In the 1980's when Lori left the 29 Palms area with her brother, AIDS was ravaging the gay male communities all over the world. Who better to test out the stolen brain link system than on people whose lifespan was anywhere from 8-10 years. Lori could infect gay men and implant them and they would be dead long before they could ever defend themselves.
When you couple the AIDS fear of the early 1980's with the stigma of being gay, we were in some ways, the perfect group to implant and where better than the most gay city in Southern California, than Palm Springs. The Mecca of the LGBTQ community with it's clothing optional resorts and transient vacation population. Gay businesses began to close down. Warm Sands, once a hot spot for vacations were now being run through with police answering calls by Lori LaFond who complained about drug fueled orgies on her front lawn when she was living in an apartment and lying about the people that she hated the most. The homosexuals that had this disease that she somehow managed to get before she even left high school. She hated us and she was going to make us pay.
ACT-UP came up with the slogan, "Silence = Death" as people prayed for a cure or a treatment that wasn't worse than the disease itself. That wouldn't come for a long time and we perished. AIDS wasn't the only thing in Palm Springs that was defeating our community, our own police department became a place where no intelligent gay man would go for help. They earned a reputation as a homophobic law enforcement agency. Oh sure they were fine with the wealthy upper crusty Hollywood types, but the police had little time for the working class gays that waited on tables or opened gyms. No, those people were part of the problem and Lori was going to expose every single dirty little secret she could make up or hear about. That's who she is.
The community of twenty year olds and thirty years olds were being infected by a woman and turned into human microphones that would go where she couldn't and do what she wasn't invited to to. That made her even more angry and the community began to become "extra promiscuous heathens that don't practice safe sex and spread the disease without any concern." We, according to Lori, were all having "rough sex" and we should be jailed, imprisoned and some cops even told us to leave town, we weren't wanted there. Oh the rumors began to swirl about the girl that sold drugs to the gays then called the police to arrest them. She would find out who was selling drugs, have them arrested, then steal the drugs that were left behind while the gay man sat in jail.
There were home invasions. There were titles exchanged on homes into an alias that Lori had and soon, you would go to other cities and hear from other gays about that urban legend "Sara" or "VIctoria" or "Jessica" then "Lisa" who hated gay men so much, she would do anything to ruin their lives. She worked with the police. The police were implanted. They threw the book at us and looked the other way for her. The police were listening to the same voice that we were, but she was telling them something completely different. She would poison our names with the PSPD before we were ever arrested.
I would read in the newspapers that there were other problems that were happening too. The Gentlemen's Club on Perez Road was being hassled by the police. The gay bar and bath house in Cat City were under attack too. Someone was making problems for the sex industry and it seemed a whole lot like what the gay men were dealing with in Palm Springs.
Lori, a VIP at that Gentlemen's Club, apparently had a problem with the girls that worked at the club, calling them prostitutes or drug addicts or whatever else she could dream up. You see, Lori's crush, from high school, used to go there and that is where Lori fell in "love" with Missy Erickson. So naturally, the girls and one of the body guard males were also implanted and raped. If Lori had kept up her plan there there might have been some eyebrows raised. Women being raped and getting AIDS would draw attention, more so than gay men, so Lori had to slow her roll when it came to implanting women. 97% of the implants used on this system under Eugene A. LaFond's name were used on gay men.
Many of those gay men were not infected with HIV by another man, nope, we have a log book that shows that Lori infected them herself. Their AIDS viruses will show that although gay and never sexual with women, they were infected by one. The same one that implanted them with the USMC's microchips fitted for their system. That person is the same person that you are thinking of. I know that most of my friends that were infected were infected by Lori. Oddly enough, I was told that Lori was infected by a dirty needle that she stole from a hospice patient's garbage while dying of the disease. So you see, it wasn't having sex with a man that gave her HIV in the early years, it was a bad decision. We've bore the brunt of that decision in our own lives. Trust me, I know first hand that Lori hated gay men long before she hit Palm Springs, California. She bullied me for years because of it. She accused my father of being a homosexual and having sex with a male student (ala Steve Fabian and his female student).
There is a ton of story to tell. Basically, what started out as a way to live for Brian LaFond became more of a drug dealing business when his sister came to town, though Brian was already addicted before. That became a source of experimentation and trial and error on people that didn't know how they got HIV or how they were implanted. The police were in on it, certain members of the community were in on it and then we found out that the commissioners at the Larson Justice Center were in on it too. Even the booking guards at the jail were in on it and so was the "pit boss" in the protective custody cell was getting calls on the payphone from Lori. It was a complete system. Lori calls it "the program".
From top to bottom, the system was rigged against the implanted. If you were gay and not implanted, you would be. I have no doubt that if I wasn't lured to Palm Springs after my freshman year of college, I would still have been implanted and infected by Lori. She is pretty thorough with her stalking and I was being followed by hundreds of people in Riverside and thousands in San Diego. Once you are targeted, you will be implanted.
The Urban Legend in California's LGBTQ+ Community is humongous. Everyone knows that the police are in on it and that they work with "Lisa". They repeat what she says. They don't do thorough investigations. I think I was arrested 6 times and I never really knew what the charges were for and I was never under the influence of drugs. None in me or on me. Each time I would get picked up for "drugs", like it was the PSPD's catch all. The cops weren't nice and they would say what Lori would tell them to. FIrst Lori would say something to us, then the cop would repeat it out loud so as to let the us know, they were working together. The commissioners did the same thing at the courthouse. Illegal sentences were handed out very heavy to the implanted. Straight people were given light sentences and we were given jail. I actually plead at my arraignment and was let out of jail that day, but the sentence was harsh still. 3 years of probation and drug diversion classes and nothing that I was accused of had drugs associated with it. It was another way of keeping tabs on the implanted.
I want to be clear. Lori was NOT the only person involved in this organization. Lori is number one in command but her brother Brian whom she calls "Junior" is number two. A variety of other people have helped this experiment along the way. I could go into the names but I will let Jonathan Mendenhall, my friend and once number three in command, tell you what the structure looked like to him. He is far better equipped that I to show the framework of the organization and how it was run. Lori will have her own take too. Some people have had problems or secrets that could be exploited. Some had an "if you can't beat em join em" mentality. Some people were friends of people that Lori hated. Rest assured the police did their part to keep people at bay too.
All too often I am amazed at how many people out here feel like this system was the status quo. It couldn't be beat because the police who were to protect the people were in on it. Promotions for arrests keep you employed so while the cops that used this system were promoted, the ones that didn't took early retirement or were let go. If you look who is at the top now, they are the cops that took Lori's advice as gospel and now they are still there. In other words, it is not safe to live in Palm Springs if you are me. That's why my friends left.
Honestly it's like there are so many gang stalkers in that city and so many implanted cops, it's like living in Trump World where the gestapo will get you if you say or do the wrong thing. I reported a rape and got arrested two times the next day...seriously! I was then arrested once a month every month for the next six months while postcards with my face being punched out were being circulated in the US Mail. The police? They said the picture wasn't me. Um, I think I know my own face and it's a threat on any level when sent to my home. I must have been stopped a half dozen more times.
Even Christopher would get picked up by the police and taken to a home to spy on the inhabitants or "he would have to go to jail". Seriously, that's what they told him. I got that information from the inhabitants of the home that told me, not Christopher. Can you imagine, walking down the street and the cops pick you up and say, "Get in the car Christopher we are taking you to a stranger's home for you to go inside." That's like Russia or Nazi Germany.
So many stories come to mind and I am only one victim. There are just so many people that don't even know what happened to them. Their lives ruined by false criminal records that they will never be able to clear. There is so much injustice for cops that arrest us based on Lori's information and they are listening to the same girl we are. They get promoted, we got criminal records. They are the ones breaking the law. It is illegal in Palm Springs for cops to use wireless communication devices, but they sure as Hell are and we can prove it. We have the conversations and their chip numbers...I'd be worried if I was them. They needed to come out and tell the public this was happening instead they collected their arrests and checks on our backs. It's really sad because I love law enforcement. I worked for a federal judge. Some of my favorite people are US Marshals. I guess it's like everything else. There are good cops and there are bad cops. I just NEVER IN MY LIFE thought that any police officer would have a problem with me. I am so polite and respectful. It makes me sad. My best friend and his wife ARE cops. It just kills me inside.
