What Happens When A Conservator Doesn't Live Up To The Order Of The Court? Lori Jean LaFond's High School Victims Are Furious!!!

 

It was almost the Spring Break of Death back in 1985 when Lori LaFond stalked and tried to kill some of my friends in high school.  She "made up" a party at a friend's home by telling everyone she could find to "go to so and so's house".  Lori wanted an audience or lots more victims.  I was told about a hundred times about this "party" and I asked my friend if she was having one.  She said, "No, tell everyone it is a lie!"  Lori went anyway...and remember, she had already been to this home days earlier with a gun looking for me.
I have something to tell Mrs. LaFond.   The victims from my class were all my best friends.  They are furious that Lori did not serve her sentence and even more mad that she got away with doing NOTHING for all the pain and suffering she caused.  There is a way for the victims of that crime and the victims of the Palm Springs crime to demand that she be put in jail or a mental institution despite what the conservators failed to do.  The families of these victims are furious to learn that instead of getting help, she turned into my life time stalker.  I have the friends that could take that conservatorship and put it in the hands of the State of California.  Would that make it easier?
Clearly, Lori's mother can't stop her from living where she is or using the computers that she does.  If her mom, God bless her, can't do it, then we will have to step in with testimony from the victims that were shattered from that night forward.  Lori did not get punished at all for her actions!!!
She even walked at her graduation despite failing high school....in this day and age, for what she did, she would be locked up forever for one incident, for two, someone else would be responsible for letting her go.  She needs to be restrained with actual restraints to keep her away from people.
Mrs. LaFond would you like for someone else to handle this problem so that Lori can be under the care of someone that can handle her?  I would love to have the court appoint someone new.
Clearly Lori has made a huge effort to implicate her sister Jackie in this crime.  It may be a conflict to have Jackie as the conservator when she is under the scrutiny of a perjury case.  The conflict comes when Lori is framing her sister for her own bad deeds and represents a clear and present danger to the community.  Lori's problems are life long and won't go away with her self medication.  Crystal meth and a free place to do drugs is not abiding by the conservatorship as it is.  I wouldn't want Jackie to have even more problems with Lori because a failure to comply with the court's orders.
Also:  I would like to tell all of you about something that I have suspected all along.  It would seem, allegedly, that every single time Lori LaFond does something horrible to my family or perhaps yours, she calls her mom and tells her about it, like a punishment.  "See what I can do that you wouldn't let me," I can hear her voice now?  Lori has huge mommy, daddy, and sister issues.   She likes to blame them for her bad or criminal behavior.   That's not true.  Lori makes her own terrible calls on other people's lives, and now she is getting caught for it.  She need not call her mom with any more bad news that she actually is involved with.  Mrs. LaFond does not need this stress...so keep your victories to yourself, Lori.
