So according to this death notification, Jonathan died on December 25, 2010 but wasn't memorialized until January 29, 2011. That's kind of a long time in between don't you think?
Remember the other day when I wanted to point out the fallacies that were contained in the death notice that I was sent via email? This is one of the most significant pieces of evidence if Jonathan is still alive. The person that wrote it must want him silent and they want everyone in Jonathan's family to know that not only do they know who they are, but where they live. They know his sister, his brother in law, his b-i-l's family....and whoever wrote it would also be involving all of these family members in the crime of fraudulent death. Clearly this contains the word ransom too. I was taught that any letter that contains the word "ransom", in this case Jim and Jan Ransom, is suspicious. Look at the details too. Why would anyone go into the specifics of everything and be so tragic about other things?
This is reprinted, once again, for all of you to understand that the families of my friends are affected by the lies that weren't just sent via email, they were also sent to many newspapers to print his obituary. That is what we call libel and published. There are more crimes associated when the lie is published and published in a circulated newspaper. Federal laws.
Lori may have written this piece of fiction just like the piece of fiction she wrote in that restraining order application. I'm telling you that the stuff contained in that fantasy of hers is a lie. What others need to know is that this is a pattern of her behavior, but without Alice Mendenhall and her family members speaking out about it, it leaves Jonathan vulnerable for other prosecutions...it's time to be honest with law enforcement or a prosecutor to avoid these problems. Also, someone has to get there before Lori lies to them and says, "Kevin is so disrespectful to our family." My job isn't to sit around an mourn, it's to get to the truth.
I feel sorry for the Mendenhall's whose mouths were gagged when this came out. I want them to understand the severity of what someone tried to do and I want to add that as an informant in this case, I view it as a threat to his entire family!!! That is also important. If Lori did send this, it was during her restrained period, which just shows everyone that no court order will stop her from contacting and harassing me.
