Man, I have nothing against a site like Grindr or Adam4adam, I think of them as I do a movie. You can't blame Batman for a guy going into a movie theater in Colorado and shooting up the movie goers. If you do blame them then you have stomped free speech and expression into the ground. That's not what the LGBTQii community is about in the first place. What I will say is this. Use at your own risk and be very very careful. I've used adam4adam before and I've had good and bad results, but, that was a long time ago and criminals have become way more sophisticated.
There's a case in Los Angeles right now that I want to work on for one very courageous father who lost his son to violence and can't get the kind of attention that he wants for justice. RuPaul has already sent me the request and I gladly will do that job as soon as we are finished with this situation. To the father, I know about what you've done and I applaud you for your unique approach. I find you to be the exact kind of father that a gay son needs. I will help you. You are next on my list. I pray that you and I can make a difference in your son's name and that we will find and punish those who hurt your beautiful son.

I want you all to understand that Lori and Brian used Adam4adam and other sites for gay men for years to cause problems and crimes against gay men. The FBI is the place for this kind of investigation and they are working on this case above in Dallas for all the right reasons. As is the case with everything else, online dating has become a hotbed for homophobic activity and hate crimes. Gay men, gay women, trans people have all got to raise their game to become more aware of who is online and what is being done to stop these predators. Lori is one of the worst I've ever encountered.
I want you all to be much more careful in your choices. Be safe.
In the Palm Springs area, I want gay men to be particularly safe because about 20% of the profiles on these sites are probably the result of Lori and Brian making shit up and pretending they are someone that they aren't. Did they lure gay men to places to be knocked out and implanted/infected? It's a pretty good guess. I would imagine that my experience is not unique with Lori and Brian on these sites. I've even set it up to show my investigative team what it is like when you go on one of these sites...Lori goes into "crisis mode" and starts making profiles that she thinks will entice gay men and she is so confident that other people aren't faking it that she approaches the real profiles knowing that these aren't her or her brother...luring HIV negative men to and HIV positive ending.
