Just so we're clear here. Lori has not hacked into my system. It looks like Lifelock was doing some maintenance on their system and I accidentally changed my password without saving it properly. This gave Lori some kind of ballistic response as to how she could log into the account. Okay, she still doesn't get that the payment for this account comes from my bank account and it is an identity theft protection system. She's basically an idiot. She needs to be permanently removed from her neighbor's wireless system so that she can't keep threatening everyone. I'm still protected, but I want to be certain that she understands that I'm not going to ever pay for her to hurt me again.
This system is a good one. She has no way of making changes to the account. I know it and so does she. They know the device that I use and any other isn't going to be.
I will be contacting them and talking to them today to let them know what my problem is. Remember, never use your phone as a password retrieval device. It's not safe given that she uses number portability from her home that her sister and brother in law own. This is where terror starts and it needs to be ended there too.
