The Fifth Amendment, an often-overlooked part of this crime involves the Constitution of the United States and it's use by police officers against defendants. This article pulls the information that I've been thinking about for many years. I'm pretty sure that I mention it in my written diaries.

Of course, people get arrested and pulled in by the police. It is illegal to provide false information to a cop, so you tell the truth, but what happens when someone lies? Lucille Tournas clearly has a really good idea here. The author is assuming that cops have these or will have them in the future. What we have in Palm Springs is a clandestine relationship between someone that has access to this technology and access to the police with it. This is definitely the kind of "product" that can be used in court for the victims. The fact that the victim has no choice in the matter but to think, be honest, and hand a serial killer all of their pertinent information about a crime, is just about the most dangerous thing there is.
Essentially, law enforcement, by nature of their job is providing the suspect/victim's rapist with information about the person every single time they pull someone over. Their car license plate, what they drive, their information from their driver's license and other personal information. They did this by outsourcing their information gathering from a known drug dealer, child molester and serial rapist. She had to break a ton of eggs (like my skull) to make a homosexual omelet. You see what the police gained were arrests and more funding and job promotions. What Lori gained was protection from the police which is why my rape when uninvestigated and was disposed of by an implanted police chief. This crime isn't just about Lori tattle-tailing, it is about what the police information is when they are talking to Lori. How they receive this information through a victim of rape and infection of HIV, is stupefying to me. It's a horrendous violation of a human's rights and the defendant's rights as well. The courts, more and more, are leaning toward the information contained on a device and finding the devices that commit this crime FOR EVERYONE ON THIS SYSTEM. COPS INCLUDED!!!
In essence, if Lori goes full obsessed psycho rapist, all she has to do is have one of her cops pull the new "love of her life" over and the police officer will then hand over all of that person's privacy under the guise of doing their job. It's like a dating service for Hannibal Lechter. Law enforcement is literally her dungeon, she even calls the PSPD jail that. The cops in our area aren't really interested in the truth or what they will read from the defendants' minds when Lori has them arrested will be matched up with her words and the cops thinking too. SO all those fake cops over there should be very frightened.
My opinion isn't important. I've been shut off for a very long time and the point of investigating this crime was about helping each other. That's ended. So now I am most interested in how this will apply to everyone that has made the decision to intentionally inflict emotional distress on me. I'm really kind of not surprised about the lack of support.
Hiding evidence, buying up evidence and still nobody has ever presented the truth. The most incredibly difficult thing was to stand up and go on television to report this crime. The police for their part, fumbled and floundered. Their participation in this crime is well known. Their attitude towards the gay community in Palm Springs is legendarily homophobic. It is clear that working with Lori LaFond is not something they admit to, but they also haven't denied the use of these microchips. This is a fact, there is evidence that points to the police use of these devices that Christopher has not used. It's a bad idea to hide that kind of corruption. It's a really bad idea to take their side. I'm not surprised again.
What is important here is the loss of freedom to think. It is something that has been used against me since I moved back here to Hell. Instead of using this system to trap the terrorist and present evidence, someone has sought the exact opposite. He has pushed for more silence, no attorneys and intimidation. He hasn't ever made an effort to help anyone of the victims besides the ones that didn't need it any more.
Today I saw my father and sister sitting outside and I wondered to myself if they have any idea how badly they ruined my life? How horrible it is to have stolen my money and handed it to a complete stranger? How deceptive it was for him to act like he had nothing to do with it. How big a lie he told to everyone that once trusted him. 13 years after he and his wife helped to stalk me in Arizona with Lori LaFond and her friends, this man isn't much good for anyone. His approach to hurt my family to appease Lori LaFond while his crack head girlfriend got some "inside information" is ridiculous. He has supported her and her family and will not give it up. He turned down hundreds of offers to help me and kept me isolated and friendless. He'd run around to anyone I knew to keep his lies safe. I'm not interested in this man as a human being. Some people just don't like gay people.
I can't imagine siding with my lifetime stalker and bully. He's the worst man that has ever lived.
