Would you trust this man? Would you trust him with your life? I know that my experience with this crime of remote neural monitoring has taught me the answer, but it isn't "yes".
Does Jeffrey Katzenberg's relationship with Missy Erickson and Bessie Smith constitute the role of an accomplice? You might think twice when you understand that he knew what these girls did and he helped them to stay out of jail. His role was that of employer and of antagonist to me and my family. When I needed my friends to help me with this investigation he told them to "stop being my friends" and "not to talk to Kevin ever again." All advice given to him by Missy Erickson with the full knowledge that she had stolen MRI's from the DRMH emergency room so that I would not be admitted to the hospital after my rape and attempted murder. The law says that you don't have to be present to be an accomplice to a crime...one thing Jeffrey is not is present.
An accomplice in the law is a person that actively participates in the commission of a crime, one who aids or assists. The Sedona drug making of GHB is a situation that was known to Jeffrey and was known to his wife and son. Jeffrey provided two of his employees to go to Arizona and make the drugs. Whether or not he knew they were going to make them is offset by the fact that by the time they left, he knew that it had been done. The same can be said for the elderly abuse suffered by my mother and the fraud committed by my sister so that Jeffrey could "keep Kevin from being successful". His role, hide the money so that neither Kevin nor his sister could have access to it. His wife was well aware of this money, where it came from, where it was banked and whose name was on the account. Does the theft then make Marilyn an accomplice?
My opinion is that the two conspired with Missy Erickson with the full knowledge of obstructing justice and that their roles were clearly defined as the people that would keep other parents from protecting me as well. My understanding is that Jeffrey entered into a "secret agreement" with Missy Erickson after finding out that she and David secreted the same drugs made in Arizona at his rental home in Palm Springs. This secret agreement is known at this time only to include "not letting Kevin have his money back", "not telling his sister the truth about the fraud", and the distribution of drugs into the Palm Springs area that were manufactured in Sedona, Arizona while two of my informants were present in that home...violating the restraining order that Lori LaFond sought for herself against me.
Interstate drug manufacturing and stalking of a police informant are highly illegal. I believe that this man conspired with the subject of my investigation to create a situation that is dangerous for my family and my friends. For three years since the theft of my saving's account this man has taunted me by using remote neural monitoring and through other operators that spend 24 hours a day harassing me about everything from writing about this experience, informing the public about the truth and Lori LaFond's desire to have me recant 40-year-old testimony about my father as he was charged with the sexual molestation of a student for which he was acquitted. The terror and money were used as an extortion technique to force me to lie about my father. I refuse to let this man and his wife hurt me or my friends any longer.
Anyone with information about Lori LaFond's "relationship with Jeffrey Katzenberg" are asked to provide that information to my San Diego team. Do not let Jeffrey know that this is something you have done or you will likely suffer the same kind of problems that I've had.
