Wouldn't it be wonderful if every hate-filled homophobic rapist had the same luxuries extended to them that Lori LaFond has had?
No, it wouldn't!
What Lori has told people about me is such an exaggerated lie that I've never seen professionals so baffled as to how she got away with them.
First, she tells the police that she and I were "close friends" in high school. Some she even told them that we were engaged. She's told others that my father is a convicted child molester. She's told others that I gave her brother HIV. Still more people were told that I have a criminal record, and I don't. What you are seeing is a rapist blaming her victim and using the police to create a smokescreen so you can't see the truth.
The truth is that I was never arrested before I came to Palm Springs. 37 years, no arrests. The first two came after two DUI's that Lori set up. Those have been gone for years now, but then, right after my rape, I got arrested six times, without one single conviction. The first one and two, came after I reported the rape. In fact, they came the very day afterward. Remember, the emergency room, twice, didn't even look at my crushed skull and the police officer sent to take my rape report at the hospital never showed.
She put the pictures that she took AT THE RAPE on a postcard and mailed them to people. Mocking the rape victim even further.
Five more arrests, no convictions...and Lori tells everyone that I have some kind of police record. No, I don't. I have a lot of punishing arrests for reporting the rape, but not one of them has a conviction with it. ZERO!
Here's the other thing. She then tells the police and others that I was fired from the U.S. Justice Department because of drugs. That's not true at all. I resigned that position and am re-hirable there. I was being stalked day and night by people Lori sent to harass me then one of them, her brother, shot at me. You can't expect me to stay at a job protecting federal judges when these people are shooting at me! I have years of diaries spelling that out.
When I reapplied for that job, Lori called my former employer and lied to them again to keep me from being rehired for a position that I was once lauded for.
What you see here is a complete whitewashing of rape by the PSPD. They want people to believe that they haven't relied on a local rapist homophobic drug dealer for illegal information about the LGBTQ community. It's a sham. It's a farce. Their efforts to sweep away this rape cost two little boys their innocence and we already told the police that Lori rapes little boys. As far as I'm concerned about this problem that the police have they perpetuated. The police chief needed to do his job, not sweep me under some gay carpet and think that he would get away with it. He's been in the courtroom for Lori before and he used his position to throw away a rape case against a gay man in favor of a monster.
In her restraining order application Lori LaFond says, "I don't know anything about him since high school...", who is out there that can dispute this claim. Now my brother in law was shot and killed in self-defense, long after high school, by Lori's uncle. This is another lie that she neglected to tell her attorney. Lori came out here right after it happened and photographed the scene...so why all the silence? I believe it is simply because she was doing damage control for a situation she set up. Not important? This blog is about the crimes she's committed against me, my family, my friends, and their families...how could it not be related?
Lori lies. She sets up murders, shootings, beatings and other crimes then she plays innocent; like a City of La Quinta employee (not the real employee just someone that Lori is related to probably that had nothing to do with any of this). The problem is that on this system they all know it's her. There is still an unsolved homicide in this area, near the national park, that I know for sure she is involved in. I knew the victim, I know he was at the home she was in the night before the shooting, and I know that she has been watched on this system. It's important to note that Lori has never told the police a single thing about this guy when he was at her home the night before. Why?
Benjamin Katzenberg and Martin bought drugs from Lori the night Benjamin was arrested, Lori called the police on them. Why not this homicide victim? I think we can all understand the kind of person Lori is.
Any further action by this or any other police department will result in a negative image for law enforcement.
Look Chief, you backed a complete psychopath. It's your problem now.
