Keeping Her In Custody After Arrest: Lori LaFond's Switching Personalities

I think it was the warrant for arrest for Christopher for a driving infraction that made me realize that Lori and Brian were using fake id's to keep them out of trouble.  Lori and Brian like to take on the names of their victims so that if the siblings get into trouble with the law, the victim of their crime gets a warrant that they can not explain.  With just a few women that are implanted, Lori is limited to the names of sisters of the victims and Brian uses variations of the names of the gay men that they have implanted.

For example, in Christopher's case, there was a driving ticket for throwing something out of a truck window.  Christopher neither owned a truck and the information on the driver's license, although using the same CDL number, did not match the description of Christopher Monti.   The birthdates are different and the size of the person impersonating him was also different.  I also noticed that the signature on the traffic ticket did not match Christopher's signature. The result was a warrant issued by the court for Christopher Monti, but the person that got the ticket in his name was not Christopher Monti.  It was someone else pretending to be him.  This causes an ambush warrant that the police can then use to arrest Christopher without him even knowing that it existed.  After all, what is Christopher going to say?  "It isn't me."   No cop ever believes that nonsense.

So then I started hearing about all these names that Lori LaFond has told people to call her over the years.  First was Sarah, then Victoria, then Sheree, then it was Vicky, then Lisa, and so on and so forth.  Why would Lori LaFond need to change her name so often?  First of all, you don't usually have multiple aliases unless you are doing something very wrong.  Legal name changes can be made through a court order for various reasons, but Lori has never done that.  What I believe Lori does is makeup names and goes into the DMV and gets a new driver's license or state id with her picture and another person's name.  That's where the confusion begins.  Of course, many of these implanted police officers have met Lori in the past when they were implanted.  So if Lori is arrested there is the possibility that they aren't really trying very hard to find her.  I know from my own experience that when Lori is involved the police go out of their way to keep her out of trouble.

I used to work for the federal court in San Diego and identity hearings happen all the time.  In San Diego, there are a lot of Mexican defendants who use a maternal then fraternal last name.  This can cause confusion.  For instance.  Miguel Sanchez-Espinoza can be arrested and give the name Miguel Espinoza.  At that point, an identity hearing is scheduled to confirm the name of the defendant.

In Lori's case, she has been arrested.  I've heard she was arrested at the local waterpark, the LaPalme pool, and other times.  Every time she is arrested she is carrying a fake id.  She is booked under the fake id and cited.  Once released with a notice to appear in court, she switches to another preprepared id and tells everyone to call her by this new name.  Of course, if she is booked, there are fingerprints and DNA is taken in some cases.  What is not happening here are comparisons with AFIS and CODUS to see if we have a multiple on our hands.  A multiple, as I define it, is someone that uses a fake id in this manner.  Of course, booking photos will match up.  So you can clearly see that Lori's method of escape is simply using a fake id then discarding it afterward, however, we have many of these fake ids in evidence that we have located.

So my new advice to my team is simple.  Bryan Anderson knows Lori LaFond.  That's in Lori's own application for a restraining order against me.  He can solidly identify her simply because he knows her.  Fat Lori, tweaker Lori, it doesn't matter, he knows who she is and where she comes from.  There is no fairytale with him.  If he sees her, he can identify her solidly and without question.

When a court date is set, someone needs to set a detention hearing that includes an identity hearing.  Lori represents a "flight risk" simply because she's escaped using this method before.  Citing previous instances that Lori has used fake id's or her brother Brian, can keep the suspects from having a bail set.   Lori and Brian are a risk of "danger to the community" simply because of the nature of this crime.  Knocking people unconscious and infecting them is a danger to the community.  I also believe that Lori is a danger to herself.  Her drug use combined with her disease count is highly dangerous.  She needs to be ordered to "take all meds as directed by a physician."  This can be enforced in and out of jail.

If I was interested in this situation as law enforcement, I would be looking for cases where Lori and Brian can be identified in mug shots or with fingerprints or both to illustrate to the court that the siblings have a tendency to lie to law enforcement so that they can flee.

Lori and Brian have a "Catch Me If You Can" attitude.  I'm not someone who hasn't seen this before.  I've been in enough court hearings to know that this doesn't ever work.  You can play fast and loose with the law out of custody for a while, but in the end, it is you and the judge.  This time Commissioner Best won't be involved.  There won't be any favors granted in this case.  The law and only the law is what matters.  There aren't any costume changes in the courtroom and makeup on all of her body isn't going to happen.  A new haircut might be snappy on the street, but in the courtroom, Lori's going to look like she's trying to change her look.  It doesn't fly in a courtroom.

There is a reason that Lori has escaped custody and trial before.  Partly because of the police mistakes but also because of her preparedness in using fake California ID's.  Being prepared for this kind of sleight of hand is important to the safety of the community.  When you consider some of the things that Lori has done once she has been set free, you can clearly see that she has a homicide on her mind.

Any arresting officer of the law has to be prepared for the lies that will ensue.  Confidence is based on good police work.  I am certain that her mother and sister can identify her so this may be an option when she is under arrest.  There are no legal name changes that I've ever seen for Lori LaFond, so anything she has an identity for is a fake.  It's time to show Lori that not all investigation are created equal.  We are smarter than what we've let on...it's time to show Ms. LaFond that not everyone is fooled by her "damsel in distress" routine.  She's dangerous and I should know.  I have the broken bones and bullet fragments to prove it.

The fake id also has a second use.  Lori and Brian like to take on the names of their victims for another reason.  They like to get ahold of the victims' social security numbers so that they can procure a fake id in the name of the victim.  This way the pair can enter a bank and steal the victim's money simply by getting a new ATM card in the name of the victim.  Lori has done this before to my sister when she stole insurance money out of the bank left to my nieces when their father was killed.  Brian has also emptied my bank account before by procuring a fake id with my name on it so he could go to the bank and steal money out of my account.

My solution: LIFELOCK.  Now all of my bank accounts, social security number, driver's license, and phone numbers are LifeLocked and secured.  They monitor this kind of activity because what Lori and Brian do is common.  I use LifeLock religiously.  You can access your account on your phone and on your home computer.  If Lori is using your passwords to enter your account to transfer money, then she is committing fraud.  This has happened thousands of times over the years.  Be aware of all the pitfalls of this crime, not just the ones that you think you know.

Lori and Brian also used to break into cars at my sister's home where they stole passports, driver's licenses, and ATM cards for my nieces which were then used at Stater Brothers, in 29 Palms to steal money from the girls that they orphaned.  These two have no scruples...they would rob an old woman and have.  You need to be on highest alert to these people.

This kind of crime, remote neural monitoring, lends itself to identity theft and people that don't really work for a living.  You see, without Lori or Brian talking to their victims, they can literally steal at will from other people's bank accounts.  PIN numbers and bank account numbers are as easy to "pick off" as social security numbers, driver's license numbers, and all the answers to your "safety questions".  They can log into your account any time if you don't know this is happening to you.  Fortunately for us, both Lori and Brian, like to order their victims around, but they've made the mistake of doing the same to police officers now retired.  Retired cops are great sources of information.

Also I would like to remind all implanted police officers that you are fair game for Lori and Brian.  Your information is just as well kept as ours is.  Your kids' information too.  This crime doesn't shut off when you clock out, it continues into your home and bedrooms.  You know if you have spent any time with Lori what this is like.  When you retire, Lori can skim off of your pension just like she can ours.  It behooves all of us to stop her from this crime.
