So when someone like Lori falsely posts bail under the wrong name and intends to defraud the court, you need to look at Arizona's pretrial services. They are the ones who help with bail and set up all the conditions of release for the two defendants who were caught with their pants down. In our case, a yellow bikini and a safety vest were worn by Brian and Lori LaFond. No, Lori wasn't wearing the bikini. Brian was and it was memorable. The cop was very sensitive to LGBTQ training and was probably someone who leads their department in this kind of handling of situations.
