The police once told the City Council that I had waiting too long to report the crime for it to be credible. That is a complete misstatement of the facts. When you are knocked out on phenobarbital, your memory is erased but the scars of the rape still exist. The morning after my rape, I could barely think, just like coming out of an induced coma. Still, I knew that I woke up naked (I never sleep that way), my jewelry was missing, I was bleeding from my butt, and my head felt sore and numb.
It took a full day for the phenobarbital to wear off, but that is when my head began to ache. Like a hard boiled egg, my head hurt on the shell and it hurt inside where the yolk is. By the next day the pain was so excruciating that I had Steven Frey, whose home I was raped in, take me to the hospital. I had no idea what had happened. The E.R. ordered an MRI which was replaced, somehow, by an x-ray. The doctor saw nothing wrong, but I was in dire need of medical attention. I didn't report a rape because I was #1 with Steven who could have been a suspect and #2 I had no recollection of the crime.
By two days later my brain had swollen and my scalp had separated to the point you see in the second MRI which was replaced, again, by an x-ray. This time I brought my bloody clothing and underwear to the emergency room and reported the rape. So it wasn't a month later it was like two or three days. This is what happens in a phenobarbital rape, your memory, as much as it can, comes back. I was rectally bleeding. My skull was smashed. The police never showed up to the E.R. My sister was called by Lori LaFond and she showed up at the hospital to take me home again where I wasn't treated.
For seven years or so, I never even saw the real MRI's because they were stolen by Missy Erickson right from the radiation lab. When my father was in the hospital, I, by chance, stopped by the radiology lab and had them make copies of all of my MRI's over the years and there it was...the broken skull. How anyone in the medical profession could have missed that, I have no idea.

The inset picture was from a postcard sent to my home of my face being punched out. Mind you the bloody clothing hadn't even been sent to the crime lab when I got this postcard. It was a threat for reporting the crime and it is my face on that inset picture. So at this point, I've been treated for the STD's I got, my skull is still broken and hurting, the police are of absolute no help, and I'm getting pictures from the rape on a postcard, which was also turned into the police.
When Officer Fieux took my report, it was almost the end of October. My bloody clothing was given to him. Those clothes weren't sent to the lab until March of 2008. So what were the police doing from October 2007 until March of 2008. From March of 2008 until July of 2008 the clothes were at the lab. The report came back from the lab in July of 2008 but I wasn't shown anything for over a year and three months. When I was shown the report it was long. About 9 pages front and back. I read about suspects in the case and DNA that was present. The police chief said, in front of a witness, "Kevin you were right on the money the whole time, we're gonna get these guys." Why would he say that if in March of 2010, he called me and recanted saying, "All the DNA on the clothes was yours and there is nothing more we can do for you." WHY?!?!?!? I've already seen the report.
The MRI's weren't available to me at the time because the hospital never showed them to me. Officer Fieux said he called the hospital, because I told him I'd had two MRI's done. He tole me that I'd reported being in a car accident. That is a complete lie. I didn't even have a car to drive then. So either the hospital lied or Officer Fieux lied. One thing I am certain of is that I reported the rape and the female E.R. doctor called the police. She even told me, "I have to call the police to report the rape." She did that right in front of me. The officer never showed...after hours. I had my bloody clothing right there showing the E.R. doctor what had transpired. Nobody came so I couldn't turn it in.
You have to also understand that the police already know that Lori uses this system to talk to people in their heads. So letting her get away with this is a license to allow my rapist/gay basher to continue to harass me and my family endlessly. Her own best friend Missy Erickson used Bessie Smith to steal the money I made and earmarked for an attorney. I made a decision to quit my job and take that money to hire an attorney. Once I did that, Jeffrey stole the money and I was left with nothing. That is what happened. He's never told my sister the truth. He's never given me my money back. He set her up to look like a criminal for stealing it. There is no police officer willing to step in and help. Jeffrey simply will not allow me to protect myself. He's left me here to die.
Jeffrey and his son are directly to blame for this obstruction. Neither has done anything about this crime because of their relationships with Bessie Smith, Missy Erickson, and David who all lived in Benjamin's home. That is where we are.
What in the fuck is it going to take to get Jonathan, Anthony, and Christopher to act? What is it going to take to get the three of them to become honest people??? Maybe they should be thrown out on the street again so that they know what this is like? Basically Jonathan's father and Jonathan pissed off Lori, then they both died. Leaving her here to exact her revenge on my family. That's what they did.
What Jeffrey is praying for is a confrontation between my sister and me about the money that was stolen. He's holding this money and extorting me and my sister. Bessie Smith set up the bank fraud by using my sister to look guilty. She has accepted no responsibility for her actions. She committed a heinous act of elderly abuse to steal this money from my family. Jeffrey is hiding her away so that she can't be found. This crime is 100% under the control of a man that committed a crime in Arizona with his wife and child.
Jeffrey is praying for me and my sister to fight. I'm telling you right now, THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. NEVER. I WILL NEVER ACCUSE HER OF STEALING THIS MONEY, EVER LORI. I KNOW BESSIE SMITH AND HER FRIENDS STOLE THIS MONEY AND I WON'T GIVE HER THE SATISFACTION OF HURTING MY SISTER EVER AGAIN.
So today I am asking all of you to start putting pressure on Barbara, Christopher, Anthony and Jonathan to tell the truth before they get charged with the obstruction that has lasted 11 years and put my family in grave danger. They took full advantage of me and gave nothing in return, so it's time now to put them under the microscope until Jeffrey breaks.
Jeffrey wanted to have Missy and David load my car up with drugs on my vacation. Those drugs were found in his wife's car in Arizona. This would have put me in jail in Arizona forever. Since that didn't happen, now he's the one that needs to go to jail in Arizona for hiding the truth from the Arizona court system with his wife and son and security person. I was honest about this crime, it is Jeffrey that told people to hide and lie.
I will not allow him to hurt my mother and father ever again. He's already been lying to my sister for 6 years about the money he said I could have back whenever I wanted it. I've asked over a hundred times and he's said no every single time.
I want the Katzenberg's to understand something. Your son came to me for the $150,000 that Lori and her friends stole from the bank for your Del Taco in Palm Springs. This means that Lori has Laura Katzenberg's id and Brian or David has David Katzenberg's id. You know who stole this money. For the bank to cover that amount of theft and you not reporting the criminals knowing that Missy Erickson pointed out who they were in court in Arizona, is bank fraud. You know that fake id's were used in those court cases and your money was used to bail Lori and Brian out. This is starting to look like the Katzenberg's are involved in drug dealing. Either your son starts to tell the truth or we'll put him in jail with your other two kids.
This is a crime Jeffrey and you want me to confront my sister? I don't think that is going to happen before I tell the FBI what your family is involved with. Afterall, it was your employee that bailed out Brian using David's id in Arizona for crystal meth. It was also Missy Erickson that bailed out Lori using Laura's id for child endangerment charges in Sedona. For Jeffrey and Marilyn to keep this secret is against the law. Your employee did that in Arizona, that means you are responsible for Lori and Brian's escape from justice and you are responsible for the lies that Missy Erickson told in court. All you can wait for is a confrontation between me and my sister? Fuck you both. You aren't the kind of parents that I would ever respect.
A failure to prosecute a serial killer and her brother is a very dangerous proposition for a billionaire. He should stop stealing my money to help his cause Bessie.
I support the two minors that were raped in Arizona, not the billionaire that didn't care or the three friends that bailed on everyone. These two are courageous enough to have filed police reports in Palm Springs and Sedona against Lori LaFond. They have to live with her stalking them still because of Jeffrey's cowardice. Because of Christopher's cowardice their lives are in danger. Jeffrey doesn't have the right to put our lives in danger the way he has. He's trying to save Missy Erickson and our blood is on her hands in all of these cases. He's an asshole to think that she has anything to provide that is more important than our lives or the public safety.
It is my understanding that Jeffrey refuses to send Lori and Brian back to Arizona with Missy Erickson who lied in court about their relationship to the Katzenberg's. I also understand that Missy went to Mother's Day lunch with the REAL Katzenberg children after Sedona. Is this a family that deals drugs together? Starting to look really suspicious Marilyn.
The complete picture is simple to see. Jeffrey supported Missy Erickson and did not support the victims of this crime. He did not support our investigation, he supported the criminals that were being investigated. Whether they lied to him or not, Jeffrey is still not telling the State of Arizona the truth. His employee, against a restraining order, went to help Lori LaFond and her brother try to finish the job they started on me and those two boys in Arizona. Everything that Lori did prior to Sedona, was setting that situation up. She falsified the crime lab report, filed a bogus restraining order, then stalked me and my friends on vacation. Missy Erickson was barred from going to Arizona by that restraining order. Why? As a friend of Lori's she isn't allowed to meet with or confront my friends, which she did. She contacted Jonathan, as did Lori and Brian, and she contacted Anthony, as did Lori and Brian. They were on vacation with ME, not her.
My guess is that Jeffrey provided the money used to put up 10% of Brian's bail and Lori's bail with his father. They used the Katzenberg kids names so that the bank accounts would look okay to the court. Lori and Brian were then bailed out by Missy Erickson who, in court, said she worked for the Katzenberg's, knowingly and intelligently using false id's. That makes them guilty of bail fraud and implicates Jeffrey, Marilyn, Grandpa and possibly Benjamin. If Laura and David don't turn Missy Erickson in, because they know she did this, then they too will be in violation of the federal statute. In essence, Jeffrey has put his entire family in jeopardy for one blonde bimbo and her two terrorist friends.
Ask him...he knows I'm not lying. Instead he opted on a course of torturing me and lying to my friends who he emotionally extorted for the last 11 years.
I want Christopher's attorney on this right now. Since Sedona's bail jump, both, Lori and Brian have been living eerily close to me and my sister. Jeffrey is alleged to have contacted my sister and put her in a rental home that was once lived in by Bessie, Missy, and David. These are two of the three people that were taken to Arizona to try to put drugs in my car and have me arrested. There is no doubt that Missy would have given Lori the keys to that home and would have raped and killed my sister.
What I do know is that this is highly illegal. This is a man that flat out knows that his kids weren't the suspects in those cases and knows who was really standing there for them. To have allowed these dangerous criminals to leave the State of Arizona knowing that they would return here has ominous potential for danger; not to mention there was a good three years that he checked out and did nothing hoping for some kind of violent result. There is no way he can explain what he did.
I know that Missy, David and Bessie stole the money from me to give to Jeffrey. He refuses to talk to my sister with anything but lies. Jonathan, in the meantime has allowed both me and my sister to be in close contact with people that he knows are dangerous and have made attempts on my life before. All he does is play dead and act like he has nothing to do with it.
Jeffrey is trying to get me killed...there is no other explanation for what he is doing. He's soliciting violence by failing to prosecute two people that he damn well knows are guilty of my gay bashing and the shooting in San Diego. What kind of monster is he???
Right now I am telling everyone that my life is in extreme danger as are the lives of my sister, father, mother and family. Jeffrey has already contacted my sister and stolen this money. He's been lying to her and been keeping Bessie Smith locked up in Benjamin's home. Jeffrey has known about Lori and Brian's killing sprees over the years and now he is lying around waiting for them to kill again when he knows they are fugitives from the State of Arizona. What's more, Martin, Benjamin, and Leah all know that she is here as a fugitive and they are all licensed private investigators for the State of California that have failed to contact authorities about this group of terrorists. They should not be private investigators. They aren't reporting the crime and are living dangerously close to me and my sister.
Someone needs to help. Christopher and his mother refused. Alice Mendenhall and her son refused. Barbara and her family refused. There is absolutely no reason for Jeffrey to allow them to remain here unless he is using them to commit more crimes against me and my family. This is a humongous threat. I can't even breathe.
This is so strong armed now that I know what Jeffrey did. He stole my money to show me that if I didn't do what he wanted, he would hurt my family financially. When that didn't work, he began targeting my sister. He refuses to tell her the truth and he has enlisted Bryan Anderson to keep this terror going. I want you all to know that Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg are behind this whole plot. They've freed these drug dealers and stalked me and my sister under the guise of investigating this crime. You don't investigate this crime and let the criminals go free on bail using your own kids' names. This is entirely Benjamin Katzenberg's fault.
Call up Marilyn today and ask her, "Would you let Lori, Missy, Brian, and their friends live next to your grand daughter?" When she tells you, "No," then ask her why she insists of letting them live near mine...while they are all fugitives from the law in Arizona?
I am telling everyone right now, if something happens to me, my sister, my mom, dad or family, Jeffrey Katzenberg is 100% involved, so is his wife and three kids. This is a drug dealing organization that Jeffrey has sided with for over 14 years. Lori LaFond and Brian LaFond are definitely involved in the killing....they either did it themselves or they hired someone to do it. Look into it and make sure you understand you are dealing with a man with the kind of money that can make things go away.
