I Want You To Read Something About My Qualifications In The Electronic Harassment Realm

 I was watching "True Crime Recaps", my favorite true crime podcast tonight and it reminded me of a conversation that I once had with Ted Gunderson, FBI Director, Los Angeles, California.

I was attending a symposium at the Sonoma State campus in Northern California, by invitation of Dr. John Hall author of "A New Breed: Satellite Terrorism in America"  and "Guinea Pigs: Technology of Control".   Dr. Hall is an anesthesiologist from San Antonio, Texas and a victim of this crime.  He and I spoke before the symposium and had lunch together on October 2, 2010.  He calls me his "right hand man in California" because my approach to this crime is much different than others.

The symposium was concerned with the scientific explanation for this terrorism in our lives.  I agreed that the scientific community needed to recognize the possibility that people were "hearing voices" in their heads but it was due to technology, not a mental illness.  The group that gathered there was a who's who of electronic harassment researchers.  I had a suggestion because our area of the United States, Palm Springs in particular was saturated with victims and 99% of them were from our community.  He asked me to speak and I did.

I told the group about the assumption that all of the victims in our area were not all friends, but they all heard the same woman's voice in their heads telling them to do the most unspeakable things and that she worked for the police department.  At the time, Lori was using the character, "Lisa" but she had used many others during the 35 years that she had taken over the law enforcement community in our area while infecting gay men with HIV.  The group was fascinated that only one group had been targeted and that they were all infected with HIV by a WOMAN!!!  Gay men don't usually have sex with women, but one woman in particular was responsible for the infections of hundreds of gay men.  She used a needle full of her own tainted blood to overwhelm the immune systems of these men to cause AIDS to occur long before a normal infection would have done.  It was like Lori was poisoning all of these men with her own blood.

Hallucinations and schizophrenia do not involve groups of people.  They are individual.  Most of these men never heard a single voice in their head until they became HIV positive.  The fact is that almost all of these men were female infected with HIV and a female voice was "the worst of all the operators"; the assumption can be made that the female was responsible for both the infections and the implantations.  That was how I was able to convince a room full of scientists and FBI that there were other ways to prove this existence; the sheer volume of victims from one minority combine to link each other on a neural network of terrorists.  We now know that "Lisa", "Jessica", "Laura", "Victoria", "Sarah" and all the female names used on this wireless terrorist communication were one person, Lori Jean LaFond.  To me, not much of a surprise, Bryan had mentioned her several times in the past to me before this convention.

Here is the Symposium Synopsis from Dr. Hall.  So if any of you parents out there think that I am not qualified to perform this investigation I would point to my career working for the United States Justice Department and my experience with people like Ted Gunderson who told me he was impressed with my objective and research.

Jeffrey refused to put up billboards in our area, but these came up all over Los Angeles, California and all over Canada.  This was my idea and public awareness is where I am the very best.  Unfortunately, I have two major obstacles in my way: Jeffrey Katzenberg and Lori Jean LaFond.

A crime like this takes the combined efforts of friends that have been implanted.  Jeffrey destroyed our friendships with the snap of his fingers and then kept this investigation from a final resting place simply because he felt sorry for Missy Erickson.  He was not invited into this investigation, he was a parent of one of the victims, now he is a full fledged member of Lori's neural network.  He's contacted my sister and he stole over $38,000 earmarked for an attorney for Christopher and myself.

My qualifications are based on a lifetime of experiences caused as a result of "brain link" a much unused system of neural linking people together through an EEG translation computer and a microchip placed in our temples.  The HIV proves that Lori used a needle to infect hundreds of gay men and I know she is the person that stole this tech from the USMC, 29 Palms in the late 1970's.  More of a parlor trick then, Lori, as a child, was shown how this system works and effects people.  She fell in love with spying on families in the military until she was kicked out of military dependence and thrown off base for using the system to create terror and lies with military families, mostly their kids.  She didn't like that they could tell on her because the implants back then were consensual, so at a very early age, Lori wanted to implant the public who would not know who she was  or what this system was like.  Lori, likes to ambush people with it and in return she would give the victims HIV, which, in 1987 when she infected me, was a death sentence. It would remain that way until about 2003 when antivirals and protease inhibitors were developed to maintain a person's health while dealing with the disease.  

Today I am undetectable, but I spent many years with Lori telling everyone that I ran around giving HIV to everyone.  Her plan was to follow my friends and infect them but blame me for it.  Directional infections will show in mostly all of our cases that it was LORI, not me or her brother, that infected these men at the time of implantation.

The time between Lori being thrown out of military dependence and her 18th birthday was a very tumultuous. It was in that period that she accused my father of molesting one of her neighbors that was implanted.  Lori made the whole story up and planted evidence of the crime wherever she could.  The problem was that there was no victim.  He didn't even testify and my father was acquitted.  The police chief should also recognize that Steve Fabian, coach of the Palm Springs High School football team (he even coached Bryan Anderson), was similarly arrested for virtually the same thing and was also acquitted.  I think we used the same attorney that knows someone (Lori) was falsely accusing teachers of sexual contact with students; a well documented Lori LaFond sexual deviancy.  Lori always fantasized about having sex with my father, her father and anyone with authority and a blonde wife or daughter.  It's her thing, ask her about it. 

Lori's high school years are filled with ambush attacks, drug sales to minors then calling their parents, homicidal acts and mental illness.  Lori, herself, is a lunatic but her friends aren't much different either.  Think of the wisdom used to pretend to be someone you aren't in a court of law and stealing the bail money from the Katzenberg's to bail out their own son's rapists.  There isn't any rhyme or reason to why people do the stupid things that they do for Lori and her friends, but I am not a fan.  I believe in justice for the victims of this crime that were tagged with felonies and left with an electronic number broadcasting from their temple like some kind of sick Nazi e-brand from an electronic concentration camp run from Lori's living room and bedroom.  Don't believe me?  Ask the LaPalme apartment complex manager how Apartment #74 where Lori lived looked after she fled Palm Springs for the home she is in now in Joshua Tree.  The one owned by her husband's family...she's not here for a party, she's here to kill the gay guy from high school.  Why won't any of you help me???

Ted Gunderson, sadly died shortly after our symposium of cancer, but he once told me that he believed that If I stuck with this idea, I would have success in exposing the crime nationally.  He was impressed, and I was impressed with him.  His work on the Jeffrey McDonald, Marilyn Monroe and the JFK assassination cases; they are historic in the true crime world.

I got the distinct feeling that he knew what I was telling all of this group was the absolute truth.  We now know the history of Lori's system and her father's relationship to it.

These billboards were my idea brought to fruition by members of Freedom For Targeted Individuals formerly Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance, Jeffrey Katzenberg refused to help put any of these up in our area.

You can see that my qualifications are very good.  The problem is that we have a police department unwilling to admit their mistakes.  We know who the cops are that are involved in this crime and it goes all the way from beat cops to the former Chief of Police, Bryan Reyes.  Now he doesn't acknowledge electronic harassment but he also is responsible for the slanderous campaign against me in that news interview.  I filmed that rape interview with the full knowledge that Officer Mitch Spike had said on television that "Kevin Bond has mental issues" and that their isn't any rape investigation going on.  That is both illegal and hurtful to the Palm Springs Police Department.  That interview is seen all over the world now and all I can say is that the Police Chief buried my rape case and lab report but not before he showed it to me at police headquarters and said to both Anthony and myself, "Kevin, you have been right on the money the whole time and we're gonna get these guys."   He did that right after he showed me the Riverside Crime Lab report.  He then spoke to Lori LaFond who took a page from that report, whited out the text and re-submitted it to the police.  Lori's version, her "perspective", was nothing more than page 2 of the same report that the crime lab showed results on.

This is a huge problem for Jeffrey and everyone involved in this crime of cover ups and torture.  The victims have never been heard from because of the culture of fear created by Lori and the police not to mention the obstruction of Jeffrey Katzenberg and his wife.  They don't know what I know, but I told as many people as I could and made sure that they could call the FBI in Palm Springs, California.  I'm a product of the U.S. Department of Justice.  They trained me for terrorism and all kinds of legal matters.  I will not be silenced and this blog is proof.

I can't believe that the parents of my best friend could ever do what they have done to me.  What they did to my sister and mother is a felony.  Jeffrey's participation in the theft of my hard earned money is so heinous I don't have words to describe what it is like to have your whole life erased by a man with homophobic tendencies.
