I still feel for the parents of Lori's slaves. I know that we ruined their plans to keep you in the dark about everything but MY sobriety doesn't allow me to lie to parents any longer. Not that I did that very often, but addiction and Lori go together. She's abusive of every single relationship that she's ever had. Your kids are just the latest slaves that Lori is keeping. They are trophies to hurt your family because Lori doesn't have a family member left that wants her around.
Lori took your child to hurt you. She doesn't consider them friends, just a tool to poke and prod at parents that don't deserve that.
Make the rest of us happy and make decisions that you know you can live with. We had to fight to get away from Lori and so did our parents. Now it is your turn to do the same. We all deserve to be happier than Lori and together we will be.
