The evolution of Brain-Computer Interfacing has gone the way of cellphones and the internet but it still seems like it is a concept that most people don't seem to understand.
Remember the old days when you had a telephone at home. You plugged it into the wall and you got a dial tone. Then came cellphones that were wireless. The same thing happened with computers and the internet. Old computers had to be hardwired into the wall for internet service. Some used the telephone lines until it became possible to work on the internet through the air via a wireless service. Yes somewhere there is still a modem plugged into the wall, but you don't have to have your computer limited to the length of a cord any longer. Brain-computer interfacing seems to have gone the way of wireless as well. It's not rocket science, but it is science.
When my father had his pacemaker installed to monitor his heart, the hospital gave him an interface. Pacemakers are heart computer interfaces, much like the interfaces that are now inside the heads of many police officers and the victims of this crime. In my father's case his pacemaker keeps a record of his hearbeat and other vitals that, when he sits in a room with a receiver, can read his pacemaker and send the information directly to the hospital from his office. It's been used for many years so that the hospital can monitor his vital signs via wireless communication. The data is then at the hospital so that someone can decipher the data and tell how he is doing.
The same kind of information can be sent via these RFID chips that Lori stole from the United States Marine Corp, from our brains to a computer to decipher our thoughts and so that Lori can read them on a computer screen. The data is transferred to a translation database that puts our thoughts on a screen. The chip serial numbers correspond with the person that they are implanted inside so one person, one person's thoughts come through one number on a screen. It's highly individualized. Though the chips could be used on multiple victims, these are placed inside our heads without being taken out, so they are not used by multiple people even though they could be.
Using her own father's access, Lori has been able to access the military's translation database since the early 1980's. His id was used multiple times to log into the Navy's database located in the south bay area of San Francisco. This means that the rape victims from Palm Springs are all entered into a military database under the auspices of being military dependents. We are not military dependents and we did not consent to have our minds read by a military computer. In the early 1980's military families could consent to have this done for security purposes, just like Princes Harry and William in England. In order for Lori to be microchipped, she had to know what it was for and her parents had to consent to have them implanted. This means that Lori's real mother knows that Lori has one of these chips thus blowing her restraining order out of the water. My theory is that her entire family was probably part of this system while they were involved in the military. Mom was chipped, dad was chipped and so were her brothers and sisters.
For Lori LaFond to claim that she doesn't know what I was talking about in her restraining order is ludicrous. In terms of a suspect behind this crime the LaFond siblings, Brian and Lori, known thieves, are the most likely candidates to be behind this terrorism. They fit the profile of the people that raped me too...brother and sister both infected with AIDS virus.
Another interesting aspect that many of you don't know is that Lori tried to steal computers from the high school back in those days too. Computers in the 1980's were expensive but necessary for Lori to use this stolen system at home. Instead of listening in on the phone, like she did for years, a stolen computer or laptop (like the one she stole from Margie Miller in Sedona, Arizona) allow Lor the luxury of not having to "listen in", she can go to a website that looks like a chat room and read what she wants from a person's thoughts. Also interesting is that the police that she has implanted all have their thoughts stored in a military database somewhere too...all of their affairs, sexual activity and questionable practices. This is dangerous for their families as well as ours.
When you combine this opportunity with Lori's own legal and consented to implantation, with her homophobic violent behavior and her selling drugs to school kids then turning them in to their parents...even then she did this, you get a clearer picture as to the monster we have living among us. It has to be her because I know what she has told me over the years and because I know her tactics. She thinks of herself as some kind of "above the law" drug dealer/addict. She's spent many years perfecting her craft too. The lies I hear from her now along with the false accusations are a part of her history. Blaming me for her problems is also a characteristic of Lori LaFond's life. She has constantly tried to put me at the scene of her most dastardly crimes. The violence that I'm talking about came one night when she "planned a party" at someone else's home then pushed one of her drug addicts in front of a moving vehicle.
Lori's response? "Kevin Bond was driving that car." Um, no I wasn't. In fact, I knew Lori had set this party up for a beating for me. I heard about it and decided that I wasn't going anywhere near that home. I wasn't there, but the driver of the car was significant in that he was the son of the USMC's military bases' Commanding General, who found Lori's lies out and had her in trouble. I was nowhere near that home and I still trust my instincts to this day because of it. Lori has some kind of need to make herself the "victim of my life"; she's not, it's quite the opposite and when you read that restraining order application you understand that she is denying the existence of "brain linking" even though she, herself, is implanted by the government. She can deny it all she wants, but the truth is that this information is declassified and can be used against her in a court of law.
So effectively what Lori and Brian LaFond have done is to volunteer for implantation when the military was using this system, then, being the nosey bitch that she is, she stole the computers and RFID chips so that she and her brother could repurpose this system from communications to drug dealing and spying on people's lives. She took it from the military, then used it on the public for her own financial and sexual gains. In order to eliminate victims she used a syringe to draw HIV infected blood from her body and during the implantation of the chips, she shot up the victims with AIDS tainted blood. Her own AIDS tainted blood.
Science has evolved and the retrovirus that once killed millions of people has given us the DNA profile of the girl that has become the urban legend. We know she has a brother who also has AIDS virus which gives us an even more specific suspect to look at. I've said it before and I'll say it again, gay men don't get infected by one woman without it being purposeful. The implantation was secret so therefore so was the HIV infection. You don't really think she woke the victims up and said, "Let's have sex" do you? They don't remember when they were implanted and they don't know they were exposed to HIV. Lori has, however, provided us with a log of gay men that she implanted then made HIV positive without them knowing. The rape shield law will allow these men to testify against her without their sexual past becoming an issue like Lori tries to blackmail them with. I am not afraid of my past and neither should any of them.
Like me, many of these men were young. Some of them didn't even use drugs or have any kind of sex before they were made HIV positive. It's Lori's favorite thing to infect young boys and molest them on videotape, something that Anthony and I have both seen and reported to the Police Chief that doesn't seem to care. Like a serial killer with a video trophy, my rape photo shows that Lori loves to keep a visual record of her conquests.
Basically, I was able and still am, to prove that Lori LaFond stalked me from the time I was implanted and infected until this very moment. It had to be her and it is. No matter how much lying she does to try to convince people with picture, texts, emails and other phone conversations, all that really needs to happen is to compare the blood on my clothes from the rape to her own blood. It's that simple.
