The crime lab did their job. The victims reported the crime. The hospital took the MRIs on two different dates. This victim gave them medical lab reports. This victim gave the police a postcard from the rape sent in the U.S. Mail to my home! The evidence was in the police department's care for years and they did nothing. The reason? The rapist is the same girl that has controlled that police department for decades by spying on the officers themselves.
I wonder what people would think if they knew that a drug dealer was making all the police policies to become the only drug dealer in the area...and she was a ruthless killer? Would you want to own a business in this town? Would you want to live there? I sure didn't and I lived through it, so far. Oh, Lori Jean LaFond is here in Joshua Tree, no doubt. She is still causing problems. She is still just as loud-mouthed as she has always been! She is still trying to cause problems for my family and she has been stealing from us this whole time! Thanks, Chief Reyes, retired, you are officially the biggest asshole I've encountered in law enforcement. No spine. No sense of right and wrong. Just don't arrest Lori or my officers will get into trouble. There are many other options to go to now!

Narcissists may not always stalk their ex-supply, especially if they're preoccupied with their new supply. However, if their current supply starts to dwindle, or if they see you doing well and moving on, they may consider stalking you again to regain control.
Stalking helps narcissists feel in control and allows them to know what's happening in your life. It can also support their delusion that you're still their possession. However, even if they engage in these stalking behaviors, they may still fail to gain accurate information about your life, especially if you've taken steps to protect your privacy.
There is a big reason why this human experiment on the LGBTQ+ has existed in Palm Springs, California for so long; nobody tried to stop it and they didn't know the person behind it because she pretended to be other people. Unfortunately for the PSPD, Lori has a very long history of coming after my family with lies. Oh, she acts like something else in public, when she can get herself looking better than a tweaker, but the truth is that you can't find a single thing about her employment or life anywhere because she has pretended to not exist by using stolen identities. To hear her tell other police officers, "She works for the Palm Springs Police." That's what she told my friends and family for decades, now she wants to be someone else. I AM ONE OF THE PEOPLE WORKING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, CHRISTOPHER TOO, NOT LORI JEAN LAFOND! She is the suspect for a good reason, she identified herself to Christopher on videotape. Lori isn't bright, but the police are blind if they think that the LGBTQ+ community doesn't know what they are like here.
We all know that the autonomy of the PSPD is the problem. To get an arrest, they would have to tell on themselves. Probably not going to happen. So we need to go to where we can find relief, that is the federal system that protects U.S. Citizens from this kind of torture. You've already seen federal employees can seek restitution for the Havana Syndrome weapons. The U.S. Government is well aware of this technology and they need to be better informed about Lori Jean LaFond and her friends. This is mandatory for all the people that want to stop her. Local police are involved in the crime so WE HAVE TO GO BIGGER, NOT SMALLER.
Public awareness was shut down again and I'm not going to say I'm happy with that decision, but I can do it without any help from anyone. It is just a matter of making sure that I get the site in as many places as possible. Nobody has the right to obstruct the free flow of information to keep the public aware and safe. Nobody.
For years, Lori has relied on the fact that this crime appears to be invisible, but there is a major problem when she has to implant her victims with a microchip and then decide to give them the AIDS virus. Her AIDS virus. It not only identifies the criminal, but it also comes with hardware that Lori can't seem to take back. Hardware can be seen. Police officers still have hardware inside of them too. How? The City of Palm Springs' policy on electronic devices at work is very clear. They are NOT ALLOWED to use any device at work. Period.
These microchips are very specific. They are only operable with a phone number. The bills can also be seen. When a serial number coincides with a microchip and not a cell phone or LAN line, then we can see the scope of these implants. There should be regulations that do not allow these devices to be attached to a cell phone service without informed consent. I assure you, Lori does not have that. Then there are the stolen computers that Lori lives with inside of her living room and bedroom. They were at the LaPalme complex for many decades. When they were about to be discovered, Lori and Brian moved them to Joshua Tree into homes where Lori's family has an interest. They are safe there because nobody will call the military and expose that it is where they can be found. Find Lori and you will find those computers and many others used in the commission of this crime. Lori is, if nothing else, a thief of government property. That is a serious felony when you consider that they were repurposed for their current use of spying on the public and stealing identities. The other crimes that stem from these government/home computers have to do with rape, robbery, and organized crime. When will someone do the easiest thing? Call the military and let them know where to find them.
There is another aspect that law enforcement didn't consider as well. I have an agreement with my informant partner who has access to this system to record all the conversations between myself and Lori on this cell phone line illegally hooked to my EEGs. We know what Lori is saying and what her friend Christian is saying. Every single word is recorded with our permission. You see you only need the permission on both ends to record. Benjamin and Christopher with Barbara can record our conversations...so Lori will be heard in the courtroom, which also proves our case. Remember, Lori has already sworn, under oath, that she knows nothing of this system. She had the nerve to deny the very thing that she survives using. NOT A GOOD IDEA for the police or Lori's organization. Cruelty and humiliation come across very well in this system. Remember too, that I am an informant, so I can employ tactics that others can't.
