They Did More For Her Neighbors Than They Did For The Victim of this Crime: Breonna You Deserved So Much More!!! Rest In God's Arms Beautiful!!!

I don't mean to jump on the tides of unhappiness, but I just can't stay silent on this beautiful woman's life.  Breonna Taylor was killed because someone made a huge mistake and nobody is going to be held responsible for it.  In fact, the only officer charged was charge with endangering the neighbor's life.  Huh?  The neighbors?  Wait a minute here, if  shooting in that apartment endangered the neighbors, how did it not endanger Breonna?  How did that not result in the charge of negligence at least?  This beautiful woman is now gone from her entire family, and nobody is going to let that go without saying, "Honey, I am so sorry that the value of your life wasn't measured in justice, because it should have been."

Money isn't the problem.  Her family was awarded near $12million from the city that admitted no wrong doing...they just felt bad?  It's a shame that money becomes justice isn't it?  That way someone like Jeffrey always has a huge amount of justice in his bank account for the times that he makes decisions that affect the lives of hundreds of families and gay men.  This isn't justice for a person that was lying in her bed and killed.  You know how I know?  I was asleep in my own boyfriend's home, photographed, filmed, recorded, and beaten nearly to death.  A woman's blood was shoved up my ass.  The police didn't do nothing...they arrested me six times for reporting the crime.  Then they said there was nothing they could do for me because the rapist was someone that spied on people for them.  Breonna, honey, as a gay man, I don't know how much the "black" card played into this, but I can tell you the minority card isn't justice for people like us.

I actually ache inside for this young beautiful woman's family.  I know what my family has been through.  We lost my brother in law to this crime too.  We all know the tears and how they taste when your mouth is open and crying because you just can't stop hurting.  I think black tears probably taste the same as white ones, or female's and males, or black women's and gay men's.  They don't really know what this is about, but now we do.

The Chief of Police decided to do this whole thing to me too.  He made the decision to protect his outsourcing of information rather than the victim of a heinous crime.  The worst thing?  He was willing to put two more gay guys in prison if the DNA matched either or both, but when it didn't, he found out that Lori would.  So he dropped the case as if I'd lied about being raped.  With photographs, lab work and MRI's he still tried to make it look like I'd beaten myself like this and put someone's blood in my own ass?  Come on Chief, you are the problem for so many of us.  You can't pin this on the people that you want so you dropped everything like it never happened, I guess he knows the "Jeffrey Tik Tok Dance" too.  Seems like Jeffrey's trying to teach that one to everybody, including his own wife.  Sad but true.

Burying our heads in the sand is very convenient for the people that Lori hasn't tried to kill but who is that?  I mean the reality is that almost everyone I know has been infected by this girl and nobody is holding her responsible.  Why is she able to stick her head in the sand and act like she's done nothing wrong.  That answer is simple, it's because the people that she's hurt and listening to the guy that teaches the Tik tok dance.  He's not responsible for anything is he?  But let me ask you, are any of you going to be better off for letting him off the hook?  He's going to drop all of you as fast as he can...because he can't know you.  But I do.

Stop believing in money and power as absolutes.  You have to have some kind of code to live your lives by and if that code is do everything for myself, then I won't feel sorry for you when everything Jeffrey's taught you comes back to haunt your lives.  You aren't really the people I know, you are the people that Jeffrey expects you to be.  Do you really feel comfortable with the way he's buried  my life?  He can do the same to all of you too.

Breonna, you are a historical angel.  Your life should have meant more than a check and a bad grand jury decision.  I have the feeling you could have been someone special.  You have that look in your eye!  I hope God knows what kind of special person you are and treats you with the love you deserved here on Earth.  I pray for your family, but mostly I pray for you!  You were the one that nobody did anything for in the end.  I want everyone to know that this woman will always be in my heart with the decisions I make in the future.  I know what it's like for people to dismiss your life as if it was nothing more than a mistake without consequences.

Black lives matter.

Gay lives matter.

Why do other people keep making decisions that make it seem otherwise?

I should know what unjust findings are, I've had them all my life.  That's why I dedicated myself to the law and justice system.  I've seen it work correctly on both sides.  I've seen innocent men freed, and guilty men convicted.  What I'm not used to seeing is the victim of rape being treated like a criminal for telling the truth.  I'm not happy with seeing the dead body of another black female without someone being held accountable.  It's all the same to me when it comes to minorities and the law.   We aren't treated equally, we're lucky to be considered at all.  The police chief wants you to believe he did everything he could to help me, but wait until you see what he did to hurt me more than anyone.  He's a piece of shit and he deserves to know what it's like to have Lori Lafond take your job from you.  Bad decisions deserve bad results.

What should Breonna have done differently?  By the same type of situation, what was it that I was supposed to do differently?  The victims of minority crime can be shot and beaten to death in their homes and nobody is being held accountable?  Not the way this country was set up and not the way justice is served.  The criminal is less than a mile from Jeffrey Katzenberg who is sitting on his hands knowing that Lori is getting away with murder?

If not for the actions of someone else, Breonna Taylor would still be alive.  If not for the actions of my rapist, I would never have been raped and beaten, photographed and filmed, and infected with diseases.  How can nobody be responsible for that?  You see, someone is responsible for it...they just aren't being held accountable.  For a killing and a rape?  How?!?!?!  How is that possible?
