Fake IDs. Stolen bail money. Crooked Commissioners. Bad cops. It took a village to raise Little Criminal Lori Jean LaFond into the woman she is today. When investigators and prosecutors take a look at how Lori and her friends remained out of jail all this time, they are going to be amazed at the amount of help she had to go along with all the lies. Lori could have been jailed and imprisoned many times, but managed to stay off the radar because of her fake IDs. Nobody thought to fingerprint match any of the outstanding warrants with open cases for a female Lori's age and description.
It is a blunder that my team knows we can not make. If Lori LaFond is in jail or arrested, we have to show up to court to make sure she is using her true name and not some fictionalized character. It is our job! You can literally walk into any courtroom with Lori appearing and show the warrant to the judge via the prosecutor. If we have any of her fake IDs with her picture on them, we can show that Lori is wanted in another state and in the State of California. She can't continue to threaten people who are her victims, family members, or witnesses to crimes. That is a crime. Taking further steps to complete that crime, like say, soliciting my sister to remove monies from a bank account, is in furtherance of the conspiracy.
Lori has lived off the "threaten her victims" model since she was in junior high school. She thinks it is how she defends herself. You don't defend yourself by threatening, blackmailing, extorting, violent behavior, financial threats, or otherwise...she needs to prove she doesn't have HIV that infected all of us, period. There are plenty of DNA markers that will match her real mother or sister, which means she would need someone to pretend to be her mother and sister, but anyone else won't match each other. In other words, the DNA that was arraigned in the Arizona court proves that Lori LaFond was there, in custody, and is now a fugitive. Period.
This is not a case of needing a rocket scientist to figure it out. What we need to do is make sure Lori isn't causing other problems while out as a fugitive. If she is committing a crime we need to have a prosecutor or a cop or an agent who keeps Lori's problems from spreading. If nothing else, Lori has learned to spread her problems around looking for someone that she can use. She needs a supply of ignorant people. If you are reading this, you aren't for her.
