Lately, I've been hearing a lot of talk about just how much Lori Jean Marie LaFond is worried. Now she'll tell you that she doesn't know a thing about the brain link system or what I am talking about on this blog, but as it turns out, if someone had taken the time to read my first blog "HateLisa" they would know that everything she did to obtain a restraining order against me was a lie. I told everyone that Lori LaFond is a violent, known habitual liar that pretends to work places that she doesn't and has relationships that aren't real. You see, her mental illness makes her believe that she is involved with people that she spies on. I am one of the people that she swore to herself that she was gonna get.
I said that she calls the Larson Justice Center and pretends that she is a cop for various reasons. One reason is so that the gay men that she has raped and implanted get treated more harshly than other people that get arrested for the same crimes. The second reason is so that she can have one of two commissioners issue warrants over the phone without any kind of in person prefer for those warrants. She used the name Rae Fernandez or Rae Dallas to pretend that she is an officer of the law. Officer Dallas-Fernandez is an implanted officer that used to work for the PSPD. The victims of this crime know her as Lori's "sister friend" that worked for the PSPD. They knew immediately that if Officer Fernandez-Dallas showed up that Lori was likely involved. It is the truth.
Officer Fernandez-Dallas was pushed, by Lori, into situations that Lori set up so that someone Lori didn't like would be put in jail, or as Lori calls it, "making a person disappear". A lot of those situations were, as the law sees it, entrapment. You see if Lori had a personal relationship through this brain link system to a cop that would go out on calls for her, then Lori would use the drugs she bought to put the gay man in trouble. A lot of the arrests came from baggies thrown in cars and the victim was not knowing they were there. Others bought drugs from Lori and then Lori called the police to have them arrested after leaving her home; see Benjamin Katzenberg. We were also told that it was Officer Fernandez-Dallas that would bring police trainees to Lori for mandatory implantation. If they didn't agree to the implants, which are illegal by City of Palm Springs employee practices, then the police would weed the officer out and he or she would lose their jobs. We already have a member of that club on our team. An officer was training and was told he needed an implant to work there...how that happened is his story. He was also infected with Lori's HIV after he left.
Lori has already established herself as a person that worked for the City of LaQuinta and pulled them into this restraining order too. Once again she did as I said she would do and she called Commissioner Best, named years before on my first blog, and told him to push this restraining order through. They ignored a federal stay, did not give me a chance to explain that I was a police informant and to have Bryan Anderson put on the witness stand to talk about these implants and Lori's relationship to them. You see, he was implanted by the military before Lori was thrown off the base for using the system to stalk him and his girlfriend (and others). This order issued without any consideration to the federal stay. It is illegal, but I am considerate of any judicial order. While the temp order was in place (an automatic for the filer) she then followed me on my vacation to Arizona where she proceeded to get arrested three times in one week.
She should already be serving time for a lot of crimes in the Palm Springs area where she would present a fake id and be arrested under a false name. Even when the victims would tell the police that her identity was fake, she would continue to be booked under the false id and not show for court. Of course, those id's have a real person behind them so an ambush warrant would be issued for the real person and they could be arrested at any time. This is what happened, allegedly, to my boyfriend, Christopher Monti and Jeffrey Katzenberg's two kids.
After all this time, I have been living back in 29 Palms, I am now learning that Lori was banned from using this system and strict instructions were given to everyone in the military about Lori being the subject of prosecution by the military if she was found on it. Brian LaFond too...or any of her friends/roommates/sexual partners. Whatever she is calling her "family" pertains to the people that have helped keep her out of jail. Lori is a criminal for even using this system. She should have been the first person that the police thought of. Apparently there is a thin blue line that protects the implanted officers and excuses out anyone that isn't. Those cops that didn't make the cut over in Palm Springs were actually people that turned down the implants. They followed the law.
There is a second layer of problems that come from implanting police officers. You see, for the last 17 years, crime in the gay community dropped significantly as Lori and her brother, Brian, followed me back to 29 Palms. When crime drops, funding for the police drops too. Then implanted officers are let go and they end up in other police departments around the State of California. This simply grows the illegal neural networks into cities like San Diego (Officer Steffy) and Los Angeles. This makes is easier for Lori to learn about private citizens' information and she steals more from there. She also grows her network by using military people that are on this system in those cities. San Francisco has a huge problem with electronic harassment and when you have a criminal like Lori LaFond at the helm, it doesn't go the way of neighborhood watch...it falls into the hands of criminals that pimp prostitutes, deal drugs, like to the police and entrap innocent citizens.
Unfortunately for Lori and her friends, the urban legend was spread through the police that worked for the PSPD and now work elsewhere and through the LGBTQ+ community. Lori LaFond is exactly who I said she was even though she used fake id's.
Here is where this case is allegedly taking a turn for the worse. It is rumored that the military put out very specific instructions about Lori's illegal use of the brain link system. Part of it even includes that she stay away from MY FAMILY who she has already targeted since I was 9 years old. That's specific and it flies directly in the face of the City of La Quinta and the Palm Springs Police Department. I should not be on this system. I never knew about it and would never have consented to anything where my high school bully, Lori LaFond, would know where I was or what I was thinking. I could never have consented to this. Even Lori says in her restraining order that she doesn't know anything about me since high school. The truth is that she didn't even know that much then but she lured me to Palm Springs, drugged me without seeing her, infected me with HIV and implanted me with the brain link system. She even ordered me dead by her birthday when I was shot in July of 2003. At that time, I was working for the U.S. Justice Department and stalking one of their employees is strictly forbidden.
Apparently her father, who Lori touts as some kind of scientist, was the person or one of the persons in charge of setting up "brain link" for the people that were living on the base. This goes back to the 1970's and people were unaware of this tech. Around 1978, Lori and her brother stole this tech after Lori was found to be using it illegally on the base and causing problems. The siblings being thieves, then stole the computers that were being sent back to Pendleton or somewhere else, and the chips used to implant the military. Lori continued to use this tech all through high school by threatening her brother by turning him in if he didn't follow the Marine kids at high school still implanted. Civilian kids were then spied upon by Lori and her brother through military kids.
A year after high school and after my first year of college, Lori used the system to find out that I was home for the summer lifeguarding with my friend Kelly Brandon; the "infatuation of Lori's life" was then used to spy on me so that Lori could lure me to Palm Springs where she infected and implanted me in 1987. This is how my life went from that point forward; Lori would use brain link to have me followed everywhere...even my roommate Mindy was stalked. Mindy also has her own experience with Lori's lies and rumors.
So what I am also finding out is that Lori, when she was tested for HIV, found out that she was HIV positive and she vowed to go out and infect as many people as she could so that they would know her pain. I was on that list of people to infect. So, allegedly, there is a plan that she worked on to infect and implant me somewhere or heard by someone, possibly her own family. Lori was ordered to stay away from me and I wasn't aware. You see the crime isn't infecting someone, it is INTENTIONALLY INFECTING SOMEONE WITH A DEADLY DISEASE. Lori's crime against me shows clearly that it was what she intended to do and she did it.
Is this true? I am assuming that someone told her she had to stay away from me when she pushed her friend behind a moving vehicle backing up, and blamed me for being the driver of the convertible even though I was nowhere near that party. It is alleged that Lori brought a gun to a high school party and was shooting it looking for me. She did this two times in one week. The experience was so bad and Lori so dangerous that my friend Becky (whose home was shot up) never came back to school and I never saw her again. She was my best friend. It was like Lori got away with killing our friendship.
All of this stuff is verifiable if an investigation is conducted with law enforcement and prosecutors; hopefully before she really does kill me. If it doesn't this was totally preventable and I am begging for help. If she does have some drug addict kill me in exchange for drugs, look directly at Lori Jean Marie LaFond and her brother Brian as well as the four others that live with her in Joshua Tree, California.
