Someone Needs To Tell Lori That What She Has Done Won't Be Tried In The "People's Court"; The Extent Of Lori's Courtroom Experience

 

Oh, you can only imagine how happy I am to know the level of defendant that Lori intends to be in the courtroom.  As someone that Lori and her friends have stalked for years and years, I always thought that my courtroom experience would be a bonus, now I am certain that it isn't necessary, but it couldn't hoit!

Lori is more concerned about her attire in the courtroom and how she is going to find all the loopholes and make the judge look stupid.  I've worked for judges, stand up comics and judges have the best lines in the business for shutting down a grandstander like Lori.  Afterall, Lori, the "Queen of Having the Last Word or Last Laugh" is only out done by a professional that actually DOES HAVE THE LAST WORD.  The last laugh I am reserving for myself.

I am aware that while I was working for the federal court, Lori made a lot of phone calls to members of the court.  She also liked to call the former Clerk of Court to pretend that she was some kind of investigator for the FBI or some other federal agency.  She explained to him that she had "people following Kevin" everywhere and wanted him to convey that to me only Lori told him to say that he was the person having me followed.  In my diaries from that time, you can tell that I am very aware of that fact.   I knew I was being stalked for years.  I had no idea what to call it.   Just "being followed" is what I think I wrote.    Lori, apparently, had stolen some stuff from a box delivered to me from my work.  In that box were phone lists of judge's chambers, law clerks, clerk's office staff, and others.  She honestly tried to play the "Indio Court" game with federal employees after she had her brother shoot at me.  Her exact words on a cell phone text, allegedly, were, "I want him dead by my birthday".   That is some pretty serious shit when you understand that I was shot soon thereafter.

I have never had any kind of conversation with Lori about my judge or her family either.  I don't ever talk about them.  They are off limits to everyone as far as I am concerned, and that was one reason that I had to resign.  I couldn't protect the people I was assigned to protect with someone like Lori listening in to my conversations.  So if she ever says I told her something about them or someone else did, it is a lie.  A really big fat lie.  She knows what she knows from spying on me with this microchip.

Also, Lori kept me from getting a fair shake at another job at the federal court a few years ago when she contacted the new Clerk of Court who just so happened to be one of my best friends in San Diego.  We went from being people that carpooled every day together to someone that he wouldn't talk to or interview.  It had nothing to do with my past performance because he is the person that taught me the job.  Someone was getting ahold of him behind my back and making him not normal.  I applied for a job that I was way too qualified for and that I'd taught for many years at the court.  He wouldn't talk to me and that bothers me.  We are really close.   I housesat for him and his wife many times.

Lori, I've been told, was saying that Jeffrey Katzenberg was investigating me, and that jibes with some of the lies that she told in Arizona.  So I am anxious to clear my name for trying to inform the Justice Department about a stalker that has contacted people that my friend is in charge of.  It sucks.  I have a good reputation and Lori seems bound to make fun of that with her lies.  To me, it is very serious.

I also think that her "Katzenberg" submission was another tie to the Katzenberg Family that should, by now, have a pretty good idea who she is and what she is involving them with.  I have no ill will towards them, most of that simply comes from a lack of effort to put her back in Arizona where she belongs.  He antics and lies are really hurtful to friendships and families.  She's already taken my brother in law's life, I think I stayed at the Clerk of Court's home when that happened too.

Lori likes to think of anyone that believes her lies as a friend of her "family's" but the truth is that she probably tried to find out about this man and his wife while I lived near them.  He rode the bus with me.  Played golf with me.  Carpooled with me.  Taught me how to do the job.  All kinds of stuff.  He's confided in me for a long time too.  Without any problems from Lori, him and I are really good co-workers.  It figures that Lori would try to get in touch with him and his wife, they are close to me.  She already stole a photo with myself, his wife and another woman.  Lori has also used his wife's name as a surname for her "Perspectives" postcard which is a photo of me from my rape.  Yes, Lori is like that.  Bravado and machismo are her traits.  She's a mess
