This is my current understanding of THE SITUATION, as per the information that I have:
It comes as no surprise that there is more going on from that trip to Sedona, Arizona than meets my eyes. One thing is for certain, Lori LaFond violated her own restraining order by showing up there in the first place. Claiming something like "workplace violence" in front of her own hanging judge, Commissioner Lawrence Best, Lori obtained this temporary order before she set off to stalk me on my vacation with my friends.
This shows a blatant disregard for the court's own order in her favor. I had no idea that Lori would try to follow me on my own vacation with my friends, but she showed up anyway. I, of course, asked Benjamin Katzenberg and his mother if they would mind going an keeping an eye on the situation. You can never have enough protection when you are a police informant dealing with Lori and Missy. Of course, David the Chickenhawk and Missy "The Body" Erickson showed up and immediately fled for the rental home where Lori LaFond was holed up. Drugs, sex, harassment, and lots of other things were on the menu for Lori, which was completely the opposite of what Anthony, Jonathan and I had planned.
This was a vacation away from Lori LaFond. A chance for friends and this police informant to get away and say "thanks" for all the times that Jonathan had saved my ass in Palm Springs when Lori was after me. It was close enough to visit with Jonathan's father and stepmom in Dewey, Arizona and was my second choice when it came to vacations. I was planning to use my family's timeshare in San Francisco, but our choices were limited so we went where my family usually goes; the Sedona Summit in Arizona.
The woman that worked for the City of La Quinta named Lori LaFond was probably at work, but the woman that filed the restraining order in her name was following me in Arizona, a strict violation of the rules. Not only was Lori LaFond there, but she was also there making drugs, harassing me and my friends, out of state, across state lines, and doing some things that weren't very savory. Mind you, Benjamin, Marilyn, Anthony, and Jonathan are all people employed by me to do this investigation. So I thought we were well covered.
Let me make no mistake about it...Missy Erickson and David the Chickenhawk were not a part of my team in any way. They remain suspects in the theft of my saving's account and other crimes in the Palm Springs area. GHB found in one of Jeffrey's rental homes seems to have come from this trip to Arizona and made its way into the house near David's parents. We don't know what exactly happened with that food colored GHB, but we do know that both Missy Erickson and David T. C. were responsible for the drug showing up in that home. This is suspicious behavior because the first time I suggested to Lori LaFond that she food color her GHB batches that were manufactured in Sedona, Arizona.
We know that Missy Erickson and David T.C. were in the same home where that drug was being manufactured. We know that Lori LaFond forced both Jonathan Mendenhall and Anthony Dabiere into that home at some point while I was sleeping...what happened in that home is the subject of a criminal investigation where two of my employees were inside. I know that after this encounter I saw what appeared to be messaging to me from Jonathan Mendenhall in Odyssey Magazine where Jonathan wrote the Ass-trology report...I call it the Whore-a-scope.
Jonathan was referencing some things that we now know are "evidence" such as the "pools of infinity" (a reference to Jeffrey Katzenberg's bungled pool job in Palm Desert where the pool was supposed to go to infinity but didn't), "Junior's Jock Strap" which we now know to be something that Lori LaFond wore when she raped men and put their DNA on it like some kind of trophy belt of biological samples, "Uncle Phil's Dildo" which apparently is an instrument of rape used by Lori LaFond when she is wearing Junior's Jock Strap, and then there is a reference to something that I think may have to do with an arrest...Jonathan wrote about "Bound and Gagged Billy". That sounds terrifying to me. I don't know of any Billy that was in that home, but if I know David, he's probably someone that was underage and chickenhawked from California, where he was "bound and gagged" then raped. David has chickenhawked for Lori and Brian before. Even Benjamin Katzenberg was once the victim of David's weird thing for providing Lori and Brian with underaged boys to rape.
David is also suspected of providing one of Jeffrey Katzenberg's neighbors to Lori LaFond so that she could get her to accuse famous high school football coach Steve Fabian of sexual molestation. David, an adult at the time, apparently introduced Lori to this minor child where Lori tried to force her to fake a sex charge against the football coach. This man is a very close friend of my family, Bryan Anderson, Jeffrey Katzenberg and the Katzenberg family. Lori loves a victim with multiple connections to people she hates. Also remember, Lori has had many other men charged with this same crime, but no convictions. This was her first time with a girl...her "virgin" attempt.
So if "Billy" was in that home, he was there with drugs being manufactured, drugs being used and from what I hear, Lori must have tied and gagged him while knocked out, then took some naughty pictures with him. I've heard there were "boobs" and other things in the pictures that were taken to the police. Bare breasts and children are a thing with Lori...reference the waterpark incident and the pool incident at LaPalme with the Kamikaze t-shirt where Lori was arrested and used a different I.D. I'm not sure what the charges against Junior and Lori are or were, but I can tell you that $500,000 a piece is quite steep in state court. I was told that the trip that Lori and Brian were taking was dubbed, "On The Road With Under Cover Videos"...the other "Little Angel" videos are the child porn movies that Anthony tried to tell the police about. Chief Reyes turned a blind eye. There wouldn't have had to be a "Bound and Gagged Billy" if the Chief of Police was doing his job.
So who is this "Billy"? Does he know David? Did the chickenhawk strike again? Is this all fiction? I don't know. What I do know is that this is what Lori and her friends have cooked over in their home. I doubt it is a complete setup, this would take more planning than Lori would ever be capable of and less glamour that Missy would ever try for.
So my suggestion to my team is to order the transcript from those hearings and see what Missy Erickson had to say on behalf of Lori and Brian. Get the written and the spoken transcript and tape and send it to my expert Peter for analysis. Get a copy of the complaint or indictment too. All docs pertaining to the file that are available on PACER.
It is important to note that Jonathan Mendenhall died on Christmas Day of 2010 according to online docs and newspaper clippings. I have a "death notice" from Jonathan's father and stepmom. Was this another attempt by Lori LaFond to throw everyone off track?
If Missy Erickson went rogue and used stolen money to post bail, there could be a huge issue. Falsifying financial securities is a prosecutable offense as well as lying about the identities of Brian and Lori LaFond. We know that she knows their true names and to say they are someone else in a court of law is highly illegal. Some have suggested that Jeffrey Katzenberg paid for their release, but Jeffrey is a cheap ass and I don't think that he would do such a thing. He might have though. If so, he would be in a great deal of trouble for ponying up $100,000 in bail money that could be the subject of forfeiture in the amount of $1,000,000. Providing monies for the release of two people that are falsely identifying themselves and are being secured with the signature of one of his employees is very suspect. This is a drug organization and the pair were there stalking Jonathan, Anthony and myself while a restraining order was in place.
Jessica Christine and Christopher Monti are the two likely names used as a cover by Lori and Brian. I told you all that Lori loves to use the names of her victims to fake relationships with them. Can you just imagine what Lori was like after coming out of court thinking that Missy just claimed that Lori was her sister and that Christopher Monti was her "boyfriend"? It must have been a sociopath's dream admission, though completely false.
Here's another hint for Jessica Christine...when you search for fake id's and warrants don't just check your name. Make sure you check the Driver's License NUMBER. Sometimes Lori and Brian like to misspell the name but keep the same license number. Christopher already knows this. There is one provable fake id already with his D.L. number and a different birthdate on it. Check all records in Arizona and in California for your D.L. number.
Also for Jessica Christine, when a defendant is released on bond they have to give a location of the address where they will be staying to probation. If they were ankle monitored it will be in state. They don't let people travel out of state with GPS monitoring. Lori and Brian must have used someone's local address in Arizona to get out of jail. Do you have any relatives in the State of Arizona, Jessica? Check with probation if you can get that information. It is on the bond paperwork.
It is important to note that my team does not lie to parents. This is a parent coalition built for the purpose of informing parents and friends of victims about this crime. Lying to parents would defeat the purpose of this blog and my investigation. If there is any wrong information on this blog, it is likely because it is MY UNDERSTANDING of what is going on. I listen with my head and think with it too. I have the right to tell you what Lori and her friends are up to through my experience.
We never ask parents for money because exploiting victims and their families has been done by Lori and her friends for far too long. All we ask is that you make up your own mind and help if you can.
