What most don't understand is that the people that controlled their state of mind also knew what these men were planning to do. They could have stopped the massacres, but instead, they sat and watched while these two men were driven to stockpile ammunition and plan the attacks. This is a crime of state of mind, not the act of two madmen. Certainly, they both reached out to law enforcement and to organizations that deal with remote neural monitoring, but neither received the understanding or help they deserved, so they did what they did.

So my entire life has been lived cautiously without ever knowing what it would have been like to be HIV negative.
