Fraudulent Deaths and Espionage: The Mendenhall Solution Is The Wrong Choice

 

You know there were once four of us that I thought could handle the childishness of this crime that is very serious.  Since then I've discovered that the one of the four of us that I believed would be the least likely to handle the situation well is the one person that decided that playing dead was a better solution than owning up to what has happened.  Oh, I tried to convince Jonathan that playing dead, under the law, is a really serious problem.  It automatically brings an assumption of guilt with the innocence that we are afforded.  There is little or no doubt in the minds of a jury or prosecutor that when you play dead, there is a reason.  It usually isn't a good one.

I actually gave Jonathan and the other two a really responsible way to handle this problem with one of my friends, a terrific defense attorney, and her husband, a former defense attorney now an Assistant U.S. Attorney.  The wife, a really close friend of mine, would easily have gotten them in touch with her husband and this crime would be on its way.  Instead, with all the evidence of my rape that Jonathan is hiding, he decided to play dead with it.  So did Anthony and Christopher.  That is also a crime.  The result is living near my rapist that has tried to kill me on four or more occasions, and has already killed my brother in law and possibly her own father.  To say that this girl has no other solutions than death or jail is minimizing her crimes.  This is the ONLY way she has ever dealt with her problems and now Jonathan's whole family has put my family in danger.  The network that Lori is using was set up by Jonathan Mendenhall on the illegal computers that Lori Jean LaFond stole from the military base.  They were brought here for the sole purpose of stalking me and my family.  That's all they were doing in Palm Springs prior to coming here and that was their intent once they got here.  It was during a period where the police were investigating my rape while I was working as an informant.  This entire situation was exacerbated by a man that fell in love with a stripper who gave him all kinds of advice about how to help Lori get away with everything.  That advice is what he is still following.

Because Jonathan decided to play dead, now his own father is double implicated because Lori has posted another online obituary for his father.  Ed Mendenhall, I trusted, but now I see that this is a family that doesn't understand the implications of their obstruction.  Over and over again my family has been robbed, attacked, lied to, and defrauded.   My own 77 year old mother was abused to the point that the funds that she and I saved were stolen from her.  She cried about it until there were no more tears left, leaving her already fragile mind in a state of complete disarray.  This was the Katzenberg plan to keep me from hiring my own attorney to deal with the fact that the PSPD never assigned a district attorney to my rape.  This was a call that was overseen by the very cop that told me to report the rape.  Why he would want me to report it and not assign a district attorney to the case is becoming very obvious.  The rapist was his ex-lover, Lori Jean LaFond.  The same girl that said she was married to Bryan Anderson and tells people that she has children with him.   Bryan. himself has brought her name up twice to me and I've uttered not one single word about her back.  When I don't like someone I don't go spreading it around.  It's a Golden Rule thing that I believe in.  He says "friend", I have nothing good to say, so I say nothing.  I did however write about it in my stolen journals that Jonathan took to his grave.

And so did his father.

Now some of you are wondering, "What in the fuck are the Mendenhall's doing?"  I would have to agree with all of you and that question.  My firm thought is that Jonathan put this system up in this area, so that he wouldn't have to be around Lori in Palm Springs, California.  The other reason is because it would be near my family, a family that Lori has hated and threatened since I was 9 years old.  Her family is also here.  They've already seen the kind of damage Lori is willing to cause with the death of Lori's own father under the most suspicious of circumstances.  The working theory these days is that Lori used her biological death blood to infect her OWN FATHER with the same STD's that she gives to everyone else.  He died.  He was a really great guy but if he knew that his fucked up daughter Lori was here with those computers, he would have had her arrested...no doubt in my mind at all.  Lori had to kill him to keep that from happening.  That's how far she is willing to go to hurt her own family and keep these computers for crime.  All of this was done under the watchful eye of Jeffrey Katzenberg, who did not even attempt to report the crime or warn anyone.  That's the kind of person he is.  If you did this to his family, he'd be furious, but if he does it to yours, it's okay because he's rich.  Lori's father was far too old to be having syphilis and other diseases, it could only have come from his sexual predator daughter.

I have a feeling he would have loved knowing that I was finally on to his monster daughter, and he would have loved to know that she was in big trouble.  I would have told him myself, but Lori filed a restraining order (illegally) that kept me from contacting her mother, sister, and father; now he is dead.  Who's next?  Jonathan doesn't care.  Ed Mendenhall doesn't care.  Alice Mendenhall doesn't care.  Jeffrey cares even less.

After Sgt. Major LaFond's death, Jeffrey then tried to move my sister into a home so Lori could do the same thing to her.  She tried too, but my sister has since moved out.  The truth is that anything sinister that Missy Erickson can come up with, is exactly what Jeffrey Katzenberg follows.  That seems odd to me, but it has been about 15 years since he's been following Missy Erickson's advice...he isn't going to change.

My own family has become armed.  They all have guns now.  We have security everywhere.  The funny thing is that none of this had to happen but Jonathan fell dead...which is really just his way of acting like the immature pussy he is.  It's unfortunate what happens to the victims of this crime.  They become so controlled by the police and the other victims in Palm Springs that when they finally get away from Lori, they continue to act like the zombies that they'd become.  It takes a while to get over that, but ten years is about nine years too many.  We are all in danger because of Jonathan and his father.

I guess the Mendenhall's have wealth or something.  Instead of dealing with the problems that this crime has caused, they simply bought out the other two.  They moved them into homes, according to Lori LaFond, and now would appear to live problem-free.  That's what they think.  What I know is that what they are doing by covering up my rape and the rape of Christopher Monti in a Mendenhall home in La Jolla, is obstruction and bribery.  Rather than just tell the truth, they would prefer to act like criminals.  It's a sad thing when you realize your own boyfriend has a price.  It's even more sad when the price is a home.  I'll deal with those feeling later.  Now isn't the time.

Lori make a big deal out of obligations and promises.  Christopher Monti signed up to be an informant for the police WITH ME.  It was official and it was signed.  That, to me, is an obligation, a commitment, and above all else, a promise to me that he would do the right thing...he's done nothing of the sort.  Whatever it is that he has done, hasn't been legal.  He's even covering up evidence of Lori's crimes against me, including the rape and contacting him about my family before her restraining order.  An order where she claims to know "nothing about me since high school".  Clearly a lie.  Clearly she was stalking me then and she is still stalking me now.  What kind of boyfriend covers up his own friend's rape?  Ask him yourself.

All of this happened because Christopher made a secondary commitment to Jeffrey Katzenberg and to the Mendenhall Family.  I don't know about any of you, but someone that would stab you in the back by making a secondary commitment ancillary to the first, is a coward and a liar.  Without getting into personal feelings beyond that, I would say that this too is a crime.  It's put my sister in grave danger and my family too.  This was something I warned all these parents would happen if they began listening to Lori or her friends, they did anyway.  Missy Erickson has a long history of fucking with people's families.  Mostly she likes to pretend to be sexy in front of the husband so that he will make some kind of move on her, then she claims "lesbian", and tells the wife.  This causes more problems than anything else.  She's a fucking grifter whore.  I think she calls it the "lesbian test".  This is where she uses her body to tease a man into something then cries "lesbian" to him and his wife to ruin their family.  She has a long history of this kind of behavior.  I think it's an insecurity issue but it has become much more than that.

Ask Jeffrey's friend Robert Downey Jr if this is how Missy Erickson acts.  It was Missy in that hotel room when Robert was busted and sent to prison all those years ago.  Before Ironman and Avengers...he was set up and sent to jail.  This is just another time that Missy's insecurities showed through.  You didn't see her get put in jail for being in a room full of coke...nope, just RDJ.

The thrill of entrapping a man with her body has become an obsession with Missy.  So you can just imagine the kinds of information Missy has on Jeffrey.  You see, Missy, while living with his son, wouldn't allow herself to be monitored.   It's just not something "friends would do to friends"...but Lori recorded everything.  So you can just imagine the kind of conversations that Jeffrey had behind his wife's back that Lori knows about and uses.  

It's just like the police.  They've been covering for Lori for so long now that it has become an issue.  They are more than willing to bury a gay rape victim to keep their jobs and reputation safe.  They've done it so many times now that they probably have a name for it.  Lori's already done this at the courthouse...they call it a "Steven Frey thing" or a "special forces unit" thing.  It's such a racket that everyone knows about it but it takes a person like Jeffrey to cover it all up.  That's why he's here.  He won't let me leave and while I'm here he won't let me breathe.  The police and Jeffrey have a long standing relationship...nefarious as it is.  They'll even hide a drug supply for him...think about it.

I think that most of the disappointment that I have is that I cared about people and their families more than they do.  I've seen the devastation first hand, many times.  I know what Lori does to people and I know what she is capable of.  Jeffrey treats her like a shoplifter and she's a serial killer.  A domestic terrorist that he thinks of as a jay walker.  I often wonder what it must be like to have him for a father as a gay man, then I remove that thought as quickly as it comes.  We are not strangers to the homophobic father in the LGBTQ community.  This one has a grudge.  He spent his first few years here on this system seeing how angry he could make his son.  Who would do that?  Would he do this to his daughter if she were raped and intentionally given HIV?  I doubt it.  I think his sexist views are obvious too.  Missy Erickson is the Bianchi to Lori's Buono.  The Timothy McVeigh to Missy's Terry Nichols.

Two of a kind with clearly defined roles.

With the addition of Jeffrey Katzenberg this crime has become domestic terrorism with a financier.  Endless amounts of money to pour into killing people that he doesn't like or that Missy Erickson has a problem with.  How convenient it was for Missy to take every dime I had, then for Jeffrey to abandon everyone for three years while he ran Quibi.com into the ground.  That was his gift to Missy...all the free shots she could take at my family and Lori's.   You see, Missy, as Jeffrey tells it, "Isn't doing anything she said," then again, neither is Jeffrey.  She and he are the two people that thought they had a better plan.  Turns out, Missy had no other plan but to use drugs and lie to her family.  Jeffrey and Missy characterize their friendship as non existent, but he still won't give me back the money he stole from me with her.  Is there anyone besides me that thinks he's lying?  Why would he keep it if it wasn't for Missy and Bessie?

So play dead Mendenhall's.  Don't do anyone any favors.  Use this country like your own silver platter, but when I get Jonathan's warrant served on him, don't come begging to me for help.  You made your decisions and left me here to die.  To date, everyone that Alice Mendenhall helped has kept his secret for a bribe...they are one really sad family.

Merry fucking Christmas Pastor Mendenhall...I'll remind you it was Jesus' Birth that this was all about, you remember Him?  I'm thinking that the death of your son on Christmas Day being false is probably the most incredibly insensitive thing I've ever heard of.  A priest for a father and a son that didn't die on Christmas Day.  What a conflict inside that must be.

Furthermore, there are other avenues open that I must now explore on my own to ensure a conviction of those who would rape and those who would protect those who do.  This isn't a case of who is more responsible than whom, it's a case of smearing a rape victim to the point that they have no life.  Jeffrey and his wife have tried for 14 year or more to smear my name everywhere they can and cover up all evidence that relates to Lori LaFond raping and stalking me.  Their continued efforts to try to lie to my family and threaten other witnesses in favor of Lori's girlfriend make this case a hate crime.  Jeffrey preferring the female criminals over the gay men and others that were sexually assaulted and stalked.  He is in big trouble with me, I won't let him kill me without him going to prison.

As for the rest of the people that I trusted, they made their choices.  There wasn't a single one that I would have made.  Every single decision that the three made, Jonathan, Anthony, and Christopher were in favor of hurting my family and putting them in further danger.  I've had at least four major attempts on my life...all of which are factual.  What the three of these individuals have done is a crime.  They need to be punished for it.  Taking evidence of a gay bashing and hiding it from authorities is illegal and immoral, what Jonathan has done is submit me to my rapist for further injustice.  He set this network up in this area so that my family would be hurt.  That is exactly what Lori and her two friends Bessie and Missy did.  This neural network is illegal and what Jonathan did was give them full access to me, my family, and my friends here.

Jonathan Edwin William Mendenhall has a criminal warrant out for his arrest.  I have the case at home.  I am planning to use this warrant to have him arrested so that he can begin being honest or go quietly to prison.  He also played dead for ten years.  Online obituaries and newspapers were published for that.  Facebook entries show that both Alice Mendenhall and Anthony Dabiere both participated in the fraudulent death charade.  The "death notice" from Jonathan's father and step mother will show further collusion in the fraudulent death.  Both Jonathan's sister and brother in law are also implicated in the death in two ways.  First, removing a pretrial defendant from the State of California and second, participating in a fraudulent death conspiracy.  Jonathan's death is alleged to have occured in the State of Michigan and he was, at the time, not allowed to leave the State of California.  Additionally Jonathan also skipped out on a civil judgment to the father of his deceased boyfriend, Jared, in the amount of $35,000-40,000.  This can also be criminally charged.   I guess he should have followed my advice, but he wanted to be an asshole about everything, as usual.  in the alternative, if Jonathan is found to be alive, he should be charged with obstruction of justice and stalking.  

This crime is only continuing because rich people don't give a fuck about justice.  All they care about is money.  I'm the opposite kind of person.  I believe that a guilty person should go to jail and an innocent man should never set foot there.  Jonathan, Anthony, and Christopher made their decisions, they need to be held responsible for them.  I've had to be, so should they.  I'm not sure if hiding the truth from Jared's father is a crime but more than likely Jonathan is probably guilty of that too.

The threat to national security as well as the lives of the innocent is far too great to be protecting someone that thinks only of himself.  Jonathan's legacy should be that of a coward.  Not enough courage to do anything more than put others in harm's way.  There is no bigger coward nor smaller man than one that plays dead to avoid his own life's mistakes.
