Ever since Lori filed a bogus restraining order after taking a crime lab report and doctoring the results, I've realized one very important thing. Marilyn Katzenberg is not here to help me in any capacity. At the time she was involved with Missy Erickson, Bessie Smith and her next door neighbor, David (a man involved in child sex crimes with Marilyn previously). Jeffrey rode into my investigation into the serial rapist/killer named Lori Jean LaFond.
From what I've heard from Lori and others is that Jeffrey has a bad reputation for taking over everything once he gets involved. Normally, that would be something good, right? Wrong. What I got stuck with in the middle of nowhere was another version of Lori, only this time, he's rich and devious instead of poor and devious like Lori's friends. Lori spent years and years trying to rape his youngest son, which eventually happened, but Jeffrey doesn't allow that story to be told. Neither does Marilyn.
Knowing that his father would fuck up whatever I was working on for my own rape, Benjamin asked me if he could help me with my investigation. I said, "Yes but with a few exceptions." 1.) Nothing I say on this recording device can be used against me by his family or police. I'm a police informant and the tactics I have to use require that I am crafty with my thinking. I can't let Lori have any advantages when she has so many police officers and friends stalking and harassing me. 2.) The goal was to have the evil female voice on this system, Lori LaFond, arrested and prosecuted. I think I said "nothing but jail would suffice". 3.) He and his team were never to put me through what I went through in Palm Springs. Everyone knows that I was raped and arrested more than 6 times in 8 months with lots more police contacts than that. Not one single conviction for anything, just arrested. He agreed and that was the team.
Somewhere along the line Jeffrey brough over the worst three people in the universe to ruin my investigation. Bessie Smith, a friend of my sister's was brought in to "get close to my family". Mind you I haven't seen or heard from her in 35 years. She is not a part of my life in any capacity. I neither like nor trust her with anything. We do not have any kind of relationship, at all. Missy Erickson, Lori's live in lover of 9 years, came too. She has the reputation of being Lori's "emotional terrorist" information specialist. Missy has overseen the killing of my brother in law. My own shooting. My own rape, during which Missy calls Lori to see how my attempted murder is going...and to look for drugs at 4:30 am. You can actually hear Missy talking to Lori on the phone in mid-swing of a bottle to my skull. Missy Erickson who twice stole the hospital MRI's so that I would not be admitted to the hospital which would have sparked an investigation. Missy also took part in ruining my sister's second chance at happiness with her second husband. The girls play the "Kevin's sister is a slut game" with him until he cracked. You know Missy, she's never met a man she didn't hate.
Finally, there was David. Jeffrey's life long next door neighbor and asshole project. From what I gathered, David idolizes Jeffrey and even though he forced Benjamin into a home across the street from his own to a man that tried to molest him, David still remained a figure in the life of the Katzenberg's. He would housesit with his sister for them using drugs and GHB inside the home of Marilyn Katzenberg. He's allegedly the person that let Lori and Brian into the home so that Lori could shit all over Marilyn's floor, spray bug spray in their food, steal all kinds of celebrity information and write a message that was something like, "I was here but I'll be back," in shit on the walls.
David is also the person that introduced Steven Fabian's accuser to Lori Jean LaFond as a minor. Lori wanted to convince her to say that Coach Fabian was having anal sex with her in high school. He, like my father, was arrested and tried or preliminary examination released but not until his career, reputation and family were fodder for the newspapers and television. He is a friend of mine and a good friend of my father's. Jeffrey didn't care about any of that...he just wanted to show up his son Benjamin. You know, for kicks, just to make him upset. His whole reason for bringing these three is odd since everyone told him what these three were like. They all worked for Lori and her family the entire time that gay men were being hunted down in the street to be infected and implanted.
Everyone warned him that the three of them were here, not to help, but to derail a situation that was once, easily prosecutable. I didn't need Jeffrey and his three flunkies coming to my home town to make a mockery of my own rape investigation, but that's just what they did. Missy started off with her cleaveage and her lies to try to defame my own family. A family which she had never met or known, but Bessie did. Bessie used her inside information to discover my hidden bank account with my mother. I lived on $200 a month while putting away about $3000 a month in an account that I held with my mom. It was kept secret so that if I wanted to help out my nieces, their husbands or my mom and dad, that the money was there for them to use if they asked me. Bessie decided that the money was something that she wanted to take from me. You see with all the lying that Lori has done, she left a trail of lies and perjury along the way. Bessie then found out my mom was suffering from Alzheimer's disease and she proceeded to abuse my mother by convincing my sister to have her tested and removed from any financial responsibilities. My sister put her name on my account and withdrew all the money I'd saved because Jeffrey wanted it. That's the story I got. The girls then told my sister not to tell me the money was missing, in fact, she told me that there was no account and left me to fail. Jeffrey and Marilyn knew I was saving this money for an attorney for both Christopher and myself and his wife allowed her husband to rob me. That was about eight years ago. He hasn't done a fucking thing since but allow Lori to torture me day and night.
You see the trust I had in Marilyn Katzenberg was based on all of you that know her. "Oh she's a wonderful person," they said. "She's the nicest person in Hollywood." I told Marilyn that I was working a shit job for as long as I could until I could afford to use that money to expose the police and Lori. Marilyn balked apparently and took the money never saying a word of truth to my sister. In essence, Jeffrey set up my sister to look like a thief. I will never forgive him for it either. He wanted a fight to occur between my sister and me, after all the years of Lori's torture, Jeffrey wanted a front row seat. I declined. I knew what he was doing. I asked once and tole my parents, but my sister was a rock. A big dumb rock. She knows nothing of this investigation and Jeffrey knew it. So he treated her like a big dumb rock.
Still that wasn't what bothered me the most. That came years earlier when the Katzenberg's set me up to be killed out of state on vacation with my two friends that knew all about what was going to happen in Sedona, Arizona. Mind you, this trip was supposed to be to thank them both for helping me with this investigation and to relax. Jeffrey wasn't having any of that. He told the two not to tell me that Lori was there. He sent Missy and David to help Lori make drugs in a rental home in Sedona, Arizona. He pretends like he didn't know they were going there to make GHB and use drugs. He pretends that he sent David and Missy to help me...I sincerely doubt that was the truth while Missy struts her tits around in a teeny t-shirt that says, "I hate Kevin Bond."
The problem is that in Sedona, Arizona I become a police informant from out of state. That carries some very stiff penalties for someone that faked a restraining order, fudged a crime lab report, and stalked me there with a gun, zip ties and a chainsaw they purchased in Arizona. I don't know about you, but March in Sedona, isn't tree cutting for firewood time. Lori wasn't heading to Sedona for a conversation....with a gun? Nope she was at the end of her trying to kill me, she wanted me dead and said so! She even told people she was going to Arizona to "finish some unfinished business." With that restraining order and crime lab report, she had cleared the way for her murderous plot. Everyone there knew she was there but me. So who do you think she was gunning for? Certainly not Marilyn and Benjamin Katzenberg who could not be bothered to help even when two young boys that Lori had already raped, infected and implanted were brought to the home under false pretenses. Lori was going to rape and film herself with two young boys under 13. These were boys she'd molested on tape before....and she wanted more. She bound and gagged them, knocked their father out with a barbiturate, then leaned over to tell him in his immobilized state, "I'm gonna hurt your kids!!!"
She used sex toys, restraints, gags and everything else she could find to defile those boys and she got arrested...not to worry, Uncle Jeffrey and his father were ready with the money to bail her out using Marilyn's kids names. Yes, the woman that said she went there to help me, didn't. She didn't do one fucking thing. Doe eyed she simply let the rapes happen. Then she allowed Missy Erickson to withdraw the money from the Katzenberg accounts to post bail for the fake "David and Laura Katzenberg". This was Missy's second time bailing out the two from jail. They got arrested driving around the Phoenix area in Marilyn's stolen car from the burglary full of crystal meth.
Missy was there to bail Lori and Brian out. You know the same girl that came in with her cleavage hanging out and the biggest sob story ever. "Lori is so terrible please help me Jeffrey!" Fuck Kevin and his rape that Missy was involved in, we all had to help Missy Erickson. Now she's a criminal and a codefendant in drug manufacturing, stalking, child endangerment and so much more. Missy literally had Jeffrey wrapped around her clitoris. She even told everyone, "Don't think that Jeffrey is going to help Kevin, he's on our side." Boy was he...I've never seen or heard of a man so homophobic that he would side with his son's rapist and not his son. Sad but true, Jeffrey took his son's rapist's side even after he found out that David and Laura were Lori's initial targets. They both found out and let Benjamin do all the hard work for them too. Neither showed any interest in helping me or their brother. Their father didn't want them to know what Missy did to them, they wouldn't like her if they did.
Missy went to Mother's Day lunch with the two people that she'd committed perjury with, both David and Laura sat down with the woman that helped to rape their brother, rob their bank account and bailed Lori Jean LaFond and her brother Brian out using their names. As Jeffrey tells everyone, "Missy is the perfect person to do this for..." what a fucking joke.
Child endangerment, bail fraud, informant stalking and so many other crimes came from Sedona and Marilyn was there for all of that shit. Her own security didn't do a thing.
Is she on her way to being indicted for obstruction of justice? I don't know. I do know that it would be properly charged if they did. I will testify against her if necessary. She is no friend of mine, she's made that abundantly clear over the past 15 years. Her appearance in my life is nothing but a huge negative. She helped to destroy my relationship with Christopher and even watched as Lori and David penned a letter from "Christopher's sister" Amanda's friend. It was a kiss off letter authored by Lori during the restraining order, but Jeffrey kept that quiet while Lori and Missy put Christopher in jail for a year and a half. At that time, Jeffrey had nothing good to say about Christopher...now, of course, he thinks he's the nicest person around. What a bunch of shit!!!
All Marilyn had to do was help me...that was it. I paid my dues in blood and bullets. My whole family has had a long and horrific past with Lori, but Marilyn, everyone's submission for Mother of the Decade, had absolutely no heart. She watched my mom and I save all that money together and she took it like she had no idea that was what we were doing. My mom will never know justice for her husband, her daughter, her son in law or me. Marilyn and Jeffrey took that from her and I guarantee you, she was a million times nicer and a better parent than any of you. My mom lived through six or seven Hurricane Lori's...she cried more tears that Lori's mother ever did too. Lori's mom got away with releasing a crazy killer into the public, my mom would never have done anything like that. I paid my dues in blood and tears while Marilyn removed the knives from my back, cleaned them off, and handed them to Jeffrey to stab me over and over again. He is a terrorist and he is a masochist just like Lori.
I'm done with telling lies about what happened in Arizona. Someone needed to protect ME for once. Instead Jeffrey led me into a slaughterhouse and told my friends to leave my life forever. They did too.
