Tonight I want to send a message to Missy's parents. Lori is going off on trying to either "speak for" your daughter or "speak out" against you. I'm fairly certain that Missy understands the significance of not saying anything. Unfortunately we have Lori and then there is the classic "Hit and Lissa". So I never know what is really going on inside that house unless I hear it and use my own instincts.
In my opinion, Lori is talking way too much about trying to involve you as a family. I don't like it. I don't think anyone would want that for their family, especially Missy. This is just another attempt to try to find a family that will be convinced that I'm being mean to their kid that lives with Lori (attention David and Leah's families, this one is for you too; this way I don't have to write this three times). Lori has a HUGE tendency to try to use her friends and their families. What I know is from a lifetime of experience...(ask Steve Fabian how that feels).
Missy may be trying to lean on the Katzenberg Family with this "Lori says what she wants" thing, but even Melissa doesn't usually do anything like that on this system that I've ever heard. Same for Dave, same for Leah.
I don't want parents of these people to feel too sorry for them, but this situation is one where Lori knows if one of them has to be quarantined, the whole ball of wax melts down to her. So there's pressure. Lot's of pressure. I'm only trying to do the same thing that you parents are...keep these people alive. I was once told by my sponsor, a great man, that for me to get to where I was going, I had to do the very next thing in front of me and let the rest go. First things first, these people need to be tested and they need to be quarantined if necessary. The odds are that David may be HIV positive but that's for him to know...in any case, wherever Lori's lived, everyone ends up with HIV. Death follows her. Drugs follow her.
I want you parents, in particular to be part of the solution if possible...I know the controversy that Lori brings to a family because I lived in a small town when she brought it into OUR house. There are ways to keep yourselves safe, but David, Missy and Leah need to tell you what they are.
This situation, as always, came because of choices, bad choices and some good ones, but we have choices to make again and the alternatives aren't great for the six in this house, but if they die, then all the alternatives are negative and there is still no hope for the victims that need their stories to be told honestly. You won't get much of that from Lori or Brian.
I'm being a total advocate now. I advocate for everyone. I needed a more positive approach and understanding and I want to wish you my prayers, Christopher's and our team's. Sorry for before. That's how this crime affects people. I've been like this for so many years, I forget that I have to explain that to be understood sometimes. My bad.

As the night has worn on, I wanted to continue to give my best advice. Lori has been known to tell these housemates to say that they, "Don't know where they could have been infected and who infected them," don't buy it. You know that they have all been in one house and that's likely the source of the possible outbreak. It is the law for these housemates to correctly report where they got this from...
I wouldn't want them to do anything else to break the law once they are in a doctor's care or before.
Please think of them, they are under tremendous pressure from Lori and her brother. Lori has a rule, nobody leaves until properly threatened with their past. Not a good thing.
