Police, the Riverside Sheriff, and the local FBI field office are sure to have taken many reports over the years of people complaining that they are being followed by unknown groups in their cars. Identifying that they were being followed was as easy as noticing their license plate frames. Not every single person is a member of the "11-99 Foundation". Not every single car on the road was purchased at "Crystal Chevrolet". Not every car on the highway is displaying an American flag sticker on the back right window. When you are being gang stalked, that's what it is like. You notice the unusual traffic and you notice how these people identify themselves to each other. I think it is more for a fear factor for the target than anything else. "I am being followed and I can't understand why?"
You see, if you are implanted with a chip and people start to follow you, you will think of any reason why they might be? You'll come up with everything from "I do smoke weed on occasion" to "I wonder if they are after me for unpaid tickets," or "maybe they found out about that warrant?" The truth of the matter is that these groups are very poorly informed by Lori or someone who is stalking you as to why they are following you. Sometimes Lori calls you a pedophile that molested her non-existent kid. Sometimes it's about the target having infected her brother with HIV. Sometimes it's about the target selling drugs. Sometimes it's about nothing at all, just do it because Lori says so.
I knew that the stalking part of microwave terrorism was based on someone spreading a lie about me AND it was somehow possible for the stalkers to know what I was thinking. I tested it out. I knew it was true. I made plans that nobody had heard of, and low and behold, the stalkers were in force the minute I walked out the door. So I found that out by using my own mind. Then I began realizing that passwords on computers or PIN numbers could also be recognized. Numbers and "PIN", passwords, and things like this are spotted by the stalkers and highlighted so that they can be stolen and force you to figure it out. I say it is high time that these people are caught. They are doing nothing more than stealing which is far worse than what their targets are doing.
So gang stalking or cause stalking is all based on what the organizer of the stalking is trying to do. They don't tell the group the truth...they are trying to defame a person that they don't like. I don't know how often the complaint about a target is true, but it is illegal for anyone to stalk someone, even a stranger, that they've heard something about. Are you lemmings that easy to convince? Is it about "military unity" because one thing you should know is that Lori is hardly military. She's EX-military and she has stolen military equipment that allows her to hack into military systems. I can't believe that any military personnel would want a civilian kicked out of the military hacking into our nation's defense communications systems. Not very patriotic there people. You are compromising your own families by stalking innocent people.
I would also like to point out that there is a chat website that literally takes what I am thinking, translates it into words, and posts it like a chat. This site is also available for a fee from Lori LaFond. It is the way that my team has been able to keep track of me until we used a party line. At no time in the past or now, has Lori Jean LaFond or the military had my permission to do any of this. I am on this system because of another Lori Jean LaFond lie. Whoever I appear to be to the military, I'm not. I am a civilian who never gave Lori's father or Lori permission to put me on this system. From what I understand, Lori pretends to be her father's personal assistant, and she uses Jackie Parker's name (Lori's sister). You know that Lori isn't a military dependent, because the military threw her ass out. So Lori uses her sister's id and name to access this system at Camp Pendleton through someone. Who is that person and why isn't he doing a better job of taking non-military personnel off of this system?
At any rate what our government needs to know is that it is Lori Jean LaFond, daughter of Sgt. Major Eugen A. LaFond from 29 Palms MGACC, that has stolen this system and is brokering microwaves for torture and profit to anyone that will pay her. Mind you, this system doesn't cost her a thing. She blanks out account numbers associated with these microchips, she uses number portability to add phone numbers to the victims' chips, and someone like me has had a number assigned to him since 1987 or just after. Lori is running a Ponzi scheme through the U.S.M.C.'s own IP Addresses and communications system. This compromises the safety of the targets that can't get their names off of this system. Ordinary citizens or like I was in 1993 - 2003 a deputy court clerk for the U.S. Justice Department in San Diego, California.
Now that we have the H.A.V.A.N.A. act signed into law, I want to know what President Biden will think of Lori Jean LaFond ordering my killing, through text message to her brother, while stalking me with microwaves. A lot of Justice Department employees were contacted and stalked. Photographed too. Why is it so hard to get this information to the SDPD and the U.S. Government. The report from the shooting came immediately on the street at the sight of my drive by. The case is open and workable and should be looked into. Lori told lots of people I was shot at....and I never told her a thing. She bragged about her brother being my assassin. She told everyone she had that kind of power.
There is no reason why the U.S. Government should not be very pleased that this shooting of their own employee can now be solved. Lori used to run around telling everyone that the shooting, my shooting, was drug related. There wasn't any evidence of that but when you consider that Lori, herself, is the biggest drug criminal in the Coachella Valley, then, in that instance only, she would be correct. I didn't have a drug dealer in San Diego. I didn't have a need for one. Lori thinks that her entire life somehow transfers to me when she gets herself into trouble.
The shooting should be explained to police and the U.S. Government. I was spied upon in the courtroom where I worked using this technology that I had no idea about. I wouldn't have worked in the courtroom if I had known it was inside of me. In those days, I wasn't hearing Lori and her friends like other people were. She was just watching my thinking. For example, there was a case of U.S. vs. Walter Richard Bieder, that Lori knew all about...and she wasn't in the courtroom. Oddly enough that case had to do with child pornography....and it caught Lori's attention. I was simply the courtroom deputy in the case, in charge of evidence and the court procedures for the trial. Lori got off on the evidence pictures that I had to describe, on the record, when I read the verdict. It's just part of the job.
I want people to understand something. I loved working for the Justice Department. I absolutely loved the people I worked with and I think they deserve to know who was following them and causing problems in our workplace. Lori made up a ton of lies again and tried to get my boss' brother involved. It was some gay harassment thing that Lori started by telling someone that my boss' brother who worked there and I were lovers. He's not even gay. I had a boyfriend. Lori blamed a co-worker for starting that rumor, and it became a thing out of nothing. We remained friends but I always wondered why someone would say that? I guess Lori just liked the guy's name. He is a really good friend of mine, but nothing really outside of work.
Lori also contacted the last two Clerk's of Court that have been in charge there. I don't know if terrorists should be calling the Clerk. The first time she gave the guy information about Lori having people "following me" and the Clerk told me it was him doing it. The second time, my best friend, who is now the Clerk, was contacted and told that Jeffrey Katzenberg was investigating me? Huh? I didn't get a job that I am highly over qualified for and taught on a regular basis. Lori caused the friendship to strain...I don't know what she said, but his email back to me was...um...not at all like him.
I think someone needs to understand that the stalking in public and the mind reading go hand in hand. Lori had a hand in having a situation happen where she put my brother in law in contact with her uncle and the situation exploded. Lori was the drug dealer in that situation too. She lied and caused a dangerous situation to happen once she knew her uncle was armed. That advice to her uncle came from Bryan Anderson to him. He also advised my brother in law not to carry a weapon and to stay away from Lori's uncle. It was Lori that pushed all the buttons to put all the players into one place; one armed, one high on her drugs and with a hammer, and the fireworks were all supplied by Lori's big fat mouth.
I'm kind of tired of looking over my shoulder. I know what Lori does.
I have the right to have counsel represent me. I also have the right to have evidence of that shooting reported. This situation is now causing more than military employees, it's costing Justice Department employees too. Microwave torture effects lots of people outside of embassies, but I wanted to show that I too was an employee of the government and that didn't stop Lori either.
Quite simply, Lori continued to stalk me for years and years after high school and even lured me into a situation to be raped, infected, and implanted with one or two of these microchips.
Lori doesn't have an off button. All she has is a kill switch. She either wants to kill someone or "make them disappear," is what she says. I am not going to go away without naming my terrorist. Her name is Lori Jean LaFond. Someone might want to take a good long look at a 54 year old with multiple multiple fake id's and no income for her entire life. She's as dirty as anyone I've ever researched.
