I have another workplace where there was a video of people coming in and beating up a customer. Lori, like a terrorist, got ahold of the video and told Jonathan that this is what she could still have done to me.

This parent knows Lori's current address and can easily pop open that app and give all the information she wants about the girl and brother that entered her home illegally and used a fake name to get arrested under. Now, she can help this investigation out by simply calling or app-ing Lori's information to the police. It's anonymous, it's legal, it's the right thing to do, and it will prevent Lori from coming after someone when she makes a mistake.
