After a week in Sedona, Arizona stalking me and my friends, Lori Jean LaFond and her brother Brian racked up some very serious charges, some of them federal, some state, but then they skated out of the State of Arizona pretending to be a brother and sister that they weren't. This is the catalyst for aggravated identity theft. The use of the fake id's shows a preparation for something like this and goes a long way into proving that these were the two people that stole the money out of the Katzenberg kids' business account. This money was then used to purchase drugs and precursors for the manufacturing of GHB in Arizona.
I want everyone to know just how smart it was for Lori and Brian to pretend to be two people that Lori plotted and planned to rip off. In addition, it wasn't the brightest idea to post bail stolen from Jeffrey Katzenberg and his father when we were already investigating the loss of Benjamin Katzenberg's account which was shared with his two siblings. This shows exactly who these criminals were. I'm sure that a check of the California DMV will produce two id's from the Katzenberg family for Lori, pretending to be Laura Katzenberg and Brian who pretended to be David Katzenberg. The id's had to have the identical information so that Lori could go into the bank and steal it. Only Benjamin, his sister and brother could remove that money. This was part of my agreement with Benjamin and I have fulfilled it. We now know who took that money and the bail money posted by Missy Erickson.
Aggravated identity theft is a very serious crime and Lori has continued to use this brain link system to steal police officer's information, to pretend to be a City of LaQuinta worker, to file a restraining order against me and force the Commissioner at the Larson Justice Center to issue a warrant for my arrest based on that restraining order. This is a huge case of identity theft and proving that Lori does this is as easy as talking to the woman that she rented from in Arizona and my friends that were tricked into bringing Lori there under false pretenses. From what I understand the girls and their husbands were told lies about why Lori needed to be there. She also didn't mention drugs being brought across the state lines for manufacturing and use. I want everyone to know that I don't appreciate Lori using my friends to transport drugs.
It's nasty in this case, but proving that Lori commits identity fraud should be rather simple. Remember, she doesn't even work where she got the restraining order for workplace violence against me. If you don't really work there you can't say I committed a crime like that...police didn't file any charges either.
