If you have been electronically harassed and the criminals are using the V2K part of this brain link system (his attackers are likely former military or the family of former military).  They make up these horrible stories that they tell people like Kevin.  I've heard a million of them.  His group calls themselves the "Howard's Circle" group...I'll bet there is a military base somewhere nearby.
These kinds of victims are very certain about what they experience.  Kevin's stories remind me of the kind of stuff that Lori used to cause.  I can hear it in their stories.  Someone suggested that the perpetrators share torture techniques with each other.  Lori is expert level with this aspect, but she has fallen off since the advent of HIV directional infections, HIV meds and Lori's connected history with this technology stolen from 29 Palms MGACC.  It's no secret within the military that Lori is the main west coast operative who stole the brain link system from her own father, Sgt. Major Eugene A. LaFond ret. dec.

I would love to have Kevin Christian have our chip reader find his microchips to have them removed.  It only takes one night to knock someone out and implant them.  Groin and body burns come from well located microchips in the areas where people are implanted.  His group sounds like there are some homosexuals involved, which isn't surprising when you consider most of the group here in Palm Springs, Ca., are also LGBTQ.  Victims and perpetrators from the same minority.  It just shows you how diverse and destructive your own community can be towards itself.  There are more stories to come.   Lori is furious lately...she's been asked to stop harassing me.
