Well,, we are preparing for another two days off and I can hear Lori plotting to microwave me to death for the next two and a half days. She is currently not supposed to be talking to me, according to her, but she is bucking some kind of court order. I don't know if that it true or not, but if it is, I would suggest enforcing that order so that Lori can learn that when she is ordered by a court of law to do something, SHE BETTER DO IT!!!
I firmly believe this and I can prove it.
When Lori got me arrested the first two times there were no charges pending, the fact was that I could easily explain to police why I was, where I was. I had the permission of the owner, Arnold Kassoy, Esq., to be there. I got the permission with Steven Frey, Mr.Kassoy's boyfriend and Arnold Kassoy, myself. The problem is that if I gave the police his phone number to clear my being there, Lori would simply have forwarded his phone number and kept him from talking to the police.
Instead I was allowed, without anyone pressing charges, to plead guilty AT MY ARRAIGNMENT. The deal was that I would be put on 3 years of probation and I would have to complete drug diversion classes by the same Commissioner that signed the "Lori LaFond and City of La Quinta's" workplace violence restraining order against me during a federal stay of the matter. One, there were absolutely no drugs involved in this case. Drug diversion is therefore not a sentence that I could be sentenced to. It's a year and a half long course at $60 a pop and it was a lot of money and time.. The probation was longer than any that a normal person would have gotten. In other words, that sentence is illegal, and I wrote about it on my first blog "HateLisa".
Two, there is a very good reason that the sentence was like this. Apparently Lori likes to call Commissioner's Best and Cribbs' secretaries and pretends to be either a district attorney or a police officer on an undercover mission. Puuuuuuhleeeeez!!! That is illegal. Lori would call the court chambers and tell them that I was one of her "defendant's" involved in a "Steven Frey thing". Apparently that is supposed to mean it's related to S.F.. What it really is, is case flagging and illegal for profiling and civil rights. This is an intentional sentence to allow Lori to put someone she doesn't like in jail for the next three years. Lori then feels it is her right to follow me around trying to force me to break probation and have me arrested.
My point was that I think Lori should follow court orders. I knew the sentence was illegal, big time, but I took it to illustrate that this is the plight of the electronic harassment victim in the courtrooms of these two commissioners. Practically all of us have been in their courtrooms and there is some disturbing statistics coming out of those cases. Nevertheless, I abided by the court order and did all of the sentence to have my record expunged...it should be expunged now. Lots of records that were illegally imposed were supposed to be expunged, many weren't. There is a clear communication between Lori, talking in our heads, and the commissioners, speaking from the bench. Lori says "wake up and smell the coffee" and seconds later the commissioner repeats it. It's gaslighting the defendant from the second they are arrested until they end up in jail or prison. The men that were jailed were illegally targeted by Lori LaFond and the police.
Abiding by court orders without a lawyer...means you do what the orders say. I did just that. The reasoning is due to my court experience. I want to show a pattern of behavior between Lori, the police, the guards in the jail and the commissioner. Remember, Lori even forwards the pay phone in the jail house for the protective custody people. She's had it for years and she used to have a person that was the cell boss inside that she talked to. That's not safe. Benjamin was in there too. This guy lives in that protective custody cell and although nice, he is communicating with someone looking for a favor...albeit, violence or threatening or humiliation. I know Lori called there and told him I would be arriving too. He knew me by name. That doesn't happen in real life. It's too dangerous.
Abiding by the court's sentence serves a purpose for both the police and the commissioners. I want to show a bias against our sexuality based on the intentional flagging of cases at the Larson Justice Center. Anthony has clear proof but I am sure there are many cases of "Steven Frey things"...and after that, probably someone else. It's a hate crime against the gay men that were flagged as "special" or "deserving special treatment" (not good).
There are real people willing to sacrifice their own freedom for our story to be true. Christopher and I are two of them. We've actually never been arrested before coming to Palm Springs and most people don't break bad in their forties...it starts much earlier. Lori is the person that jails her victims on their birthdays. It's "special for her" like trying to "kill him by my birthday" reads on her brother's phone the night of the shooting...I am sure that Lori is so immature that she thinks or our birthdays as a bad thing and her's as a right of death. She can kill anyone she wants if someone does it for her.
All in all I was arrested 6 times for "drugs" and I never had drugs in or on me in any of those cases. Not one. Really, if I had fought the one I took, I would have been dismissed too. There were people that knew I was not breaking any law and I told the arresting officer that. My sister talked to a "Steven Frey" on the phone but not him. It was probably Brian LaFond pretending to be him. Arnold Kassoy Esq. would have been the same and he lives in San Francisco. He allowed me on the property because my boyfriend lived there. We talked about it in person.
The taking of an illegal sentence is something else I experience with that restraining order too and this time Lori used her own name. She used someone else's job that bears the same name to make it look like she needed protection. How convenient of my rapist to do that. Problem was, she did that AFTER I told everyone that she would do exactly what she did. I said she would try to have me arrested and that she would use Commissioners' Best and Cribbs to do it. It was part of the blog that I was being threatened for writing. I am an informant without a way to inform...the police are involved and so I put it where I could inform the public. I don't want kids being raped and filmed and infected. Can you blame me for trying my best?
She then stalked me and my friends to Arizona with a gun and drugs to plant in my car...the rest is still happening.
In the end Lori is already breaking court orders from Arizona using a fake identity. Christopher Meade, Jessica Christine EK and others were used in Arizona to break out of jail. She then fled the State of Arizona border by about an hour and a half into California, where she has been ever since.
I abide by court orders, Lori doesn't. When she defies people like judges, I take it very personally. I worked for judges for years and years and I never thought it was smart when they gave an alias in a hearing. The fact is that when a judge is ordering you to do something and you are the person in that courtroom or identified in court papers, you don't get a choice but to follow the orders. It's like when a father tells you, "No," Lori! Only this father has two concerns. The safety of your victims and your danger to the community. You are unsafe and unhinged again. I've seen this manifest itself several times throughout my life...it's an ugly attempt to get attention by Lori LaFond.
Lori is playing with someone that knows better than to behave the way she wants me to and that is a great advantage. I've seen her since junior high school and she never has been any different. Someone should try and get her military records to see how poorly she behaved as a child. Her days of freedom are numbered and I know she knows it. I'm proud of making noise about her failures as a person. She was always willing to point out mine to any or everyone she came across. I would caution everyone that there is only a kernel of truth to what she has to say. Yes I have HIV, but she gave it to me. Yes, I'm gay, but so is she. Yes, I don't know her at all, but she is always stalking me and members of my family. She lies in court. She lies to police. She lies to victims' families. She entraps innocent people with privacy violations and civil rights. You have no expectation of privacy when Lori implants you with a microchip. She will listen in and comment no matter who tells her not to. Someone is going to stop her computer/internet/phone life soon. A terrorist with the ability to switch phone numbers is dangerous and can cause illegal arrests and convictions.
I am proud that I have a voice loud enough to make her worry. I will never have a physical altercation with her because I don't believe in violence. I do however believe in protecting my family and others from her. She's dangerous if we aren't diligent.
