Lori's latest gaffe is laughable and very consistent with the theory that though Jeffrey Katzenberg wanted not to be involved in this case, somehow he just can't seem to break his grip with Missy Erickson and her family. So here we go again...
Lori pretended to be served with an order of protection which she says is barring her from contacting me or anyone in my family (and others). In her typical habitual lying fashion, she has decided to act like she is not complying with some other nonsense court order. Defiance is 100% what Lori is pretending these days. I just spent hours before coming to work listening to how Lori is planning more robberies and rapes with her best gal pal Christian Johnson. In the meantime, Christian's father and sister, both victims of this crime are left without any defense for what their family member is bringing to them. I can't imagine what kind of joy Lori is getting out of her usual threats and threats of violence.
What was supposed to not go any longer than this summer is now pushing well into the end of October 2022 without a stitch of production from the Katzenberg's. Lori loves to tell everyone that Jeffrey and Marilyn are her parents and that Missy Erickson is still his lesbian lover. I know, it's a complete Lori-esque story line that I'm not buying any of. Christian and Lori have continued to berate, harass and threaten me now for about eight solid weeks. In the meantime that targets that Jeff and Marilyn put on the heads of my father, mother, sister and family continue to glow neon red!!!
Lori is also pretending to be afraid that she is somehow going to be connected to her father's death. I don't exactly know how that would happen, but she seems to think that she is responsible for his passing. I wouldn't know. I don't know him or the rest of her family, and I don't want to. What I do know is that he is dead and that Lori protected him from finding out what she did when she filed that bogus restraining order and admitted to a four year relationship with Bryan Anderson, our so-called, police contact. We can prove that Lori was already infected with the AIDS virus when she was dating Bryan and that both he and she have told me that they are friends and more. It is no wonder that when Lori raped me that Bryan helped her to get away with it. An attempted murder with a cop chaser. Wait, wouldn't that make Bryan Anderson guilty of accessory to rape or an attempted murder? I think that is pretty obvious.
What else is obvious is Lori's direct hatred of the Erickson Family. She's now going after both of Missy's sisters trying her usual worst to cause some kind of rift between Missy, Jessica and her oldest sister. That's what Lori says. Lori is, if nothing else, commenting more and more about my family and the things she wants to "do to them". I am left wondering what the fuck Jeffrey did with my protection payment? It was specifically stolen so that he could pretend to be "the great protector". So where is he? Still living with the female suspect that stole the money from my sister so that she wouldn't have to go to jail. Is that well advised?
I know that lots of what I just wrote above is contradictory, but I am still dealing with Lori and Christian on copious amounts of crystal methamphetamine. Anyone that has dealt with the pair in the past will tell you that 90% of what they tell you is pure fantasy and untrue. Secondly, the next 9% is bullshit made up from conversations that Lori overheard with my family just two days ago. Finally, there is the 1% of the story that is true, my part. The part where some psycho lesbian from high school is STILL TRYING TO MURDER MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY! That part is true and Jeffrey has neglected to do anything more that put them in harm's way.
I've already been shot at and beaten nearly to death, but the rest of my family continues to get spoofed text messages from Lori Jean LaFond that cause little rifts of problems that all remind me of life in Palm Springs. The true victims of this crime know all about the problems that Lori likes to cause between any relationship she can find. What I am least impressed by is offering help to my sister and torturing me in the background. I am 100% certain that Jeffrey lied to my sister to steal my money and make it look legal, but what did he tell her?
From what I can glean, this money was stolen to stop me from hiring my own attorney to keep Lori and her friends away from me. Why would any father of a victim do something this stupid? Let's face it, a billionaire that steals money in this manner is low, I mean lower than Lori infecting people to steal their medicine. He doesn't need the money he needs to make a point. With me, he's done. Who knows what Jeffrey's problem is, but it clearly still seems to be pointed at me? He can fuck off if he ever tells people anything other than his money released Lori LaFond to torture more people back in California. Lori wants everyone to believe that she had something to do with her father's death upon her illegal return. Lori was at two memorials for two of my friends' parents, but that's the last time I saw her. I hope to never see her again.
It is my intention to have criminals prosecuted. I would suggest this to all of you. If I reported the rape that I DID indeed report, then the answer that the former Chief of Police gave me was, "All the DNA evidence is your DNA and there is nothing more they can do for me," then he should have charged me with making a false report. Period. I am totally willing to fight that in court too. In fact, I am so ready to do that, I am willing to push that issue too. Either I was raped or I committed a crime. I know the difference because it is MY FUCKING SKULL that was smashed. I'm the person whose face appears on that postcard from my rape. I'm the person with the bullet hole in my car door from San Diego. I'm the person with the HIV virus that magically appeared before I ever had sex and I never used needles. I'm the person with the body that was diseased on purpose and I turned all that over to the police who balked at assigning an assistant district attorney to the case. This is all Bryan Anderson's department...he was in charge of the Crimes Against Person's unit and he alone was the person that told me to report the rape from home after requesting an officer come to the Emergency Room. I even told the cop that took the report that I'd had MRI's done at the hospital and that he was welcome to them.
Toying with my feelings seems to be a Katzenberg favorite pastime. I'm not amused. I'm not amused by Bessie Smith sitting around protecting herself with my own family. Shifting the blame to my sister and me for Lori's approval. What I will not tolerate is my own feelings. I am stuffing them so far down inside that I can't be bothered any longer with this kind of unprofessional and dangerous behavior. Jeffrey wants to play mind games with me, I'm an expert and giving them back. In other words, don't shove your problems off on me or I will shove them back!
More of Lori's fantasies include rape and violence towards people that I love. It's just another way she has learned to bully people that she is certain, "hate her". I've never even heard a single member of my family mention Lori's name unless I brought it up to warn them. That's the truth. Just because a family has lived through Lori's terrorism, doesn't mean that they live in fear of her. What my family knows is this, "If you want to stop Lori LaFond's lies, you go into a courtroom and you fight her with everything you can!" We won before and we will beat her again in the courtroom. The fact that so many people know that she is stalking me is severely fucked up. No person in this universe has done more to stop their stalker than I have, but it has become abundantly clear that Jeffrey wants me to stop her some other way than legally. I'm not down with anything that isn't 100% legal, truthful, honest and clear. Lori is stalking me, that's why she used a fake name in Sedona, Arizona. You didn't see me using anything phony like that. I didn't need to, I was ON VACATION TO RELAX!!!
The evidence of Lori's presence, but not under her own name, exists in Sedona, Arizona and other places, according to Lori. From what Lori says, she and her brother gave false information about where they would be staying in Arizona during the pendency of her case. Those two places, Lori says, are Jonathan Mendenhall's father's home in Dewey, Arizona and her sibling would be living in Seligman, Arizona with Marilyn's parents. This has an odd feel to it. Neither Brian nor Lori knows these two parents. However, it was never Lori and Brian's intention to ever return to Arizona and since Missy Erickson worked for Jeffrey (flew her to Arizona) and swore that the defendants were Jeffrey's kids, it would seem to me that the parents homes were used as a false residence for two obvious fugitives. This would implicate Pastor Mendenhall and Marilyn's parents in the scheme to bail out two terrorists. There doesn't appear to be any link between Lori LaFond and either parents other than Lori has raped both Pastor Mendenall's son, Jonathan and she also raped Marilyn's parent's grandson. Two rape victims families used to free the rapist. Sick.
The plan, for Lori, was to go to Arizona, then return like nothing ever happened. Lori thinks she's well hidden in Arizona but she forgets that my friends were the people that took her there under false pretenses. My friends were then summarily dismissed, according to Lori to prepare for the arrival of Brian, Christian, Leah Fauntleroy, Missy Erickson and David. David and Missy were brought to Sedona, Az., according to Lori and Christian by Marilyn and Benjamin Katzenberg. How that was supposed to help me and this investigation, especially on vacation where I did not intend to work on this case, I have no idea. It was an ambush! Lots of people knew Lori was planning to ambush me in Arizona. There was a gun, zip ties, phenobarbital, a room key and a chainsaw in Lori's possession in her rental home. This has all the earmarks of a kidnapping and murder. Lori has also been telling lots of stories about why she was there.
First there is the "working with the Katzenberg's on their investigation of me" theory. Then there is the "unconventional wedding" in Sedona, theory. There were the admissions made inside the courtroom theories that Lori couldn't keep from spilling out of her mouth..."we're here making porn movies with the Katzenberg's". Then there is the "I am a Katzenberg" theory...where Lori pretends to be Benjamin's older sister, Brian LaFond being her brother, David. None of these theories holds water. Why couldn't Lori LaFond just have been Lori LaFond. I'll tell you why.
The reason that Lori had to register in that rental as someone else was because she couldn't leave a trail behind after she filed a restraining order the weeks before my vacation. She couldn't really justify begging some of my friends to take her to Sedona, if she told them she was stalking me, of course, so whatever she told them was a cover but they know who she is. I have the pictures to prove it. When they find out that I was there...they are going to be furious with Lori Jean LaFond. They all know from high school that Lori stalks me and my family. To think that they would deliver her to where I was on vacation...would make them accomplices, but I know they would never have done that intentionally. They came to see me the night before at my work! There are pictures from that too.
You don't know what it is like to have people raped because I was on vacation somewhere and Lori tagged along while stalking me. The fact that so many people knew she was lying in wait and did nothing is very concerning!!! Why did Jeffrey let that happen? Would he recommend that for Britney Spears? Any celebrity? Nope. He allowed it for me.
I want to know whose bright idea it was to send me into a death trap? Both of my travel companions were in on it. They both went to where Lori was and had their own experiences with the people that were there. I would never have allowed that to happen under the conditions of that bogus restraining order and would have told them both that too, but I was left in the dark about the whole murder plot. I do not ever feel safe and I do not ever let my guard down.
Lori has taken to threatening my family members again. She just now said, "Why wouldn't it still be a good idea to pursue his family members?"
Jeffrey's response? The same as it has been since March of 2010, silence....
If the Palm Springs Police broke the law and didn't assign me, a victim of rape, a district attorney, then I should have been allowed to hire one for myself, back when the rape was still fresh. Now that Jeffrey has put my rape case in the freezer and hopes that nobody will find it, I suggest this...I am not the least bit afraid of pushing the issue. I know Lori raped me for at least the second time in September of 2009. She's been rubbing it in my face ever since...now she is using intimidation tactics because nobody has the brains to stop her. Bryan Anderson refused for his department's sake. That thin blue line is thicker than you think when you consider that covering up a brutal rape was more important than catching the rapist because of her ties to the police department's heads....
There really isn't any excuse what that pd did to me that would make anything safer for the public. Just ask the Sedona victims if they were safer in the weeks that followed the Chief's lie. It was another escape from jail as far as I'm concerned and I know that the evidence is in that Riverside Crime Lab with someone that did the work on the case. I'm willing to stake my entire life on it. I'm not a coward. She is.
Why there is still so much secrecy behind this entire system is baffling! The criminals have thousands of victims and someone is still calling all the shots to continue to hurt me and my family members. They too are living in fear and they don't even know it, thanks to Bryan Anderson and Jeffrey Katzenberg with an assist by Bessie Smith. She is the lynch pin that caused all the problems by lying to my sister and stabbing her in the back. She's never even seen my mother since she came back to town. Bessie saw my mother as a problem because of her support of me and because of her advice not to wait to take care of this problem by relying on others. She had to be eliminated, so Bessie used my mom's Alzheimer's disease to get close to my sister to take my money for Jeffrey's safe keeping. I didn't want this at all. It was my money and he stole it. If it is evidence, then there are criminals...and they should have been arrested. End of crime spree.
I am remaining calm now, but I've already set the wheels in motion for a complete Katzenberg interrogation and grand jury hearing. I am not going to supply anyone with any more people for Lori to infect or kill. If I am killed it was Lori Jean LaFond that did it with the help of Jeffrey Katzenberg. Periodt.
