I think it is one of the worst cases of homophobia that I've ever read about and I am a history major. Sure there is the Holocaust and we all know that gays were killed along side the Jews, but this is a much more modern world and what Militia Erickson and Lori LaFond did to our community and the rest of this country should have bigger implications than what is being allowed. There is some need to "protect them because they are women"...man is that the worst idea I've ever heard of in terms of equal rights.
By far, the worst aspect of this investigation has been the non-participation of the families of my friends that continue to allow these two "females" to contact and threaten members of my family without any kind of protection. It's definitely something that Jeffrey planned and carried out with one of them, but intended it to help the other.
Over and over I've heard how he is so disappointed in Missy Erickson for lying to him then running over to Lori LaFond's home were, for the last 6 or so years she did nothing but plot and plan to try to hurt members of my family over and over again. The problem with that entire theory is that he had no right to obstruct the investigation that we'd been working on for years. For me, decades. He literally was trusted to help us, then did the exact same thing that Missy did to him. There isn't any difference between the trust we put in him and the trust he put in Missy Erickson, except he's the wealthy father of one of the victims...yet he acts like the father of one of the worst members of this organized crime. Even Missy's family doesn't support the things she's done, but Jeffrey is a different story. With him, it's all about money. Not crime. Money.
Oh sure he'll tell you that Lori and her friends stole money from him but the truth is that what they stole is like an hour of minimum wage work for a person like him. He doesn't know what stealing an entire life savings is like because they didn't take from him what they took from us. The equivalent would be about a billion dollars. Then and only then would he understand what he and his girlfriend took from us.
Lori is and remains the biggest homophobic homosexual of all time. They say that Hitler may have been gay, but we know that Lori is. If she isn't she still has HIV and turns that stereotype into a reason why police don't believe why we were raped. They think of all of us as promiscuous gay men that pass this disease around, but that isn't the job of the police. The job is to look at the evidence without sexuality involved and come up with answers. I've never heard or seen a more irresponsible father than Jeff, but once again, he's not my concern. It's his need to continue to support this monster of a human being every single day he's been here. A blonde bimbo with nothing in her life but stolen dreams and stolen money. She's a drug addict that likes to hurt gay men. She uses us like some kind of free drug pass that she uses by giving information to Lori LaFond so that she can party and pretend that she has nothing to do with it. This bitch robbed my mother and stole from the hospital...she's a killer's best friend.
Lori, on the other hand, still wants more. She thinks we all owe her so much respect for the AIDS virus she gave us and the deaths she caused. I don't know where Jeffrey's head is, but I'm pretty sure there are hemorrhoids blocking his vision.
This crime is huge, he makes it tiny. This crime was horrible, he acts like it was a mistake. This crime is painful in every way to parents that really do love their gay kids, not him. This crime is something he should have stopped, but he was entertained by it. We should all have the kind of money that lets us play with other people's lives, but who would want to. I have no sympathy for him and his wife. Not whatsoever. What they did to our families isn't able to be measured. The time and energy it's taken to keep Lori at bay, wasn't something he invested. We did. We put our lives on the line so that he could load the gun for Missy Erickson to shoot at us again.
We made this man and his wife billionaires, we can take that away too.
Jeffrey wants you all to believe that it is Missy's fault. A Cornell educated man and a stripper and he's going to blame her for the miscommunications and lies, I don't buy it and neither will a jury of his peers; bet he thinks he doesn't have any peers too.
His lies to our families. His need to help women who commit crimes. His absolute disdain for gay men. All of this has culminated in a problem that he created and could not solve.
