It has never surprised me, the lengths that some people will go to hurt someone. Never has that been more apparent than with the crime that I write about, advocate against, and suffer from. I've found the person responsible and thought that it would make a difference to the parents of the friends that I had. It explained what happened to them when they were living in Palm Springs, California. They no longer live there and their parents, aren't very good people. Oh the information was extra helpful and did what it was supposed to do for them, but when it came time to pay it forward to help me and others, they couldn't have bothered. They were too rich, too successful, too lazy, and mostly too unconcerned to care about this community that I believed in. The LGBTQ community is just as apathetic as all the others.
Instead of what should have been the biggest victory for our community, my friends did the unthinkable. They coward in fear. They simply moved this system to where Lori and her brother were living, as close to my family as they could put it, then they took advantage of the information I provided them to move to a location where they accepted bribes, homes, safety, wealth and gave the community a middle finger to ponder. There is no accounting for the frailty of human beings. They are selfish. Self centered people that only think of themselves. The question is, if they are only thinking of themselves, then wasn't the system's new location an accessory to the crimes? I didn't think so until 12 years passed and three of them, with their parents, did nothing. They watched in amazement as Lori, Jeffrey, Marilyn, and the rest of these criminals stole, infected, implanted and killed witnesses to this crime. It was a plan.
Rather than help the person that had lived this experience since the age of 9 years old, they decided to help the person with no experience, a homophobic past, and the most recent showing of criminal activity that saw two underage minors get raped and brutalized by Lori Jean LaFond and Missy Erickson. Indeed, they even paid for Lori's way out of jail while they lied in the courtroom. Was it a lie? It sure was. Someone pretended to be the children of Jeffrey Katzenberg. Someone that knew he wasn't a good person. Someone that still calls him her father as recently as five minutes ago.
Even in the wake of Jeffrey's bad decision making, which obviously was against the victims of this crime, my friends entered into an illegal relationship with a man that has blood on his hands and hate in his heart. That hate manifest itself in the form of lies. Jeffrey has told all kinds of lies to people. He's even lied to his own wife and kids. His plan, unknown to many, was obvious to me. He planned to help the criminals get away with the crimes that he watched, funded, and eventually threw away. He bought cars, homes, and did everything he could to use these microchips to hide witnesses, evidence, money, and whatever else he could do to help the criminals stay free. In short, he's an asshole that promotes crime over justice. He hates lawyers, because they cost him money.
What I've been told is that he eliminated his two kids, Laura and David, from the court records saying that the people arrested in Sedona, Arizona were not his kids. Thus indicating that his two kids were not involved. What he didn't do was tell the truth. His own girlfriend Missy Erickson was in that courtroom swearing to God that the two people with her were David Katzenberg and Laura Katzenberg, two people that Missy had lunch with not to long afterwards. It's pretty clear that Missy was brought to Sedona by the Katzenbergs and that it was Missy that was given the money from Jeffrey's father and Jeffrey to post for the two people that were pretending to be his kids. They even provided Missy travel to Sedona, Arizona and Missy was heard to tell Jonathan, "If you think Jeffrey is here to help you, think again. He just posted their bail...," after Lori raped two little boys for the third or fourth time. What kind of man does that? An asshole.
There wasn't any hesitation by Missy, she's received his permission to steal this money and use it to post a false bail for Lori and Brian who Jeffrey knew was posing as his kids. He knew it! He literally knew that Lori had stalked me to Arizona to kill me and my friends, and he posted bail for not only my rapist, but his son's rapist too. Oh he could tell the court that his kids weren't involved, but he also knew who WAS involved and said nothing. In fact and in truth, he brought Missy Erickson to a Mother's Day lunch to meet his kids and his dying mother. Who would do something like that? An asshole.
Missy really didn't need an introduction because she had been spying on the Katzenberg Family for years and years. She even attended the twins high school graduation after Lori tried to destroy the festivities by stealing a project that the pair had worked on for years. Allegedly there are pictures from that graduation of Missy and Lori sitting eerily close to Marilyn Katzenberg. Those pictures will never be seen. Why? Jonathan stole them and hid them away where nobody would ever see them again. Missy is an expert on Laura Katzenberg. I guess this 60 year old woman thinks that she is like her. She learned her expression and how she dealt with her father...and pretended to be a version of Laura while she communicated with Jeffrey and Marilyn. They must have bought the whole routine because their family stalker then became their best friend. Bailing out imposters in Arizona and lunching with the real twins in California. You see, Missy is a cunt and Jeffrey is an asshole.
Lately Lori and Missy have been impersonating my sister in this same manner. They then left Arizona and came here safe and sound without a single care in the world. They then proceeded to destroy my sister's second marriage and elderly abused my mom with Alzheimer's disease into giving away my bank account to the exact same man that bailed out my rapists. The same two that were involved in my shooting in San Diego. Jeffrey literally is the enemy.
I want to remind all of you that a shooting is an attempted murder. My brother in law's death is a homicide. Not an accident or self inflicted, but a homicide. Lori had everything to do with those events. She's also responsible for my sexual assault in 2007. So Jeffrey's decision to HELP Missy and Lori is called a co-conspirator after the fact. Still a murderer. This isn't just a human rights privacy case, it's two murder cases. One, my brother in law, the other me. He literally helped the two people that tried to kill me to safety with his money, power, and disdain for homosexuals.
This is what drove me to this project. Justice for the victims of Lori Jean LaFond. You would think that the parents of my friends would be grateful, but they aren't. No, they were more concerned with moving from New York to California. From Oregon to Mrs. Mendenhall's property. From everywhere they could find them. She gave them the cheap property to buy, on one condition, they could say anything about this crime. That is obstruction and is very illegal. To this day they live with the evidence of my rape and they have said nothing. My friends, aren't they wonderful?

What Jeffrey fails to understand is that reference is just as offensive to me. Nazi mind control is nothing new, but it is something that he is well aware of. Some things never die. The Nazi internment and holocaust wasn't limited to the Jews, it cost our community ten times the people in society. If we make up 1/10 of all people in the world, the percentages of Jews to Gays is enormously out of proportion with the gay community losing more people than ever before. It still isn't the same in Germany and Poland where gays are treated like animals. He is the person controlling our minds now. He is the one that is fucking with everyone's families and threatening them into invisibility. He alone did what Lori could never do. He convinced the parents of my friends to hurt me in favor of the criminals. They all did too.
Literally, Jeffrey contacted my friends after that Sedona disaster and told them, "Do not speak to Kevin for at least a year." That is obstruction. Realizing who was there and that she'd already lied in the courtroom to get a bogus restraining order, Jeffrey then hid the fact that he knew Lori and Brian LaFond had stalked me to Arizona. That is a clear violation of that restraining order. She contacted my friends on that trip, another violation and furtherance of the conspiracy to commit another murder. Instead of telling the truth, he told Jonathan to hide. He also removed Christopher from my life. That was the other informant. What he did, was take my rape and attempted murder case and threw it in the garbage with a crime lab report, the stolen MRI's from the hospital, the pictures and videos that Lori shot, and the information that Lori was in Arizona charged with illegal contact with minors from out of state. All of these charges are aggravated because Lori crossed state line to do this crime. What did Jeffrey do? He buried the evidence and 11 years later, he still is.
What he did do was continue the conspiracy to commit more murders of my sister and myself once his girlfriend was returned safely to California via his own private jet. He provided the people, he provided the money, he provided the transportation to commit an aggravated stalking and two rapes of minor children. Where is the justice in that? He then went on to lie to my sister and scam my elderly mother out of thousands of dollars earmarked for legal fees. He wanted me dead then and still does now.
I haven't seen or heard from any of my so called friends ever since. They took bribes. They took money. They took my life and made it worthless. I have no respect for them or their parents. What Mrs. Mendenhall, Pastor Mendenhall, and Marie Monti did was kill me inside where it hurts the most. There is no excuse for them. They hid evidence of a crime. They live with a fugitive from justice; Jonathan has a warrant for his arrest from before Sedona. Rather than do what the law requires, they partook in a fantasy of Jeffrey's. A wild fantasy that would elevate Missy Erickson, the lying bail surety, into some position of help. She is far and away the last human being on this planet that deserves your sympathy, but you all gave it to her anyway. Because she's a woman; that's not just sexist, it's wrong.
Jeffrey used his entire family to commit this crime. Every single member of his family has been used in one capacity or another. Marilyn, lied to the friends that I once had to tell them that Jeffrey was finished working with Missy...innumerous times over the years. She also paraded herself around like someone that cared about the victims, all a sham. David and Laura, have met Missy Erickson the same girl that cheesecaked her way into their grandmother's hospital room (she was probably looking for her credit cards). She then proceeded to lunch with the Katzenberg's. Jeffrey literally took a date to a Mother's Day lunch with his own wife! Sick.
What Missy wants you to believe is that she's like everyone else that Lori raped and implanted, but Missy never reported a rape. In fact, Missy went into the courtroom for her rapist knowing that her past is one of crime and death. Missy isn't some innocent angel by any stretch. She, the surety on the bonds that let the LaFond's out on bail, LIVES WITH THEM WHILE THEY ARE FUGITIVES FROM JUSTICE. That is also illegal.
Once again, Missy involved herself in the crime. With the lies she told in court to the judge that stupidly set bail, Missy without any other evidence is also guilty of the rape. If she wasn't involved in the rape initially, which I don't believe, she involved herself in the rape after the fact, setting the two child molesters free. I would add that Jonathan did the same by going into hiding after Sedona. The same with Anthony and the rest of the people that were there and did nothing. Barbara's need to keep my friends away from me, has now cost them their freedom. I would have helped Jonathan and Anthony to understand that but they were sworn to 11 years of secrecy, thanks to one Barbara. Your intentions were the least helpful of all Barbie, what you did was cover up for the rapists and the witnesses. The silence that was imposed had a chilling effect on the prosecution of my rapist, their rapist, and my brother in law's killer.
Jackie LaFond, now Palmer, unbeknownst to me before the bullshit restraining order, has handed over a home for Lori and Brian to live with their bail surety. They've been there for decades now. Missy and Lori are still trying to kill me. I guess killing me would solve all their problems but if you notice, their problems were created by themselves. Self inflicted wounds. I had nothing to do with what anyone did in Sedona, Arizona. My friends lied by not telling the truth. Missy and Lori lied to their parents. Even the rape victims haven't spoken to the district attorney in their case and they know where she is living with her brother, what fake names they've given, and what her true name is. I've provided them with that and for that, I have an arrest warrant for me from Lori own Commissioner Best. Now does that seem like justice to you? She's stalked me since I was nine years old and Jeffrey's sympathy is zero. Mrs. Monti and Mrs. Mendenhall is the same. Rich people that are too rich to care.
Whatever Christopher entered into with the Mendenhall's is even more hurtful. He decided to watch me get tortured for years and years. When Lori would get too angry, he would use my own sister saying to her, "I will call Kevin's sister if you don't stop." This shows two things. He has knowledge of the crimes that Lori committed against my family and that he is willing to hide those facts in order to keep himself and his family safe. This from the child of Marie Monti who asked me, point blank, to keep her posted on what was happening. When she found out more than I knew, she kept her silence for property owned by the Mendenhall's or their relatives. It's fucking sick. You help keep my son alive, and I'll use your family as a shield. It's illegal and prosecutable.
So now, we still have Jackie Palmer pretending to work for the City of 29 Palms, giving a home to terrorism and drug dealing. The same person that said I'd called her at work then called my best friend and lied to him, is promoting a home where terror is born, delivered straight to the home of my family whom the LaFond's have betrayed for years and years.
I hope you are all pleased with your choices. Not one of you thought of me. Not a single one of you. Don't expect a miracle from me going forward. I'm not a person that lies like the rest of them. I have to be responsible to the hundreds of other victims that Jeffrey hates. The homosexuals the he blames for this crime; thanks to Missy Erickson and David, Lori's chicken hawk. I don't believe in child pornography. I don't believe in rapists. I don't believe in cold blooded murderers. I simply don't believe in my friends that turned their backs on the gay community that kept them alive when they had nothing. That was me that did that for them. They don't deserve your consideration.
I just wanted to wish them all a Merry Christmas. Afterall, it is the anniversary of Jonathan's death and the beginning of his new life of crime. You make me sick.
For those of you that still have faith in Jeff and Marilyn, don't. There is absolutely no way he is going to help any victim of this crime. He robbed me and kept the money. He refuses to talk to my sister that he stole the money from and my mother is in the midst of that horrible disease. He, a billionaire, stole this money to keep his horrible secret. There is a lawyer somewhere that will want to stop him. I guarantee you that. I have friends and I am working as hard as I can to rebuild what that asshole stole from my mother and me. Life sucks because of him. Whatever his weird attraction is to Missy or her parents, is filthy. He's obsessed with making the Erickson's happy. He's equally obsessed with hurting me and my sister and her family. He's a monster just like Lori.
He likes to cause problems for rape victims an their families. Must have some serious mommy issues of his own. Jeffrey's a punk, a lying, little man without any conscience. It doesn't take 11 years to point out what he knows...it takes a man. He is incapable of human decency. He is looking to hurt people. Now I am alone out here without friends and without family. He's even lied to them.
Lori just sent me some messages from my niece and nephew that I live with....and the beat goes on! Jeffrey wants a conflict...this is how he thinks he is going to get one. He's so full of shit letting this psycho girl do all of these things and thinking that he isn't a suspect in the murder and attempted murders. I hope that when the law catches up to Jeffrey, they use every tool available to show what kind of person he is.
The end of this crime will not be a fairy tale ending...but that's okay too.
I've lived a bad enough life to know that whatever ends this crime would still be better than living with it. I still wish the bullet had hit me in the head in San Diego. The next twenty years weren't worth living.
