“Willful negligence” is when a person knowingly engages in an act (or fails to act) or intentionally disregards the likely risk of harm to others.
So you didn't want to do anything to help me but now I can't see well out of my left eye. It's not like my left eye is scratched it is more like it is burnt. In the daylight there are multiple blurred spots on my eye. This all happened because of Jeffrey's lack of intelligence and care. A discernable difference has occurred. He's gone completely silent with my money again and his father has angered Lori Jean LaFond. Who did she take it out on? Well, of course, it was me. It's just like Sedona, Arizona all over again. Lori has admitted to experimenting on me with pulsed microwaves and increasing the radiation to make my brain burst with migraines. It is the ultimate in sadism and masochism. She can sit in her home, owned by her sister, and hurt as many people as she feels like. Her sister Jackie is directly responsible for the illegal activity inside of that home. Drugs have been used, like a drug den, and sold.
Jeffrey has, as was expected, protected his mistress Missy for the last time. I sent a text to a friend today that will keep the Katzenberg's in deep trouble with law enforcement. Rather that provide any kind of protection from Lori, she has now been screaming at me for about 29 hours straight. This is nothing new for the LaFond family that has falsely accused my father of child molestation, helped to kill my brother in law, ruined my sister's second marriage, shot at me, raped me, and now seeks to hurt me some more. I am so God damn tired of this fucking hillbilly family from Hell. Mrs. LaFond should be tried along with her entire family. This is, by far, the most terrorist family in America. Led by their own mother that ruined the lives of hundreds of students over the years.
The pair of Christian Johnson and Lori Jean LaFond needs to be destroyed. No matter what Jeffrey says, he is still helping Missy Erickson. If you believe otherwise, you are wrong. Missy cranked up the microwaves to a point that my head split open and she poured salt on it. A metaphor Lori, we know you don't have any salt. Lori and Christian knew that whatever the level of radiation was sent my last day off, caused blood vessels in my eye to break and bleed. So of course, Jeffrey wanted to see what MORE microwaves would do, so Christian, Tracy Johnson's brother and Joseph Johnson's son, loaded up on GHB, crystal meth and whatever Molly they could find and spent hours (it's still going on now) trying to get Jeffrey's attention by burning my eyes again. Higher dosage and now I can't really see well out of my left eye. This is what the parents of these six fuck ups are doing to me. They are completely ignoring the fact that their children are trying to microwave me to death.
Jeffrey who claims that there is some kind of protective order is now hiding like a baby behind this order and at the same time allowing his girlfriend and friends to break it in every possible way. This is what I call, "I'll hold him while you burn him to death". It's the Bessie Smith way of handling her involvement in this crime. Kill her friend's brother...that's what she has wanted the entire time she's been here. She's a fucking liar and she never told my sister that Missy Erickson was the person that bailed out Lori and Brian LaFond in Sedona, Arizona then she went to my sister and ACTED like she was helping this investigation. Missy Erickson is a cunt, period. Jeffrey wants to save her family all the embarrassment no matter what it costs anyone else. He should be indicted and he will be convicted.
I've heard that Jeffrey also manipulated my friend, Officer Ken Davenport, PSPD and his wife, into believing that he was here helping me. He is definitely lying. Ken, he stole that money from my mother. What the fuck are you thinking about??? Have you simply lost your ability to understand what has happened? You have really let me and my family down. You and Bryan Anderson. This latest development was Jeffrey's way of letting me know that he is not willing to tell the truth in any manner. He would rather see me irradiated to death than tell the truth. I would like to tell everyone that he and his wife sat and did absolutely nothing while the six people in that home burned my eyesight out. This is called willful gross negligence and was not only foreseeable, it is something that he has done for over 15 years. Jeffrey is an asshole and I want him charged. No exceptions. If he spoke to my friend and told him not to help, I want him charged with witness tampering/informant tampering and elderly abuse of my mother and father.
I would like to point out that Mrs. LaFond has done nothing but aid and abet these six people living in that drug den for a very long time. They have been harassing their neighbors, stealing their internet connections and using it to burn my brain day after day. Jeffrey refuses to stop Lori because of Missy.
In case you were wondering, Christopher Monti did nothing to stop these people at all. Not one word and not one fucking thing. Jeffrey's rules.
From what I understand it was both Mr. and Mrs. LaFond that used to go around telling Lori and Brian's victims not to tell anyone about the crimes that Lori committed and blamed on me or someone else. This kind of cover up is part and parcel of what that family is like. Lori's even had her uncle and her nephew spy on me in the past. As Brian and Lori have told the police, this REALLY is a family business. The LaFond's are terrorists and have been so for over 45 years. Using the brain link as a way to supplement their income or eliminate people that they don't like. They are the town's biggest gossips. I can't imagine what it's like to be two sisters, Jackie and Lori, that go around setting up people because of some stupid sibling rivalry what Lori is on one side and Jackie's on the other...whomever the middle person is, like my sister or brother in law, usually goes to jail, ruins their marriage, causes a death or all of the above. Take Christopher for instance, he has held himself over my head for the last 13 years. He made me look so foolish and stupid; I'm looking for repayment.
Christian Johnson, is the person behind all the screaming and yelling to try to get Lori to kill someone. He has been a flunky of Lori's for over 35 years. His sister was once victimized by Lori but she's given up on having Lori prosecuted for her attempted murder, much like her best buddy Barbara.
Jeffrey has flat out refused to have this protective order, alleged protective order, enforced. This is his way of keeping me in submission and hurt. He still has the money he stole from my mother and father. This man will stop at nothing until I am dead. Christopher won't help.
I always knew that the LaFond Family had it in for me. I was 9 years old when the lies began. Here I am at 54, and still everyone is lying about Lori Jean LaFond's crimes. It's almost expected that she will get away with whatever her mother allows. She's old and feeble and doesn't deserve one ounce of sympathy. Every time Lori would hurt someone in school, they would shove her back into the courtroom where she could terrorize more kids. There were so many complaints about Lori that she should have been institutionalize, but dear mommy and daddy saved her. This is, after all, a family business. I was once going to try to save Mr. and Mrs. LaFond's shitty reputation in this town that once persecuted my own father but now, I think it's all of them. They all lie for Lori. For example, Jackie's lying affidavit that affirms that her sister worked for the City of LaQuinta. There are more lies in her affidavit than on Lori's report card. This family supports pedophilia and that isn't acceptable.
Mrs. LaFond and her husband ruined my entire life. I expect that is one of the reasons that Jeffrey thinks he can too. I have news for all these parents that feign concern and do nothing but lie to each other. You are all not going to get away with threatening me and my sister. One thing I know for sure is that someone is going to jail that never thought she would.
There are court orders that don't allow Lori and Brian to live together as well as Missy Erickson. Jackie LaFond has given a haven to fugitives for far too long without paying the price. She should never show her face around my family ever again. That includes the Candelaria family too. Those are some of my family members and I love them very much. They know that Lori has done what she's done and soon enough they are going to find out that Bryan Anderson helped Lori all along the way. He even suggested carrying the gun that killed my brother in law.
Christopher has already shown that he isn't the man that I once knew, he's much more greedy and much more selfish than anyone that I could ever be interested in. There hasn't been one single word from his mother and sister either. This is a family that I don't want to be around. I'm done with feeling like I did something to hurt them when the truth is that it was their choice to take a bribe for their silence. Silent is all they've been but they've managed to live in California without saying a fucking word.

It is my intention to have all three Katzenberg's charges and sentenced. Marilyn, Jeffrey and Benjamin. We've been lied to by all three...I want justice to forget about money and sentence them for as long as the law allows.
