I wanted to show you a costume that Lori should have to wear in Palm Springs to one of her famous "costume parties" that she never goes to. Everyone knows that Lori Jean LaFond is a drug dealer. She sold drugs to my brother in law and my former boyfriend, Steven Frey, sold drugs to her. "Sold" is sort of a misnomer because she really just threatened him into selling drugs or going to jail. He had to pay rent, so he did the latter. Lori rarely paid for her drugs and if she did, she didn't pay full price. She says that was because she "protected Steven from the police". Huh? I don't know a lot of dealers that want anything to do with the police. So what is it that Lori could do that nobody else could? Why didn't she get busted? I even had a restraining order served on the place she lived in as "Sheree Frey" and the police chief (then a Sergeant) went into the hearing to threaten me on her behalf.
I had a ton of text messages from "Sheree Frey", none of which were really from Steven's sister. They were all from Lori LaFond so serving that "S. Fry" apartment was completely legal. Serving an alias, is allowed by the law. So whether Lori was going by "Sheree" or "Lisa" or Lori LaFond, the service was a good one.
Lori is pretty bold the way she acts like she is some kind of member of law enforcement. What she really is, is someone that has the information that a judge would need from a cop to perpetuate a lie. Badge numbers, report numbers and all kinds of secret police information that she learned from implanted cops. Lori used to pretend to be Rae Dallas/then Fernandez' best friend. What that really means is that Lori pretended to BE RAE Fernandez on phone calls, in text messages and other places. I'm wondering just how many text messages Lori spoofed as Officer Fernandez during the period when the Pawn Shop scheme in Palm Springs with the Nichols Family.
Their story is on the blog to the right. They were police informants that had something like 2.5 million dollars stolen from the police, is what I've heard. Freezing assets like that isn't as easy as Lori thinks. It's a federal call on monies in the bank being frozen and I don't think anyone from the PSPD went to federal court to take assets from a police informant couple that is cooperating. The money went missing and I'm thinking, just like the DAP money that was pinned on John O'brien, was really stolen by Lori LaFond opening up fake bank accounts without the knowledge of the "mark" in both cases. Lori hates police informants and wonders why her remote neural monitoring isn't used in lieu of actual informants. The reason is that it is illegal to outsource information gathering to a person using illegal means and she can't testify in court when that would happen. I am a person. I can testify without any kind of hesitation and won't be able to be impeached. I have an impeccable record for honesty.
So Lori stealing from informants working with Officer Fernandez, is not something that she would probably understand until the police understand that Lori feels like she is in competition with the real human informants. So she goes after them. I have two other friends that are informants outside of my team. Both were implanted and both suffered by the PSPD because of it. The biggest reason that Lori hates police informants is simple. She is the worst drug addicted and violence prone dealer in the area. Any informant from our community would know that Lori was involved in this illegal surveillance of innocent people. Lori likes to say they "weren't innocent" but the law says they are. They never volunteered to wear these devices and in most cases they were raped. Using us without any kind of benefit makes us like lambs to be slaughtered. You can't imagine how dangerous it is to have Lori telling the police one thing and the "drones" something else. Where is the benefit to us? There isn't one, it's all cost no benefit. It's also experimental so it's highly illegal. When one of the three components is gay men only and they are the component that gets no benefit at all...then it is a hate crime.
Let's get this out of the way right here. My team deserves the credit for running Lori Jean LaFond out of town and into an area where she is much easier to deal with because of her relationship with the police. No matter how many times Lori was told not to talk to them, she still learned all she could just from their own day to day dealings with people. She was also sending people out to harass me in my sober living home. We did the job to keep her as far away from kids as we possibly could. There were too many miscues going on in Palm Springs. Why else do police officers think that Lor got arrested with her brother twice in one week in Arizona? It's not because Lori was any different there than here, they just aren't as susceptible to the lies when the whole department is in on it. We all think that the PSPD's entire department knows about this crime. Lots of cops were in on this crime...and the ones that weren't didn't seem to stop the ones that did. I understand that taking on a department of half and half, half implanted and helping Lori, and half not creates a division among officers, but you don't fall the direction they did!!! Come on, you have to fall in the direction of the law....we were the innocent ones, Lori was the criminal and still is. The police officers that didn't stop the other cops should be asked why? Did they feel pressure from above or was it just obvious that if you did what Lori told you, you woulld be promoted?
Either way, is was my team that got behind stopping her with or without the PSPD's approval. We have a job to do. I was asked to do this job by the police. When I do a job for the legal system, I do it 100% because I will have to testify to my actions in court. That's simple. Break the law in a situation like this and my position isn't nearly as strong. I have experience and I know who to get the attention of when something like this arises. I am good with U.S. Attorneys and U.S. Justices....they wouldn't like what the PSPD has endured and they would be very angry that nobody would come forward to stop the illegal implantation of public servants and of innocent minorities. You can not outsource your information gathering to a drug dealer. It sends the wrong message to her victims and makes the police make bad decisions. I was the perfect person to endure this crime, I know the perpetrator and what she is capable of. I have the experience in the law that grew from what she caused when I was a kid. Lori is the reason I got into the law all the way to the federal court in San Diego, California. I did what I did for a living because of the crimes Lori committed against my family in the past. My dad was acquitted but not until a long and arduous trial ensued. We live in 29 Palms, the trial is in San Bernardino....a long way to go back and forth so my mom and dad lived in a trailer in Yucaipa for the length of the pretrial and trial. Seriously.
I've been through so many of Lori's "scenarios" that I can tell you if you let her scheme long enough she'll find something heartbreaking enough to rip you to shreds. This is the reason that I've been so angry. There doesn't seem to be any amount of warning that would be enough to save a life of a friend or family. I would get on a huge bull horn to warn all the parents of the people Lori lives with if I could. I tried with my friends too and they all suffered from the Lori and Missy Experimentation and Game Playing distractions. It's true. If you are around her long enough, you will suffer. She is someone that likes to use and use and use until you have no home, no family, no finances, no friends and no way to complain about it.
People would really be furious with me if I stopped telling them the truth and Lori killed again. She has a tendency to make things and people disappear...even she'll tell you that. I can guarantee you parents that if I didn't do what this project has done, your kid would have been in serious danger for their lives. I don't like that she tells people that, "If Kevin is your friend, I'll get you." That's not something I ever thought an adult would say, but I've experienced it many times with Lori and friends. Trust me, the vocal way of exposing this crime is cathartic and necessary to protect the public. Better to be safe than sorry, Chief Reyes. Come down on the side of the public not public enemy number one!
