I guess there is a learning curve that hasn't been approached 100% when it comes to RFID tracking devices, but it's really not that hard to understand if you use a cellphone. Can't you locate yourself on a cellphone if you have it in your hand? Can't you communicate to another person and vice versa on that same device? Is it really hard to understand that this chip above can do the same now that computers and cellphones have gotten smaller and easier to transport?
People want to believe that they can sell you half of a product because that is business, but what they don't tell you is how they do it and what the OTHER ramifications are that come along with these devices.
When technology catches up with an urban legend, it kind of gets a bit dicey for Lori. Science is about the same for her too now that HIV can be traced back to the person that gave it to you beyond a reasonable doubt. Then you couple the fact that Lori has denied that she either has anything to do with this tech and HIV, so you can guess what's coming next for her. Refusing to get HIV treatment so your terrorist organization can deny any involvement is a lot like putting a gun to your head in support of gun control.

It's apparently more important for her to harass and stalk me than it is for her to live...kinda like, well...a stalker would do.
