It's a good look. It's the one Lori's wanted all her life. This is the freshest feeling Lori could ever have. It says "tough boy". She could seriously bully a gay man with this look! Unfortunately, Lori doesn't really have the face for it!
Lori wants the "look of a boy" to go with her "no non-sense" drug dealer style. If she could only have some muscles to go with it, she would damn near be a man...but without the penis! Fortunately, there are some factors working in Lori's favor. Her boobs, for example, are nothing to be fascinated by. She's already smelly like she's been working in a hot garage all day. Virtually no vagina to speak of...I mean she does, but even Lori isn't proud of that thing. So there are some factors here that work, but there are many many more that don't.
All kidding aside, a look, isn't a past. It doesn't change Lori's DNA. It doesn't change Lori's diseases. It doesn't change Lori's drug addiction. Mostly it doesn't change anything important but the packaging. A bully is a bully. Whether it is Missy Erickson posing in Playboy or Lori Lafond trying so hard to be butch... a bully is still an insecure person that uses their strength or size or position to hurt someone else.
