Geofencing and geotargeting have now reached a level of forensic excellence that allows them to be used in courtrooms to narrow down suspects to a specific location during a particular time when a crime was committed. Several ways geofencing and geotargeting work, but for our purposes, it was Lori LaFond who used this technology illegally to turn her victims into living cellphones, complete with the capability of thought-to-text technology. She has used this for years and years unabated, without the victims of this crime being able to fight back.
It was a complete ambush on the LGBTQii+ community that will lead the charge against her, highlighting the use of microwave technology against private citizens without any prior knowledge that this is even possible.
Just as the AIDS virus once provided her with victims who would die from the disease while she stole their belongings, this outdated technology has been surpassed by new science that allows her victims to survive. Her system is so outdated that technology has surpassed Lori's relevance in the realm of domestic terrorism. I am pleased to share some significant developments from my team with all of you. I am so impressed that I could shout out loud. It compares to the use of HIV antivirals and protease inhibitors, which allow people who are infected with the AIDS virus to live long and healthy lives.
I want you all to know this first. In the restraining order that Lori and the City of La Quinta filed against me for "workplace violence", Lori makes mention that she does not know anything about the technology that I talk about here on this blog or the former "HateLisa" blog. Her admission is a lie. We have the actual log books from the USMC that show Lori's parents and Lori's permission to be implanted with this microchip. For Lori to deny that she knows anything about this is a lie. She was also charged with stealing this technology from the military base. So if you hear her lie about it, she can shut her mouth!!! Lori's complete use of this system to terrorize the LGBTQii+ community of Palm Springs has led the charge to have over 100,000 people implanted illegally across this country.
What these chips do is really not that impressive. They are transmitter/receivers with a microphone on them. She could listen in on conversations and use a microphone to talk to her victims. This is something she has been doing since the 1970s with her brother Brian. This allowed innocent, unknowing people to be ambushed. The one thing these chips could not do with her system was locate or pinpoint a victim. She would have to learn about their location by spying on their conversations and thinking. What the chip essentially did was use LAN lines to connect to military personnel. In 1987 or thereabouts, Lori began hooking up the microchips to wireless communication systems that allowed her to monitor people away from their phones.
The wireless era provided Lori with a much more mobile situation that could allow her to listen in on conversations all over the place. There is still really very little that can be done to stop a victim from hearing her or from her being able to burn victims with microwaves by multiple attaching their microchips to cell towers that increase the radiation to a person's body. If one attachment to a relay station brought a signal, ten to fifteen more would allow Lori to burn people wherever they are. It's not good for the victim, but it is easy to see at the relay point.
Lori turns her victims, including police officers, into human cell phones. They are always on. They are no different than having their own cell phones attached to devices in a locality. This is where Lori's system just took a huge dump on itself. Thinks of Lori LaFond as a cell phone that is always on a network. Geofencing and geotargeting can now apply to the serial chip inside her body, and is unique only to her. Think of it this way: one chip, one serial number, one person. Lori and Brian LaFond ARE microchipped.
With geofencing and geotargeting, we know where Lori and Brian have been and where they haven't been. Since their serial numbers have to be attached to the cell phone system, they can be geolocated by their serial numbers as well as their carry-along cell phones. So let's take a look at a situation that Lori LaFond claims has nothing to do with her. Sedona, Arizona, in March of 2010.
It has been alleged that Lori and Brian LaFond were using false IDs to commit crimes and get out of jail free...well, by using someone else's celebrity status and money, really. The problem for Lori is that her microchip is everywhere she goes, and it is always on the system that she uses to commit crimes. The same goes for Brian LaFond. We also know that whoever raped and beat those two boys was raping and beating two more people implanted with cell phones. So they were attached to this system, too. Lori loves to see what a victim thinks when she is abusing them. It's one of her sickest paraphilias. So what my team is looking for are Lori and Brian's serial numbers, along with the LMOPS family's chip numbers, in the same location as the boy's chips. Same place, same time...then you have your suspects, regardless of who Brian and Lori say they are. The additional signals show who was present when the boys were raped and filmed.
Additionally, we know that Brian and Lori were arrested in the Tucson area, too. They would have their chips in that location of the arrest, then jail, then courthouse for a few days while Melissa Erickson joined them with David Doe for the bail hearings. All implanted, all in the same exact location. So we will then know, according to Lori's own logs that we have, who these chips belong to and where they were on the days of the crimes.
These geotargets can then be put into the computer program for tracking their locations in real time and in the past. You see, she can not turn off the location part of her own microchips like you could a cell phone. Here is a big plus for me and my team members.
With Lori and the LMOPS all being implanted, a security fence can be put up around my own location using my microchips. We can draw the fence to any distance, and if Lori or Brian's chip enters that fence, an alarm goes off, and the police can be called. This is alarming the suspects so that there is no possibility of ambush using our geolocation and geotargeting. Since Lori denies all knowledge of this technology, she should have nothing to worry about, but she does. That's because she lied about being implanted by the military. Lori can not be in my approximate location at any time without an alarm going off. Also, my own sister's home can have a geofence put around it, too. So if Lori and Brian enter that field, they can also be arrested without anyone inside having to be microchipped.
The days of Lori's superiority with this tech are OVER! We can, without breaking the law, track her all over the desert and pretty much anywhere else in the United States. Thanks to the people at WIRED magazine, we know that we can track cell phones from the United States all the way to Epstein Island. Since Lori turned people into cell phones, we can do the same with permission from the victims. We can draw a geofence around any location without a single legal problem. This is a geo cage now. That's where we will find the most success.
