From the minute he walked into this investigation the victims of this crime never stood a chance. Jeffrey Katzenberg brought in years of homophobic hate and decades of sexual bias to this investigation. When he ran into Missy Erickson, it was easy to see that he would do anything she told him to, to make all of us go away. He couldn't stand any of my friends and treated each and every one of them with contempt. Missy, Bessie, and David had infected the team that I put together to stop Lori and that house that Benjamin lives in turned into another terrorist cell for the victims of this crime.
After thirty years of friendship and building the trust between each other that it would take to stop Lori LaFond, Jeffrey embarked on a plan to destroy each and every one of us. He began with taking the commitment that was made between his son and our team and destroying every single permission that Benjamin and Martin had to conduct this police wire. He began using this system to track down my friends and keep track of my family members. He started keeping notes on bank accounts, watching my travel plans, ignoring all of Lori's attempts to defraud this investigation, letters she wrote, DNA reports falsified, illegal calls to the police and anything that would have been helpful to us. He even told Missy Erickson that it would be okay to steal from my parent's home without anyone from my team calling the police.
Jeffrey was showing everyone whose side he was on. He allowed robbery after robbery at my parent's home. The entire time his son and Martin continued to allow Lori and her friends to rob my sister, my nieces and my family. The agreement for this wire was simple, our goal was simply to put Lori and Brian in jail. That was the easiest way it could have been done, but Jeffrey didn't want anything to happen to his precious Missy, Bessie, and David, so the keys to my apartment, car, homes, clothes, iPods, gym memberships, all were stolen while he turned a blind eye to every single incident. At one point, he even allowed Christian Johnson and Brian LaFond to come to my home while my niece, nephew and their newborn child were sleeping inside. Oh, he knew that Brian had shot at me before, but to him, this was all part of his plan to put my family in fear for their lives.
He cut off all communication between myself and his son. There was to be no more conversations between the two of us. And there weren't. In fact, there wasn't to be any friendship between the two of us any longer, that was the order and Benjamin followed it to the letter.
Part of what was so important was the stealing of the key to my car in Sedona, Arizona. One of the main reasons that Jeffrey let this happen was so that David and Missy could help Lori and Brian fill my car up with drugs while we were in vacation. There are only two keys to that car and when one went missing it allowed Lori and Brian to rob me whenever I wasn't around.
Jeffrey was never the topic of conversation on this blog at that time. I never wanted any of my friends' families involved in this crime. It was the letters that Lori wrote and the trip to Sedona that changed the game forever. He and his wife can complain that "Kevin isn't nice to us," but the truth is that I sang their praises even while the two of them plotted against this entire investigation. I thought that the two of them could be trusted, but I was wrong. It was in Sedona that we all found out where Jeffrey's family fell on this issue. Seems like a no brainer right. Rapists versus victims of rape. Homophobic lesbian versus out positive gay men. Good versus evil. Easy right? Not so when you are dealing with Jeffrey. He's a conniving bastard of a man that thinks that the best way to solve a crime is to commit it.
The simple fact is that Missy, Bessie, and David wanted to get Jonathan, Anthony, Christopher, and me arrested so that the three of them could somehow become heroic in this endeavor, without going through one bit of what we'd endured. Jeffrey picked the soft bullshit girls over the men that were put in horrible positions. He used his son to do it. Once one of my best friends, Benjamin and his friend Martin, were used to gain access to every single friends' thinking so that Jeffrey could give this information to Bessie, Missy, and David to come up with a way to hurt us. The trio was in contact with the subject of our investigation and buying drugs for themselves the entire time they were involved with Benjamin. They just let that go.
My friends were beaten and battered the entire time. They were in such a state that when I had the time and money to take Anthony and Jonathan on a vacation to get away from Lori, we went to Sedona, Arizona for a break. Lori had just submitted a fake lab report, the police went along with it, and Jeffrey was fine with it. Remember, he saw her doing all of this from that home of Benjamin's. The entire time Benjamin was supposed to be getting in touch with our police contact Bryan Anderson. Instead, Jeffrey said, "No." In fact, Jeffrey watched as Lori prepared a restraining order for a job she wasn't employed at and pretended to be Bryan's ex-girlfriend. Rather than call that into question, Jeffrey went along with that too. So the application was made with all kinds of false allegations that Jeffrey approved of.
So at the time, we took that vacation, Lori's plan to stalk us to Arizona was completely illegal and in violation of her own temporary restraining order. Nevertheless, she followed us with a plan to "take care of a problem she'd been having for years." Instead of alerting the police, Jeffrey sent Lori reinforcements. At the time, I wanted Benjamin and his mom to come over to Sedona, Arizona if there seemed to be a problem. Jeffrey insisted that Missy Erickson and David go along. As friends of Lori's, this was also a violation of that restraining order. Remember, the pair was still buying and using drugs from Lori's home. Missy has been a friend of Lori's for years and so was David. The order was very specific, neither Lori nor her friends were to contact me or my friends, nor were they to take steps to know where I was with my friends.
Jeffrey and his son completely ignored this restraining order and provided Lori with more "friends" to follow and harass us in Sedona, Arizona. If Lori wasn't there, then why were Benjamin and Marilyn there? They did nothing to help the three of us. Missy and David, however, were involved in the manufacturing of GHB while there. They also were there in contact with my friends telling them not to be my friend, sound familiar Jeffrey? Lori's friends spent the entire week causing problem after problem in Sedona, but did Jeffrey or Marilyn get involved, no. Instead the entire Katzenberg family just let the three of us get tortured and threatened by the same girl that filed a restraining order against me.
At one point it is alleged that Lori and Brian raped two little boys while binding them with ropes and photographing them in various states of undress. The boys' father filed a complaint after being knocked unconscious and Lori and Brian were arrested. That should have been a huge victory for the victims of this crime, but instead, Jeffrey and his father bailed both Lori and Brian out using false names and bullshit surety examinations provided by Missy Erickson and David the Chickenhawk. They testified on Jeffrey's behalf under some bullshit story that Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg were in Sedona to manufacture a porn movie with underaged minors. What kind of bullshit was that? In other words, Jeffrey has now admitted that he provided David and Missy to Arizona to stalk me and my friends under the guise of some sickening porn flick. They, after all, had multiple talks with Jonathan and Anthony about "not being Kevin's friend".
Apparently, that is what Missy and David were sent to do. It is a huge violation of this restraining order but it is also against the law to have stalked me to Arizona as an informant. I will remind you all that it was Missy Erickson that stole my MRI's from the Emergency Room at the Desert Regional Memorial Hospital when I was raped. She is definitely a suspect at that time and has a motive for continuing to help Lori kill one or all three of us.
If there is any doubt about what Jeffrey was doing in Sedona by sending his wife and kid, it was simply so that his two employees could sit there and help Lori plan another ambush. At one point my car even was taken to that home but Anthony would not let Brian go outside to put drugs inside of my car. The plan was sinister when you consider that I am the police informant and the victim of a horrible gay-bashing three years earlier. It hadn't even been a week since the Police Chief called and dropped the investigation into my rape and here was Jeffrey's kids planning another attack, with a restraining order no less.
Do you think Marilyn stepped in? Nope. In fact, when Lori and Brian were arrested, she didn't do one damn thing. She didn't do anything about her employees being inside the home where drugs were being manufactured and used, where a child or two was being brutally raped and filmed, and she did nothing while the entire crew of people there harassed my employee for working on this case. Marilyn did nothing. Benjamin did nothing. Jonathan begged them for help, but Marilyn refused. What kind of mother does this to another mother's kids? Here were are in Arizona, she knows that Lori is there and armed, and does nothing to stop her. It's a shame that you all think so much of her, she isn't who she says she is to the rest of you, but we know what she was like. She did nothing.
The person that we trusted, our Eagle Scout, did nothing. He simply let all of this happen without a word to the police or any law enforcement officer. He sat there, frozen, without any help for any of us. At one point, even Missy Erickson told Jonathan, "If you think that Jeffrey is going to help you, forget it, he's helping us." I will remind you that since that time Missy has moved in with Lori LaFond and lives in her drug den with David. If Jeffrey is "helping them" then he's helping the drug dealers.
So when we limped out of Sedona, both Anthony and Jonathan knew that not only had Lori and her brother stalked me there, as their rape victim and police informant, but Missy and David were there working for their constant release from custody thanks to Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg. They then flew David and Missy home on their private jet. Marilyn had essentially helped to break Lori's restraining order and help not only my rapist but her own son's rapists go free. You would think that would have gotten Missy and David in trouble, but it didn't.
Jeffrey's own employees lobbied for the release of Lori and Brian LaFond using fake names and addresses. Jeffrey knew all about it. Instead of calling the police, he then proceeded to his next plan.
Knowing that I'd given up on Jeffrey and Marilyn being any sort of help for me and my friends, I began to save money with my mother. I lived like a pauper for 8 long years on only $50 a week. I scrimped and saved every single dime I could to be able to hire an attorney to go after Lori and Brian for the rape and stalking to Arizona with her friends David, Missy, and Leah. My mom and I kept this account a secret because we didn't want Lori to steal it. Jeffrey then proceeded to do something even more sinister. He taught Bessie, Missy, and David how to steal this account by trying to make my mom look mentally incompetent.
Missy Erickson, once again, approached my family and tried to convince my sister to have her name put on my bank account so that if my mom went crazy the money wouldn't get lost. Unfortunately, Jeffrey forgot one very important thing. MY NAME was already on the fucking account so that kind of bullshit wasn't going to happen. It was a scam. Bessie then talked my sister out of the money in the account by saying that Benjamin Katzenberg and I were friends and that she was working with Jeffrey. The money would be safe. David, Missy, and Bessie then stole the money and handed it to the same man that bailed Lori and Brian out in Sedona, Arizona. That money has never been seen since. We're talking upwards of $30,000 and the man that acted like he was investigating Lori was the same man that let her out of jail. My sister doesn't know that though. No, Jeffrey lied to her along with Bessie Smith. I will never see that money again because it would have helped me to hire an attorney to stop Lori for good.
To make matters even worse, Bessie told my sister to act like the account never existed and forced my mom, who I'd saved every dime with to have a breakdown. She will never be the same. My mother cried her eyes out and swore that she didn't give away my money, but she did. This was all Jeffrey Katzenberg's idea and he stole the money and never intended to give it back. Marilyn, by the way, knew where the money was and what it was for and still allowed her husband to steal this. Remember how wonderful you all think she is? She's not.
Both Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg conspired to commit a crime against a police informant in favor of Lori the drug dealer and her friends. Jeffrey used his son's alleged friendship with me to do everything that I told Benjamin I would not allow on this police wire. Everything! I had nothing. I could do nothing. I was stuck here in the middle of the desert with a serial killer that followed me to Arizona without one way of stopping her. Jeffrey wanted this to happen and he's let it continue now for as long as he could. He robbed my sister and abused my mother to get what he wanted. He abused his own father to post money for bail for his own grandson's rapist. How sick are these Katzenbergs? How do you know this? Ask my sister if she has been made aware of Lori's presence in Sedona and what Jeffrey did to get her out. Who bailed her out? You see this isn't a case of my sister gave away my money, it's a case of Jeffrey torturing a police informant and his friends.
Jeffrey and his wife took away my chance to find my rapist and instead helped my rapist get away with the crime. Not one time did this man ever attempt to tell anyone in law enforcement the truth. Instead, he hid drugs for the criminal organization that were manufactured in Sedona and food colored so they could be identified. When Missy stole the money from me, as a reward, he went and leased her a car!!!
He rewarded the girl that stole my money and helped Lori get out of jail, is this the kind of man that you all think that I'm too mean to? If it was you, you might think differently.
This family, the Katzenbergs, are deeply involved in the drug dealing business and protecting the drug dealers is all they have done since Jeffrey Heisenberg got here. He has put my entire family in danger and has let us live that way for nearly 11 years now. Every single thing I've done to help the victims and their parents were torpedoed in violation of that restraining order that Lori was so proud of getting against me. He had no right to talk to any of my friends' parents and if his son was just as evil, then he didn't either.
To top it all off, so that Lori wouldn't get in trouble, Jeffrey told both Jonathan and Anthony not to have any contact with me for a year...that was ten years ago. Jonathan is, according to a letter I got, dead. Anthony is, according to online posts, grieving with Jonathan's mother. Lori made contact after contact with me about these two hoping that the two of them wouldn't say she was stalking me in Arizona. Neither has ever come forward thanks to Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg who have lied to all of us the whole way through. The pair have conspired to keep me away from the other police informant this entire time. Christopher is a ghost. He's never allowed to talk with me or his parents. I'm the only person that Jeffrey has focused on because he thinks he should put me in jail for helping him and his god damned son.
What did I do to you, Marilyn? What more could an advocate do for a mother and father but tell you the truth about who raped your good for nothing son? I told you her name, what she'd done to you, and that she'd targeted you with David for most of Benjamin's life and you in turn sick David on me and my sister? What kind of human beings are you?

You and Marilyn did everything you could to try to break my sobriety. You put every single kind of pressure on me that you could. You pit me against my own mother and sister. You put pressure on me by stealing everything I owned. You kept allowing Lori and her friends to get closer and closer to me and my family and the best you could do was lie about it. I think that there is sufficient evidence to warrant an indictment against the two of you and your son. I think it has to do with stalking a police informant and his family. You three better watch your asses because I'm done with your family forever.
What Jeffrey failed to tell my sister is that he is the man that is helping Lori LaFond to steal and deal drugs. His home was full of GHB manufactured in Arizona and when it was discovered his security got rid of all of it for Missy and David. David's sister Maddison also hid the drugs further involving her in the crime. I am not the person that Jeffrey wanted me to be, I'm honest and I don't go behind people's backs to hurt someone that helped my kid. I should have let Benjamin fend for himself. He's not who he says he is either. An Eagle Scout that lies for his father and mother.
Hollywood's Hilter's List included; Christopher's incarceration, Anthony's incarceration, and Jonathan's death. There was only one more to go and that was me. If you think that Jeffrey hasn't spent the last ten years trying to make that happen for Lori and Missy, you are crazy. He's been after me for a decade now because he's convinced that Missy Erickson is God's gift to ending homosexuality. Fuck you Missy and your best friend Lori.
My entire family is in grave danger every single second of the day thanks to the efforts of Jeff and Marilyn and her family. He helped a fugitive escape from justice to put her near my family so that she could do whatever she could think of without him doing anything except steal money to keep me here. He didn't just keep me from getting justice, he bought justice and locked her away so that none of us could find her.
My entire life has been stalked by Lori LaFond. For Jeffrey Katzenberg and his wife to step in and help her get away with more is unfathomable, but that is just what the pair has done. These two parents are the worst example of what can happen when one of the two falls in love with one of them. Jeffrey's undying devotion to Missy Erickson is laughable. He continues to believe that she can save the world with her tits and ass. She has stuck her nose into my business for the very last time. The next time she won't be walking away.
