There is research that can be done that is real and factually based. Like this innocuous picture that I took with Anthony Dabiere on the day that the Police Chief, Bryan Reyes, told me, "Kevin you have been right on the money, we're gonna get these guys," after showing me a crime lab report from the RIverside Crime Lab. The results on that report identified a sinister plan and rape.
Anthony and I stopped by the La Palme Apartment Complex to videotape the guest kiosk that shows that whoever was living in Apartment #74 was using the "Fry" name. This is important because at the time, Lori was in that apartment (a complete shithole by the time she left) and it proves that she was pretending to be Steven's sister, Sheree. She was also pretending to be someone else named Vicky Rabb.
There is no record of Vicky Rabb. In fact, the Riverside Sheriff served that restraining order on the exactly correct apartment. As a former process server, I know that I have the right to serve a document on an alias. The name on the kiosk is "Fry" which is an alias of the person using the real Sheree Frey's name. That person was Lori Jean LaFond. There is no "Vicky Rabb" in that entire complex, I checked. Still, it did not prevent Sgt., at the time Reyes, from attending the restraining order hearing to admonish me in front of the civil judge. I am an informant for his department and he didn't eve ask me why I served Sheree Fry there.
If he had, he could have found out that I already had a restraining order against Steven Frey and his sister was sending me threats. Lori, on this system, pretended to be Steven's sister all the time. She told people that he was her brother. It's all a lie.
To preserve evidence like this with a witness present is the kind of axe sharpening I am talking about on the header. There is a legal reason for everything I do.
I also knew that Kendrick Davis was living in the same apartment where the kiddie porn was seen by Anthony Dabiere. A very serious thing. The name on that apartment is familiar to both Steven, me, and the LaFond family (the real one). It's "G. Danault" not Kendrick Davis or Leah Fauntleroy who actually was staying there and were known acquaintances of Lori Jean LaFond. The law is that I can serve a restraining order on a person at an apartment she doesn't live in, if I have a reasonable expectation that Lori has been there. The porn movies with children star Lori LaFond who was pretending to be Sheree Fry just across the parking lot and upstairs.
I find it very interesting that "G. Danault" is very close to
Gary Daigneault, the owner of Z107.7 FM radio. The owner of the only radio station where Lori and I grew up. In fact, I think Steven Frey's father may know Gary because he's from Thousand Oaks, Ca where Steve is from. Also there is a chance that one of Lori's relatives also knows Gary and may have worked for him and his wife. Steven and I talked about Gary a few times, I think I recall, and you know Lori was listening. It is entirely possible that Lori pulled a "Fry/Frey" on the complex with a "G. Danault/Daigneault" to get the apartment where she stored her sick videos...and made some.
At the time, I thought that Chief Reyes was looking to find out about this child pornography and I even sent Anthony Dabiere, who saw the films and knew the boys' names to see him. What transpired was not what you would expect from a police chief. Anthony will tell you this himself.
My point is that every single time Chief Reyes gets involved, Lori manages to escape unscathed. It's not a good thing for a police chief to ignore child pornography and someone living under an assumed name making threats against the PSPD's informants. The same thing happened with the crime lab report that was once, "right on the money", that ended up with "there's nothing more my department can do for you," smashed skull and all.
One little moment of videotaping is all that it took to show justifiable reasons for looking into the residents at that complex as I had shown. It would appear that the police wanted to keep Lori safe there, but there are problems when the complex' young men are being molested while their parents are working. I've heard that Lori even got arrested for photographing her semi nude self with boys in the complex pools. Those boys are the same boys, allegedly, that were in Sedona, Arizona molested on film...second arrest.
