On January 30th, 2010, I received a very disturbing letter from Jonathan's father, Pastor Ed Mendenhall from Dewey, Arizona. The letter was a "notice of death" for a longtime friend, Jonathan Mendenhall. I'd known Jonathan for many years, longer than most of my friends. I knew his boyfriend, Jared, and we had been close for a very long time.
The notice was unprofessional and looked like something of a joke, but never the less, I was sad and wrote his father a card of condolence and sent it to his church in Arizona. In particular, I was sad for many reasons. Jonathan's life had been very hard because of his ties to Lori LaFond and her brother Brian. He was smart, funny, beyond intelligent and had lots of friends. I remember conversations that were far too intelligent for me to take part in. I laugh now because the intelligence I so respected has turned into something much different.
In the notice from his father and stepmom, who Jonathan loved very much, there was an air of sanitary vocabulary that made it read like a timeline of events and a who's who of Jonathan's family members. I thought it was odd that Jonathan's father, who was concerned enough to write this notice, didn't even attend the memorial at the Peterson Funeral Home in Cadillac, Michigan. Apparently, he was "too busy" with church stuff to attend. This isn't the relationship that I know Jonathan to have with his father or stepmom who he cherished very much. What kind of priest wouldn't attend his own son's funeral/memorial?
In the notice, I read about how Jonathan had died from a "massive coronary" which sparked a memory from the past when someone else supposedly had died from something like this...but it was untrue. Jonathan was pretty young, nine years ago, to have suffered such a fate. The letter detailed how he was hospitalized at Cedar's Saini in Los Angeles and was bolstered by some messages I got from Anthony of a very hateful tone. I thought this to be strange because I've known Jonathan much longer than Anthony and his hateful tone was irritating, to say the least. The letter went on to talk about how Jonathan then went to Cadillac, Michigan to spend the holiday with his mom and sister, where he died. Sad, huh?
My own grandmother died on Christmas Day and it always makes me sad for my mom and my family. It was a familiar story.
The letter then detailed how Jonathan's sister, Dr. Alicia Elmore, and her co-workers, had rallied and with the help of his mother, Alice Mendenhall, had laid him to rest. Later I would receive conflicting messages about his grave site from Anthony and a cremation that didn't make sense. You don't have a grave for a cremation. There were others too. A memorial was to be held in Palm Springs, then it wasn't...and on and on.
There were other oddities too. The word "Ransom" appeared in the notice as a last name for some friends of Jonathan's family. Jim and Judy Ransom. I'm skeptical so whenever I see this word, my legal training says "red flag". Was this really a death notice or was someone requesting some kind of ransom? It's just something that legally minded people do.
I contacted the Peterson Funeral Home and indeed they confirmed that Jonathan had a memorial service and that donations were to be sent to "AHS" in Los Angeles. Some kind of heart treatment charity. Most stuff seemed odd...I would later receive more photos of Jonathan from his stepmother and father. All kinds of stuff. A card with "Black Jesus" was with it too. All in all, I was told by Anthony "not to contact Jonathan's family because they had 'more or less' been put through it." I didn't know what the fuck that was supposed to mean?
In fact, I got a lot of emails from Anthony which I posted on this blog with IP Addresses. Strangely the same IP Address that Anthony was using, from an iPad, was the exact same IP Address from Sharon Mendenhall. Were Anthony and Jonathan's stepmom living at the same address in Joshua Tree? Highly unlikely. Lori LaFond and Brian LaFond live there, but Anthony was supposed to be "living in Los Angeles with the stars" and Sharon in Dewey, Arizona. Definitely not Joshua Tree. That's when I started to think that something was smelly...like something Lori LaFond would do. Then the word "ransom" meant a whole lot more. I contacted the FBI, just like an informant would do.
Prior to Jonathan's alleged death, he had lots of legal problems both civil and criminal. The tone of Anthony's emails was pointed and cutting. I found this to be odd since I've known Jonathan much longer than Anthony and there was no need for such hatred. At one point Anthony referenced a joke that he told me and then chastised me for saying it like I was the person that said it. It was Anthony's joke and here he was raging at me for it. It wasn't organic. In fact, Anthony never did act like someone who had lost a mutual friend in any of these emails...they were hateful and mean. It hurt my feelings. I couldn't understand his hostility towards me.
Then I saw some facebook conversations between Jonathan's mother and Anthony Dabiere. They were talking about Jonathan's death and how the two of them "missed Jonathan" so much that they wanted to start the Jonathan Edwin William Mendenhall Foundation, a noble thing, but not at all legal if Jonathan was still alive. Oh, Anthony was having the time of his life living in Los Angeles while our friend Shawn Parrish was dying in the hospital from a lung infection that Lori gave him, you would have thought that he was living it large. Still does if you look today. He's looking at Tesla's and happy as a clam.
It became obvious to me that the inconsistencies were too many and too frequent to be true even though I've never heard from Jonathan's parents or sister that Jonathan wasn't dead. I sent letters. I posted everything on this blog for them to see. I poured my fucking heart out on here, but not one single member of Jonathan's family reached out. Nope, complete silence and the occasional hate email from Anthony. Anthony had disappeared from my life like a ghost...one minute he's in Sedona with me, seeing Lori and Jonathan behind my back while making drugs, the next he's completely gone! Poof! No more Anthony. I heard he was living with Barbara, the saint, that saves everyone but me from Lori LaFond. This would be consistent since she's done this with other friends of mine. One minute they are my friend, then they meet her, then I never hear from them again.
Later I would find out that prior to my vacation in Arizona, that Barbara had met with Anthony and described how Lori was in Arizona and waiting to attack me again. He then proceeded to steal money from me then oddly he wanted me to "leave him in Phoenix" while I went ahead to Sedona, alone. Apparently, this was all just a set up for a murder attempt. Jonathan was allegedly coming over to Phoenix later carrying the precursors for the manufacturing of GHB in the rental home that Lori had rented when she found out where I would be staying. I wouldn't see Anthony or Jonathan until the next night, very late. It was a complete setup and I was left unaware of the dangers that were lurking. Jonathan and Anthony knew all about it and said nothing. Essentially they were setting me up to be killed.
Mind you, I paid for the trip, the food the lodging, everything, but neither Jonathan nor Anthony said a word, per Barbara.
Now there is information that Jeffrey Katzenberg was involved in the manufacturing of drugs in Lori's home by sending two of his employees to help Lori. Missy Erickson and David the Chickenhawk, the same two people suspected of stealing my saving's account years later, were in Sedona with Marilyn Katzenberg and Benjamin. I'd asked Benjamin to come if he could to keep me safe. I never heard from him or his mother, but Missy and David flew there so that they could help manufacture GHB in Lori's rental home. These drugs would find their way back from Arizona and into a home owned by Jeffrey Katzenberg but rented by his sister Maddison.
I want you all to know something. I told Anthony and Jonathan not to perpetuate this fraudulent death many many times but to no avail. I told both of them that "playing dead" isn't something that you should do. With Jonathan's legal troubles and Anthony's too...it wasn't smart. They didn't listen to me. Anthony would later go to jail and Jonathan was then made to look dead. Nice friends huh?
After Sedona, I was put in a position to defend myself all alone against allegations made by Lori LaFond and the City of LaQuinta for some trumped up "workplace violence" restraining order, something that both Anthony and Jonathan were definitely aware was not true. Neither of them came forward to help me with anything...and now there is a warrant for my arrest because the two of them became spineless.
So now I am looking to have Jonathan and Anthony found and brought to justice to answer to what happened in Sedona, Arizona? Neither of them has ever tried to help me. Instead, they flew off with Barbara where she is now working for Mrs. Mendenhall hiding a fugitive of justice. You see, I have a right to know what Lori LaFond did to me in Palm Springs and Sedona, but someone has suggested that it was Jeffrey Katzenberg, playing "Breaking Bad", that ordered Jonathan and Anthony, as well as Christopher Monti, to "stop being Kevin's friend". This is an obstruction of justice seeing as how both Christopher and I are both informants on the case against Lori and Brian LaFond.
I find his actions to be reprehensible and criminal. He had the audacity to send the same people over to my sister's home to steal over $30,000 from me. Money that I saved with my mother, in secret, so that I could have a future with Christopher. Jeffrey wouldn't allow it. He threw his iron fist down and said, "No!" To do this, they committed the crime of elder abuse that my mom will NEVER recover from. He then put my sister in a home and charged her rent while Jeffrey, Missy, Bessie, David, and his son, tortured me for three more years.
Jonathan has been "dead" for nine fucking years. Anthony and Barbara left me here to die at the hands of Lori LaFond and Jeffrey Katzenberg. I hope Jeffrey and Lori rot in eternal Hell for their actions. I will seek prosecution of all parties involved. I am in constant danger and so is my sister. Bessie Smith is responsible for so many crimes against my family, I wish her the same death. If any of these people come around my family again, I will seek an injunction.
Furthermore, Marilyn's security guard should also be charged in the conspiracy to manufacture GHB across state lines, something he failed to report to local authorities when he found out what was going on with Missy and David. My life was in constant danger because of Anthony and Jonathan's plot to have me hurt. It's no wonder the two of them disappeared into thin air, Barbara too.
Jonathan who witnessed my rape and has evidence that Lori and Brian were present when the two attacked and tried to kill me has done nothing to get that evidence to law enforcement. That is a crime.
My opinion is this, if you want to catch Jeffrey Katzenberg red-handed, then you have to find Jonathan. To catch the man that put my mother in a mental hospital for testing, a crime of elderly abuse, I have to put a friend in jail. That's what Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg did to me and all of my friendships. They deserve to be punished along with their son, Benjamin, who broke every agreement we made with regards to this wire. All three should stand trial for obstruction and elderly abuse and none of you should feel sorry for them. My mother has been tortured by Lori LaFond for decades. I can't remember all the times she cried when Lori put my father in jail, orchestrated my brother in law's death and tried to kill me in San Diego, Palm Springs, then in Sedona, Arizona. This isn't a person that should be let loose on society, but Jeffrey thinks of Lori as his friend. If he doesn't, then why wouldn't he have put her in jail for the rape of his own son?
The answer is Missy Erickson. Run, Bambi Run.
