Emotional abuse is domestic violence. I've been abused for many years by the same woman/girl that bullied me from day one in junior high school. Her abuse of me mentally, sexually, and emotionally began in the sixth grade by making up a story about my father sexually molesting one of his students. A three year ordeal that ended in a court trial and a not guilty verdict. Lori made the whole story up, innocent or not, the damage to me was tremendous. It would be the cornerstone of a lifetime of abuse that included rape, HIV infections, horrible rumors and lies, sexual abuse, sexuality abuse, and violence. What Lori has done today is the same as all of that...and she loves it. That's not what I am talking about however.
What I am talking about has to do with Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg's desire to continue the psychological abuse of my life by allowing my abuser to talk to me day and night about the abuse she put me and others through. This has been going on since Jeffrey got here and before. The problem is definitely two of two things...one, Lori is an abusive predator that has been following me and my friends around for decades, sexually, mentally, and physically abusing them. The second is the permissive parenting and adulthood of both Marilyn and Jeffrey Katzenberg who knowingly or unknowingly allowed Missy Erickson to help Lori stalk me and my friends to Arizona where she posted bail for both Brian and Lori LaFond so that they were let out of jail to come back to California to abuse me night and day for another decade plus. They've made absolutely no effort to stop Lori or Brian and continue to use the excuse that Missy Erickson did not do what she promised she would even after she freed the duo in Arizona. You simply don't free a child molester with the intent of putting her back in jail. It was more of the same. Abusers abuse people that they see as weaker than them.
The threats just kept on coming too.
When Bessie Smith knew that both Brian and Lori were freed from incarceration in Arizona by her friends David and Missy Erickson, she planned to rob me of my savings account earmarked for a lawyer to fight this crime. Oh Bessie already knows about my father's case as she was a witness as a minor too. She did the other side of what happens to minors, she became the abuser. She, Missy, and David then went to my sister, a domestic violence survivor, and forced her to sign over my bank account to Jeffrey Katzenberg. Go figure. The trio used Bessie's friendship with my sister to abuse my mother and me, to steal monies that would otherwise would have been spent on Lori's prosecution. The plan wasn't just to take the money though, it was to send a message from Jeffrey to me.
1.) I can get to your family anytime I want to with the help of three people that have worked for Lori. 2.) Even if Lori gets arrested I can bail her out and she will still attack you. 3.) Your sister has children and grand children that I can send Missy Erickson, the woman that freed Lori in Sedona and was there during the rape of two boys, and David, the chickenhawk that once helped to get Benjamin Katzenberg abused. 4.) I can break you financially and lie to your own sister about the crime 5.) I can have your sister blamed for the elderly abuse of your own mother and take no responsibility for that crime. Jeffrey and Marilyn are both enablers of my abuser. They refuse to even support their own child in this investigation. 6.) I can pit you against your own family by helping them to lie, or I know that Lori forced them to lie and I supported it by saying nothing. 7.) I can take your money and keep your own boyfriend from telling the truth. 8.) I can keep your friends from ever testifying against Lori. 9.) I can control the police and the FBI by using my own security person with experience in both to make it seem like what Jeffrey is doing is legitimate. 10.) I can keep your father from ever being proud of you. 11.) I can keep you from ever being successful for as long as I want no matter how much you clean up your life or how hard you work.
Ask them, they will all tell you that Lori relies on Jeffrey to keep everyone silent about this crime. He uses his power and emotional blackmail to keep Christopher silent and his whole family but the problem is that if he has knowledge of this crime, he can be charged with informant misconduct. Jeffrey has emotionally abused me for over a decade now using known child molesters and serial killers. There is no way Lori and Brian should not be returned to the State of Arizona, but for the negligence shown by Marilyn and Jeffrey Katzenberg. They knew David, their next door neighbor, was part of the crime that once befell Benjamin Katzenberg and they've known that Missy Erickson stalked Benjamin and other friends of his for decades. She still does.
Tonight was simply more of the abuse. As Lori went into some kind of description of her favorite kiddie porn movie from her current or past called, "Miss Thailand"...allegedly about a minor child forced by her family to perform sexual acts on family members. According to Lori the child protests but is then forced to commit sexual acts on her family members. I don't know what Lori gets from telling me things like this, but it makes me sick. It makes me so angry at Jeffrey and Marilyn for bringing David and Missy here with Bessie to infiltrate my family where we are raising the children of the brother in law that Lori got killed and their kids. I live with them for God's sake. It's a horrible situation for me to have to hear. I've heard Lori talk about abusing my brother in law's kids who she used to call, "The Little Burritos", in the past. That stuff is in my diaries that Lori stole from me and are now in the custody, allegedly, of Jonathan Mendenhall's family.
At one point, before I was living here, Brian LaFond broke into my sister's home with the two girls and splashed blood red/purple nail polish all over a black and white picture of my sister, my nieces and me that looked like blood. It was a threat. When I saw it I was reminded of when Brian broke into my apartment and did the same thing with a bottle of lotion while I was knocked out cold. I am really disappointed that Jeffrey would go to my sister, behind my back, and tell her a story about helping me, when the truth was that he's done nothing more than help the girl that illegally sprung Lori and Brian from Arizona jail cells.
Missy Erickson is a mental patient, probably under diagnosed as bipolar. She is an evil bitch that befriended Bessie Smith knowing that Bessie was once a real friend of my sister's. She then used Bessie, whom she used to tell, "Don't get involved in Kevin's family's life," to effect the mental abuse on my mother, me, and my sister. Missy Erickson and David have been friends of Lori LaFond's for decades. They have helped to abuse my friends for many many years. They helped in the rape of Benjamin Katzenberg and Martin....and Jeffrey has been abusing them as well.
What I want all of you to know are the lengths that Jeffrey went to hurt me and my sister again. It's something he has a long history with. Britney and Jamie Spears are also friends of Benjamin Katzenberg's the Jeffrey once abused. He's done this to other people as well. He has a long history of stealing from his "friends" and trying to teach them a lesson about how powerful he is. I think what I've seen is a really abusive man and his wife, that punish anyone that tries to help his kid. I'll remind all of you that his son came to me for help, not the other way around.
Jeffrey embarked on a campaign of forcing my friends to hide out of fear. He split up both informants in this case and lied to their parents. He tried to keep Christopher and myself apart for so long that we would no longer love one another. What Jeffrey is doing is supporting child molesters and drug dealers from the Palm Springs area that once went to Arizona and abused two kids while trying to kill, or as Lori calls it, "finish the job" she started when I was 19 years old. Killing me with her poisonous HIV didn't work, so she had me shot in San Diego, then she raped and beat me again in 2007 while keeping me from being admitted to the hospital with Missy Erickson, then she traveled to Arizona to finish the job. Marilyn, of course, said nothing. Benjamin said nothing. Jeffrey ordered them silent while his father and he bailed out Lori and Brian LaFond with the help of David and Missy Erickson pretending that both Lori and Brian were Jeffrey and Marilyn's kids.
This is abuse of the highest order. To keep Lori abusing me day and night without any respite. Jeffrey has an evil side to him that not many people know about, but his complete control over his wife is also present. Benjamin is also controlled by his father and his fame. This was the worst case of adult child abuse that I've ever heard of and he is mad because I tried to stop Lori once and for all. Apparently he wants this abuse to continue.
I feel sorry for Jeffrey and Marilyn, they are enablers of a group of people they once felt sorry for. They were completely wrong in doing so, but they are responsible.
Jeffrey continues to hold the money he stole from me like some pedophile telling their victim that if they tell, he will do something else to me.
I will remind you that Jeffrey is well aware of the lengths that Lori LaFond went to have the crime lab report from my rape covered up. The lengths she went to have a false restraining order drawn up. The lengths she went to bring drugs to Arizona. Then he helped to set up the abuse of my elderly mother and father. I've already seen a rock solid case against Lori bungled and dismissed by the Palm Springs Police Department; a case where Lori's frozen blood and her brother's sperm were both present inside of my body on the same morning that she bashed my skull in on video tape and with still pictures. This was a case where Jeffrey could have said something, but supported Missy Erickson the girl that hid the real MRI's straight from the emergency room. She literally walked into the hospital and stole them from the radiology department and replaced them with an xray of a healthy person. That head injury didn't seem to bother Jeffrey as long as Missy could continue to help him lie about his own son's rape.
He won't allow his own son to tell anyone who the rapist in his own case is. He won't allow Martin to do the same. He's afraid that Missy Erickson won't be able to be his friend any longer...whatever.
I am shaken but I'm not going to allow him or anyone else to abuse me without talking about it. I will not allow him or his wife to continue to extort me using terrorists as a weapon against me. If Lori is going to kill again, it's out of my control, but it could have been stopped many years ago by Jonathan, Christopher, Anthony, Barbara, but especially Marilyn and Jeffrey Katzenberg who appear to have lied to all of these people to keep them silent for Missy Erickson.
Bessie Smith continues to this day to lie to my sister about this money. Jeffrey continues to this day to threaten people to keep silent about this crime. I have never believed that a parent of a victim would be so hateful to someone that tried to save his own kid from a monster that already made a horrible attempt to kill him with HIV and other diseases.
Lori or Jeffrey, take your pick. Which one is worse?
If you are following this blog, you know that I have begged him for my money back so that I could hire an attorney. You know that I have begged him to stop helping Missy Erickson and to leave Christopher alone. What you don't know is how many times he's said, "No," and for what reasons. I once told him to bring the money back to me and I would accept an apology and wouldn't press charges....I was serious...he said, "No."
Why would anyone know what happened to me and continue to try to hurt me, blame my sister, and abuse my mom and dad? All victims of Lori Jean LaFond for an entire lifetime. There has never been any response from Jeffrey. Instead he wanted to remain anonymous. The anonymous receiver of my mom's bank account without any responsibility to the person that put all the money into it. There is no criteria for me to get my money back. My sister was given some bullshit story about being able to get to it whenever she wanted, but remember, it's not her money and she never asks me if I needed it. Instead he let the story go that, "There was no bank account." I know that's a lie because my mom and I set it up together with the bank manager.
I deposited my dreams into that account and even thought to Marilyn that I would keep putting it in there and working until Christopher and I could be together. She knew it was a secret account from my sister and father. Bessie did too. She stole it and gave it to Jeffrey and because he's rich he thinks that means he didn't steal it. I can tell you right now, he never asked me. My sister never asked me. My sister has never known the terror that has been going on in my life before and since the theft. Why? Why would he keep that a secret from her?
People will hate me because I'm telling you what I know and it makes people that love these Katzenberg's angry, but the truth is that I've been a victim of this crime for so long, that for someone not to say anything is hurtful to everyone I know. They could have simply had a talk with me...they refused. I've never had any kind of violent past. I've never been more hurt by people that I honestly had no idea were Hollywood people. I've never needed a dime of their money and I've worked so hard here since I got here. The message is still, "No matter what you do, Lori LaFond can still hurt you and your family and now she has help."
It's sad for me too. I wanted to believe that Jeffrey and Marilyn were nice people. All indicators were that they were. They are my best friend's parents. Why would anyone take the side of Lori Jean LaFond; our rapist. Taking Missy Erickson's side is like helping Igor to Lori LaFond's Frankenstein's monster.
