This is an aerial photo of the 29 Palms Marine Corp Base and growing up it was where Lori's father was in charge of housing base personnel. Lori thought that meant that her father was in charge of everyone. Lori misunderstands lots of things. Her father was some kind of Major in the military at the time and was outranked by many people on the base. If you know military it's all about the ranks. Never the less most people that lived in town could never figure out why Lori felt so high and mighty when it came to other higher ranking families.
When you live off the base and you aren't military, the officers on the base are nice and mostly friendly but they don't really have any authority over the civilians. So the base is their whole world.
Well, in the 1970's the military base was testing the "brain link" system that Lori eventually stole and brought to Palm Springs, California. Of course, Lori has always believed that she was not related to her biological mother and father. Now I believe that to mean that she was simply distancing herself from the family that she robbed this system from. After all if it got out that Lori stole this system from the military and brought it to Palm Springs, most people here know that her mother and father would know that "Lisa" was their little piece of shit, drug addict daughter, Lori Jean.
Lori always loved the idea of spying on people then running around this military base busting whoever she could find. It became a huge problem to the military officer's families who heard from Lori on a regular basis. She would later get herself into so much trouble by telling on officer's kids that she would get reprimanded. You could tell, even then, that Lori was a junior psychopath. She wanted to be one of the older kids, but she was far too immature to know how to do that. She thought that sex was the way for her to gain control. She was out of hand with people like Bryan Anderson who she spied on and told on all the time. Bryan, a PSPD officer, was implanted by the military, not by Lori, so he should know better than anyone what this little monster was like. Bryan's class was the Class of 1980 and Lori was five full years behind him. They didn't go to high school together because Lori was in Junior high school with me.
She was already trying to seduce the 7th grade science teacher who, after a week, threw her out of her teacher's assistant positing and up to the front office where Lori began trying to seduce the high school principal. She would later repeat this behavior in high school with my best friend's father who was the principal for one year or so when she was there. You see, Lori learned to manipulate adults from a very early age...too early for most of the parents that I know she fucked with.
Lori was also the main suspect in stealing the brain link system that she got in trouble for. Apparently the base decided not to use the system and her father was having it removed from use. Lori was the main reason for this system being taken away. She was also thrown off the base and lost her military privileges and most of the military kids knew that they weren't supposed to talk to her. That was for the military kids that were implanted. Lori's brother, Brian, would spy on them from Palm Springs and bring Lori drugs to sell at the high school. Her scheme then was to sell drugs to kids, then call up their parents and tell on them. Some even said that Lori sold them the drugs and that got her in more trouble.
Most of the civilian kids weren't told about this system because we weren't able to be spied upon but when Lori stole these microchips she began implanting kids at school that weren't military. I, for example, was implanted the year after I got out of high school in 1987. Lori planned to make a whole community, not on a military base where she could get in trouble, implanted and able to be controlled by her. She wanted to have a whole city of implanted civilians and used her connection with Bryan Anderson to cause the gay community problems. Lori was a known homophobe in high school as she bullied her way around, but it was clear that she was overcompensating for her own lesbian feelings. In fact, everyone I know knew she was into girls but hated boys that liked boys.
It is rumored that her promiscuity in high school may have earned her the title of the first person from our school to get HIV. Of course, Lori blamed that on homosexual men, so when Lori went to Palm Springs her main target of hate was toward gay dudes. A theme she continues to today. She is fascinated with gay sex, but hates gay men. GO figure...
Now she has every disease that sex can transmit from one person to another and she refuses to get tested or treated but the worst part is that she won't let anyone around her get treated either out of fear that she won't be like everyone else. She's afraid that if someone remembers that she has HIV, she will lead the suspect list for this crime. After all, mysterious HIV infections, implants, and loud mouthed girl are all earmarks of this crime. Another earmark of this crime is that the loud mouthed girl tells everyone that she went to high school with me. You see that in her restraining order too. She says that she, "Doesn't know a thing about me since high school." The truth is that she didn't even know me then either. We were not friends. She called me all kinds of gay slurs in front of as many people as she could.
Odd thing is, Lori even told my own boyfriend that I was he ex from high school and backed it up with things she stole from me long after I'd graduated. She also told him that she knew we were informants for Bryan Anderson. This is like in 2008. So the bullshit that she "doesn't know anything about me since high school" is a lie. She's been following me around and stalking me since 1987 on this system. She used gangs of stalkers to follow me in Riverside at U.C.R., and then at U.C.S.D. for paralegal training, and finally until she had her brother shoot at me in San Diego while I worked for the U.S. Department of Justice as a court clerk.
Lori can't stand when I succeed. She's told so many police officers that she implanted about me that it's hard for anyone to talk to me because of her lies. They thought the absolute worst. They didn't realize that before I came back to Palm Springs that I was working for a Senior Chief Judge, Hon. William B. Enright ret and a federal magistrate, Hon. Nita L. Stormes. She stalked me for years down there and I wrote several diaries on the experience. She then told everyone that I was fired for using drugs, her usual theme. The truth is that I was offered my position back but I felt like I was in a dangerous position for the judiciary with all these unknown people following me and now they were shooting. So I resigned but was deemed re-hirable by the clerk.
So I came to Palm Springs to find the urban legend known as "the girl that sells drugs, infects gay men, and calls the police on them." She is legendary in the LGBTQ communities of San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Everyone knows about her and it isn't a good image for the police department. So many innocent gay men were arrested and jailed that it's hard to know exactly how many.
Lori Jean LaFond is her name. I should know, she's bullied me since I was in the fifth grade with her rumors and lies about my father, mother, and sister...all in the newspaper for her to gloat about.
