If you didn't get a chance to listen in to Lori Jean Marie LaFond these past few days, I wouldn't blame you if you didn't. She was as drugged up and blasphemous as she's ever been with her cohort Christian Johnson by her mouth. Needles vs. peoples...and the "needles" did very well. They used as much crystal meth as they could and took no time to get any rest as they pulverized me repeatedly. It was pretty interesting to feel all the pressure of what Lori has done with none of the help. Missy Erickson has adopted the "let her do whatever she wants" method of torture; I can't believe it took her this long to use it. What a moron. Bail sureties that participate in their fugitives' crimes go to prison forever and ever. She's a really smart gal.
Lori, on the other hand, prefers killing to anything else. Over my day off, she pretended to kill my puppies and threatened as many family members of mine as her large effing mouth could. It is without a doubt a plan that was embarked upon by the same family that ruined everything in Sedona, Arizona in 2010. I will add that aiding and abetting criminal and terrorist behavior has become quite a staple for the wealthy that got involved in this crime. I remain as unimpressed as ever. Not one single honest person. I remain in the middle of three factions of operators that don't seem to care a little about justice. I haven't seen any work and I don't expect to. These factions aren't really mentionable except the LaFond faction which thinks nothing more than killing someone as a success. The other two factions don't really come into play. They simply gave up on the LGBTQ+ community that they came from. The other two are too rich to care and shouldn't be on this system.
I would like to call out the attorney that recommended this approach. I think that you will never practice law again. My friends aren't the kind of lawyers that believe that the "head in the sand" approach works for anyone but the terrorists. I think that what I know about terrorism and the law will put him out of work and in jail for the remainder of his life. You aren't a lawyer, you are a criminal.
Denying me access to counsel is a crime. When you know that your client took something to prevent my ticket to a lawyer, you sealed your fate for the rest of your legal career. You don't think that I know what that is? I'm a courtroom deputy clerk by trade, your ass is reviewable for the questionable calls you've made this entire time. What just happened to me was preventable and you didn't.
Lori is a lifetime criminal that sets homes on fire. She shoots people to silence them. She beats gay men into the hospital if they can get admitted. What someone's family's attorney is doing is creating more crime than he is preventing. His problems will continue to grow and grow out of control until he never steps into a courtroom again. It has been brought to my attention that Lori Jean Marie LaFond is very aware that my financial situation is set, however, I am also aware of the tactics that she used to steal the insurance money from my nieces after she caused their father's death, so, in the event that Lori should get so lucky again, I am saying this. It is my intention to use any monies set forth to me, in the event of my death, to be given to the Elton John AIDS Foundation in its entirety. Elton is the reason why I am still alive with the help of his husband David Furnish. I can not put the lives of my sibling and her daughters in jeopardy so I would rather that the money that my own family set aside for me go to the EJAF. Having that money get redistributed to my own family will only put them in further danger. Lori shouldn't benefit from my own death the way she did from my brother-in-law's. Bryan Anderson is fully aware that Lori LaFond stole this insurance money before and he should be held accountable for the loss.
I think that Lori is about to kill again or at least try without any intervention by the asshole that promised to protect me. He shouldn't have. It was another lie as far as I am concerned. So from this day forward, I want it to be known that my inheritance will go to someone that actually cares about the LGBTQ+ community in a way that is real and time-tested.
Lori has always decided on a "don't take no for an answer" approach, I hope that she realizes now that there won't be any money going to any place where she can steal it. As for the money that Jeffrey Katzenberg stole under false pretenses, that will also be donated to the Desert AIDS Project of Palm Springs. He should never have done what he did to help these criminals.
It is my sincerest belief that my shooting in San Diego was based on Lori's ability to steal insurance money from my sister. She also found out about what was done with my own trust, so she thought that killing me, after killing my brother-in-law, would result in the same type of situation for her. If I died, my funds would go to my sister, she thought, so she tried to kill me based on the year and a half earlier crime she caused with my brother-in-law. I don't want to put my sister or family in that position, even though Jeffrey does. My family would never want to be associated with someone that funded terrorism, especially against gays. So it is my intention to keep that from happening. Lori and her brother tried to kill me based on their knowledge of that situation learned about through my brother-in-law, Bryan Anderson, and me. Lori knew that there was money so she sought out someone she could kill for it. Missy Erickson is the exact same way and so is Bessie Smith. They should be punished with that in mind by the court system.
The Joshua Tree Six are killing for insurance money; nothing new there. I wanted to be sure to mention that there won't be a dime to take from me so it is my desire to make sure that in the event of my death, before I realize any income such as this, the money already be dealt with. It doesn't need to go to my family, they are fine. Putting them in danger was someone else's decision. It was made by a man that doesn't know a thing about how to handle a person like Lori. Lori needs to learn that when you seek to steal, you lose everything. Jeffrey didn't teach her that lesson, but I will. Failing to prosecute that results in the death or torture of another individual, should be a crime. If it is, he should be held responsible. If it isn't, it should be brought into the legislature. Someone could have done more to prevent my death but someone else became more important for all the wrong reasons. Bessie Smith and Bryan Anderson should serve time in prison.

You don't seem to understand the size and scope of her homicidal tendencies and greed. I do. I know that she feels like she is entitled to anything she finds out about. If handled correctly this would be fairly easy to find out, but someone else did this with her. Her name is Melissa Erickson. She's met with members of my family. She's the blonde pushy freak from Playboy. She is as devious and conniving as Lori is. I want her to feel what it is like to be thoroughly defeated in her efforts. You won't get another dime from me bitch. Not one more dime. Eat that.
