It isn't just because Lori Jean LaFond followed me on my vacation in 2010, it's what she had planned that has me freaked out, but not surprised.
Lately, Lori has been freaking out about something that must be going on in the State of Arizona but she should be just as concerned about her past in California as well. She is very concerned about her REAL identity being known AND whatever it was that she had in that stolen vehicle when she and Brian were arrested in the greater Phoenix area.
I've heard a cornucopia of things from this trip and it was, by far, more harrowing than I'd ever known. I assure all of you that if I had known that Lori and Brian were arrested, I would have been the first to talk to the district attorney in that area prosecuting them. When you are the victim of stalking, finding out later that your stalker was released under a fake name, is just about the last thing you want to know. There is the continued danger to the community factor that I am certain the judge will be concerned about, but there are some plusses to this particular crime as well.
First, Lori has had a habit of using the connections she has made with California attorneys representing the City of Palm Springs as well as her obvious connection with Commissioner Best's chambers. I've said all along that this chamber has been handing out convictions for electronic harassment for a very long time. The sentences are longer than our unimplanted counterparts. Some of the sentences aren't legal. Some of the agreements with the victims include erasing their crime once they have served their sentence and completed their conditions. They aren't being removed per the judge's sentencing orders. I was once sentenced at my own arraignment; that isn't really legal. What we are railroaded into accepting as pleas for our freedom are sentences that are a lot harsher than those of us who aren't gay. Our treatment in protective custody is monitored by Lori who uses a payphone to have a prisoner she knows talk to us when we are in custody. Lori plays with that payphone to contact someone to frighten us in custody. From what I understand those conversations are recorded and can be made available by court order.
Lori wants every victim, no matter what her current fugitive status looks like, to still think that she is omnipresent. Even now she is still trying to act like she can cause a problem for my family, my sister, and my friends. She's got a mountain of evidence against her and yet, she still is fronting like she is some kind of powerful "non" lesbian drug czar. She is living a fantasy where she thinks she is "Breaking Bad". I have news for everyone, she didn't break bad, she is bad. She's bad at following judges' orders and pretending that she wasn't the person in custody. She was the person, allegedly and what they found on her still has me very concerned.
Depending on the date and time she was arrested, both Jonathan Mendenhall and I may have been in the immediate area. If she was found with an abduction kit and drugs, even more so. If there was a handgun or ammunition, you can imagine that as an informant on this crime how concerned I would be...still am. I know that since her release her drug use is still rampant. I can hear it and I know she isn't sleeping. I know that she is with her brother, Brian. I know that she and her bail surety are still living together and that relationship has proven to be a deadly one for victims in the past. There are a ton of reasons to have this group whom, I liken to a terrorist cell, arrested for the warrants that arise out of the Valley of the Sun. In some ways, it is even easier than it should have been in Palm Springs, California. They have a crime committed. They have suspects and a questionable bail surety. We have the names and their locations during this crime. It is only natural that we would work together to have their cases closed and more investigation into the lives of Lori and Brian LaFond.
I forgot to mention Lori's sleeping potion too. I am really hoping that law enforcement was able to find some kind of barbiturate that Lori is calling "Rohypnol". I'm not sure what roofies are like, but I was knocked out several times in Palm Springs, California in a case where I believe Lori and Brian are the criminals. I was knocked out on something very powerful that allowed my brain to hear what Lori was saying, my eyes to see her, and my mental capacity to respond with my brain but not my mouth. What kind of drug does that? I couldn't move because I was paralyzed. From what I have researched, that would be similar to a "barb coma". It's what hospitals use to sedate brain injury patients. I am sure that in the blood on my rape clothing, they would find that substance in my fluids. (On the underwear only). If law enforcement came across this substance it would go a very long way to proving that this crime is a crime using a designer drug...a much more severe sentence is then involved.
There are other victims in this case too.
Apparently, the home on Brewery Road or thereabouts was used by Lori Jean LaFond and her brother, illegally. I know that I have friends who were at that home and possibly contacted the police about Lori LaFond. What else went on in that home was very illegal. From the manufacturing of GHB to child endangerment and other aspects of that crime. The home involved, I've heard, belonged to a woman with a district attorney relative. I know what Lori is like. She is a total pig in an indoor environment. I feel so sorry for this homeowner and I want her to have her day as well. Dealing with Lori the Lunatic for any time is not something to be envied. I've spent only minutes in Lori's presence and she is horribly offensive.
What I am hoping to do is find this person to let her know how much I appreciate her helping us out by calling the police. I know who Lori LaFond is and you shouldn't have to deal with her any longer. It's something that Christopher and I would do for her.
All in all, I have my fingers crossed, but mostly I'm keeping them on this keyboard. My safety and everyone's depend on teamwork and good law enforcement. Let's find this danger to the community and shut her system off for good. The truth shall be revealed.
