jean LaFond has the military computers that allow her to do this. We know she does, but you'll have to wait to see the proof. We will start with the fact that Lori's victims, who are implanted, are all human cell phones. We give off a signal that is unique for several reasons. Mostly, our serial numbers correspond with the stolen chips from the USMC.
We know where Lori Jean LaFond has been holed up for the last 20-plus years, so we draw the geofence around the area where she is living. It's as easy as cropping a picture.
Isn't this a privacy violation? NOPE, you see, criminal fugitives have no expectation of privacy. Since Lori, Missy, Christian, Brian, Leah, and David are all fugitives from Arizona and other cases, they have no expectation of privacy. They are also not allowed to contact the victims of their crimes. Another problem is that they have no right to be in a home. Drugs are not allowed, and they are subject to a search at any time, day or night, without warning! They, essentially, are sitting ducks giving off a signal as to their location because of what Lori Jean LaFond did to them with her own microchips!
So with the geofence drawn, we look for cell phone signals within the geofence. That gives us six human signals in one apartment! The six are David, Missy, Leah, Brian, Christian, and Lori. The notorious Lesbian Mafia of Palm Springs is all under one roof. Each signal is marked and named for the signature that never goes off. If one of them leaves the geofencing, we are alerted to the location of that human being.
These six people have now become geotargets. It is a spotlight of the signal associated with each person's body. We almost always have all six within the geozone. Also inside the geozone are the two military computers that were stolen by Lori and Brian LaFond. They are computers that are IP-addressed as 209.85.xx.xxx. 209.85.xx.xxx is a military IP address inside a civilian home. These computers allow for the addition of implanted humans to the neural network when Lori creates more human cellphones. This is highly illegal. Military connections must be secured on a military base, not inside a drug dealer's home with fugitives.
Knowing that these implants are cell phone-derived, we can also assume that they add cell phone numbers to the serial numbers of the chips, which are all from the USMC lot stolen by Lori and Brian LaFond. This technology allows regular cell phones to have their cell numbers removed from their phones and portably put on phones within the geofence. When this happens, we see a new device light up and Lori accesses our hotspot so that she can steal our internet signals. Lori thinks she's so smart!
The problem is that when she steals my phone number, we use her mind-reading system to tell us what number she is stealing and to which device she is attaching it to her phone. Once stolen, she turns her device on and hits the hotspot button, stealing my paid-for 40 GB of data. All of a sudden, you start seeing other devices light up inside of the geofence as they attach themselves to my internet connection until it is bled dry. This is because inside of that geofence, the group can not use these devices on the military connection, and they don't pay for their own connection.
Our geofence now knows all of the devices that are being used within that home. We then target those devices for a search warrant based on the use of a stolen internet connection.
But, Kevin, you say, aren't you worried she will say you were there because your phone number is inside. Here's the thing. I am also a human cell phone because of Lori's microchip. My cell phone and I are always in the same place together. When she steals this phone number of mine, portably, I don't move, and neither does my human signal. Only my phone number moves, but my cell phone stays with me. I am never where Lori LaFond is, and I would certainly not let her use my phone number for any reason. My internet connection is paid for by me. I only used about 17 GB of my 40GB this month, but Lori's geofence devices used the other 23 GB, and we can prove it.
Lori isn't a smart girl. She and her friends are trapped by their own torture devices. Unfortunately, Lori's communication system is so old, like Lori and Missy, it can't keep up with our latest tracking computers. We are better and smarter than Lori LaFond. Just in case anyone believes that Missy Erickson and the others aren't living there, we don't usually see any of them outside of that geofence. They may present fake IDs, but the chips inside them are still inside the same person. The same exact people who were inside the courtrooms in Arizona!!!
