Ah yes, the things Lori LaFond learned about the courtroom while stalking me with this technology are pedophilic traits like buying a video game console so that she could lure young boys into her chamber of horrors, plying them with fruit punch so that she could knock them out, and of course, her favorite thing, phone portability during telephonic hearings at the courthouse. Boy did she ever use this one to death.
Do you remember when Lori LaFond was arrested in Sedona, Arizona? She was already equipped with fake IDs for two people that she knew would be let out of jail if she portrayed them during a crime fantasy gone wrong. Celebrity kids have a get out of jail free card. Lori knew that. So when she beat the living tar out of two boys in Arizona, after luring them from California, she pretended to be one of the Katzenberg children, allegedly. Since Lori is mostly a female, she pretended to be Laura Katzenberg. Her brother, portrayed as Laura's twin brother, is David. They then went to court and pretended to be the kids of a celebrity. There is some kind of bullshit law that allows the children of celebrities to be let out of jail because of their parents' fame (or their own). It likely has to do with their recognizability and the danger they pose to themselves in custody. That's all fine, except Lori and Brian LaFond are NOT Katzenberg kids. So their danger was something they caused themselves by imitating a celebrity's offspring.
Lori and Brian LaFond were only "in danger" because of the choice they made to lure these young boys into another situation where they were beaten, for the second or third time, in their lives!!! Sickening! Lori and Brian's choice to imitate the Katzenberg's kids was also their own problem because if they were going to argue that their lives were in danger because of their father and mother's celebrity, it was a lie that should have kept them in jail. They provided local addresses of people that are already their victims, Benjamin Katzenberg's grandfather in Seligman and Jonathan Mendenhall's father in Dewey, Arizona. These were solidified by a TELEPHONIC CONFERENCE CALL!
Lori learned about these when I worked for the federal court in San Diego. She spied on us doing our jobs. Learning that these can be done was her "best idea" since her friends, Christian Johnson and Leah Fauntleroy were back in Joshua Tree able to switch Jonathan's father's phone number and Benjamin's grandfather's phone number to different phones while Christian pretended to be both me when the call was made to examine them telephonically.
Lori lives for telephonic conference calls. They don't always allow them. I don't even think they should be allowed now that courtrooms can have video conferencing calls that can be videotaped. On the phone, the caller is also put under oath that he is who he says he is...so Christian Johnson is who lied to the judges in the Phoenix and Sedona cases. This kind of phone terrorism allowed two very sick pedophiles to go free. They have been hunting down those two boys, who are 26 and 27 years old now. Their lives have been turned upside down because of this huge mistake at the courthouse. I've been stalked ever since, too. I would also like to add that I was a victim of stalking in Arizona the whole time while a police informant. I've tried for years to keep these boys safe. Even their mother has the flyers that I put in their complex warning residents that Lori LaFond, pretending to be "Jessica" or "Lisa" was on the loose and a child predator. I am the guy who tried to keep Lori from hurting them.
For Lori to lure them to Sedona for another beating was a slap in my face and quite intentional. Lori has been ordered to stay away from these two in the past since she beat the shit out of the youngest one, leaving him hospitalized the first time. You can't imagine how much guilt and shame I have for this happening to them on my vacation when I've only tried to keep them from suffering like I did my whole life. Lori's already infected them with the AIDS virus since the 4th and 5th grade, without a single bit of police help to find out who did this to them. How can that happen???
As a Clerk of Court, I was always leery of the telephonic conferences, and usually every effort had to be made to ensure that the witness was in court, especially for the kinds of charges that Lori and Brian LaFond were facing. The reason is simple. Out-of-state defendants can flee. In this case, that is exactly what they did. Lori and Brian never intended to return to court. They were already on pretrial release from a case they had caught earlier in the Tucson area. Drugs and other charges. You can tell by the setup that the six people involved in this crime, Missy, Leah, Lori, Brian, Christian, and David, fully intended to commit such crimes out of state. Their locations at the time of these crimes prove it. Two people had to stay in California to change the phone numbers, while two people had to be there to bail out Lori and Brian. 2-4-6...that's what it took to spring this organization free so that they could return here to continue to stalk my family and these boys.
The crimes that they have committed include elderly abuse, bank fraud, witness tampering, informant tampering, and so much more. You can't believe the crime spree that this group of six people has been on since March of 2010 in Arizona.
I hate that they used my experience to work the telephonic hearing situation they learned while I worked for the U.S. Justice Department. From now on, I would advise every prosecutor and judge to be extra careful not to trust any telephonic appearances. This isn't a problem for Lori and Brian's crew...they have experience in using victims' families to secure their releases. Don't ever do it again. Always require a personal appearance on anything involving these two, Brian and Lori LaFond.
Here's the other thing. This is absolutely a false accusation of both David and Laura Katzenberg, who know Melissa Erickson, an inside job. Now we can always exclude David and Laura Katzenberg because they have alibis and ARE NOT the individuals that were arrested; however, these two, along with their brother, had a bank account stolen from their mutually owned business BEFORE Sedona. Over $100,000 was taken because someone used two fake IDs. This money was used to buy a copious amount of crystal meth from the subject of Christopher, and my initial informant work. That's what brought us into this investigation in the first place. Even the person who bought the meth for Lori and Brian LaFond will tell you that he was given a ton of money to buy this meth for them in 2007-2008. If given immunity, he would testify to that fact. I know him well, and he knows what he did to secure this meth for Lori and Brian.
People, this isn't a case that is hard to figure out. Benjamin Katzenberg was the victim of an attempted molestation in a home right across the street from his own. David, one of the six LMOPS members, lured Benjamin to Lori and Brian LaFond across the street from his home. They were arrested and prosecuted, but used fake IDs to escape once again. The pair then targeted Benjamin to be raped and beaten. Are you seeing the pattern yet? In Martin's home, Benjamin and Martin were severely beaten, and both were hospitalized. This isn't anything new for Lori LaFond. If you get her in trouble, she comes after you again and again. I should know, she started with me when I was 9 or 10 years old, and I'm 57 years old now, still trying to keep her away!!!
Lori has a thing for beating young boys, gay men, and women to a bloody pulp, then she stalks them using her mind-reading technology. This is how she knew where my vacation was planned. I didn't tell her where I would be; she saw it from my thinking. I was even told that where I stayed, the Sedona Summit, was the subject of an inquiry to another person who also had a timeshare there. You know, Lori, she always wants a freebie when she can lie to someone. She literally wanted to stay where I was with Jonathan and Anthony, for free, using a mutual friend's time share points. She was denied that privilege.
