Aside from the obvious plug for the true crime movie and the Mother Monster's starring role, it is kind of similar when you consider some of the plots and plans that Lori LaFond dreamed up for Jeffrey Katzenberg and his family. I have to tell you it is really painful to watch Lori do what she is trying to do to Marilyn's family. It's the other side of what she did to my father way back in the late 70's/early 80's. Once again Lori has been obsessing over a family that she is entirely jealous of.
The solution to the problems that Lori tends to follow are either jail or death. Yes, she and her judge love to impose illegal sentences on cases without sworn proffers from the police for things like search warrants and arrest warrants, I should know, I still have one stemming from that bogus restraining order. Honestly, how would you like to be my best friend, Kevin or Lori's sister, Jackie knowing that there is an arrest warrant stemming from Lori's illegal terror system? Jackie is a friend of my sister's and not a big fan of Lori's from what I remember. My best friend has no idea that he's sworn an affidavit for a restraining order affirming that Lori LaFond works for the City of La Quinta during that period. They both are involved in the lie without even knowing it.
I think it goes to show just how manipulative Lori is and how audacious she is for trying the two people that she did. Neither is particularly close with Lori and neither knows the WHOLE picture when it comes to what Lori's done to their own families. Kevin, for instance, need only ask his brother in law if Lori once proclaimed to work for the police and he fell for it until it was unveiled that Lori is not a police employee, like Christopher and me. He was once fooled into believing that what Lori was doing was police related, but all it was in the end was Lori sending him out to spy on people for her. He had no idea. Lori's sister, same thing. She has no idea about all the things that Lori did to her using a fake Id with Jackie's name on it. All the fake phone calls, the lies, all the risk too. Lori picked the wrong people to affidavit her lies in the courtroom. I can prove it.
